Abstract

Pencapaian desa Resun , Kabupaten Lingga masuk nominasi Anugrah Desa Wisata (ADWI) 300 besar selama 2 (dua) tahun berturut-turut sejak tahun 2022 merupakan hasil dari tercapainya tujuan dari program kerja pengelolaan desa Resun sebagai suatu destinasi wisata secara keseluruhan . Efektifitas hasil jika tujuan atau kondisi ideal program tersebut dapat dicapai dengan adanya penilaian prestasi yang dicapai oleh pemerintah dalam hal ini baik dari pemerintah desa Resun maupun pemerintah Kabupaten Lingga dengan Pokdarwis sebagai pembuat dan pelaksana program. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengindentifikasi efektifitas partisipasi Pokdarwis dan mengusulkan solusi guna meningkatkan kinerja dalam pengembangan kepariwisataan di Desa Resun . Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berlandaskan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teknik analisis dan strategi validitas data menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat lokal secara umum dan organisasi Pokdarwis secara khusus cukup baik dimana telah terdapatnya kesamaan visi dan misi, pencapaian tujuan dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan potensi wisata di desa Resun. Terdapat langkah-langkap optimalisasi peran Pokdarwis dalam pengelolaan desa wisata Resun. Pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi Pokdarwis cukup efektif selain itu dari aspek rencana atau program Efektifitas terhadap rencana atau program yang menjadi perencanaan dan program kerja Pokdarwis sudah berjalan namun perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah yang lebih optimal agar rencana dan program kerja terealisasi

Abstract

Indonesia has undergone a transition towards a democratic system since the 1998 reformasi, but the quality of its democracy has significantly declined since 2013. Civil liberties have decreased, accompanied by an increase in persecution cases against minority groups and the use of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (ITE) to restrict freedom of speech. The COVID-19 pandemic has posed additional challenges with emergency policies that limit human rights, such as freedom of assembly and movement, as well as the adoption of controversial laws that have sparked protests. Political elites play a key role in upholding democracy and civil liberties. Strengthening democracy in the future requires better political transparency, strong protection of human rights, and active civil society participation in monitoring the political process. With these steps, Indonesia can continue its journey towards a more inclusive, transparent, and resilient political system in the future.

Abstract

One of the important factors in financial improvement is Economic Development. The task of the government in an effort to achieve effective progress is to decide the direction of the improvement arrangement and to realize the goal of this progress requires a large improvement arrangement to realize stable financial development in order to advance the welfare of society is to expand Small and Medium Enterprises and Labor. It aims to find out the concurrent impact and half impact of Small and Medium Enterprises and Labor on the financial development of Batam city. An economy is said to be developing if the level of economic accomplishment measures achieved today is higher than that achieved in the previous period. Development is achieved if the physical amount of goods and administrations created in the economy increases over a long time. The reason of this research is to see and encourage for the impact of Investment and Local Revenue (PAD) on Economic development. Methods used in this research This research uses literature review to get an overview of what are the efforts of Batam city government in economic growth in Batam city, therefore in this article there are various data sources and references. The data used in this research is additional information in the form of budget reports obtained from BP Batam and BP Batam's official website. The result of this research is a review of several data sources that have been collected for the purpose of solving the problem at hand derived from previous studies and research.

Abstract

Government spending is very important for a country's economy and the welfare of all levels of society. In this way, the government must allocate their funds very wisely for the survival of the country and society. Government spending is the result of various types of income, one of which is taxes. But when governments do not have sufficient financial resources, they will resort to forced efforts to take resources from other countries. One of the goals of the government in issuing their budget is to reduce the number of unemployed. The government also poured funds to maintain political stability. In this way the economy will develop with development goals. Moreover, spending to reduce chaos is not cheap. The purpose of using the literature method in this research is so that readers can understand this research on government spending in depth. This research is based on books and several articles circulating on the internet. The result of government spending is the prosperity of the entire society and country. Because with the release of funds from the government, the country's development will be carried out. Government spending will be used for the sustainability of the country and for the prosperity for society.
