Abstract

This community service is aimed at students of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang, this can provide an overview in order to prepare themselves to become successful young entrepreneurs by starting various productive businesses. Planting and prioritizing the entrepreneurial spirit since school is the basic foundation for building courage and motivation to improve welfare through creative ideas and skills that are owned, this can help the government in the problem of unemployment and reduce poverty. In addition, the role of teachers and lecturers must be able to explore student competencies not only in terms of intelligence, but also focus on shaping morals and building student character in entrepreneurship. The success of this community service activity can be measured from two achievements, including all series of service events running smoothly without hindrance, and the material on the spirit of young entrepreneurs has been received and practiced by students. The questionnaire results showed an increase in students' knowledge about entrepreneurship. The accumulated answers to the questionnaire showed that 45% of the participants strongly agreed with the entrepreneur training and 55% agreed. The outcomes of this service include that students in accordance with the focus on each of their vocations become job-ready graduates such as becoming entrepreneurs, exporters or international trade.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing the export value of Cocopeat from Indonesia to G20 member countries. The variables considered are Indonesian GDP, Importer Country GDP, Economic Distance, Exchange Rate, Indonesian Population, and Importer Country Population. The study utilizes the Gravity Model and panel data from 2017-2021 to analyze the international trade relationship of Cocopeat. The findings reveal certain patterns in Cocopeat trade from Indonesia to G20 countries. Indonesia's GDP has a positive influence on Cocopeat exports, although it is partially insignificant. On the other hand, Importer Country GDP has a significant negative effect on Cocopeat exports. Economic Distance and Exchange Rate also have a negative influence, but are not partially significant. Furthermore, the Indonesian Population shows a positive influence on Cocopeat exports, albeit not partially significant. In contrast, the Importing Country Population has a significant positive influence on Cocopeat exports from Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods, which is a research approach that uses data in the form of numbers and statistics to measure certain variables and draw conclusions based on quantitative analysis. Data collected in quantitative research is analyzed using statistical techniques and other quantitative analysis methods. The purpose of this analysis is to identify patterns, relationships, and trends that occur in the data as well as to test research hypotheses.

Abstract

An assessment regarding the health of Banks in Sharia Banking is also carried out, both the health of Sharia Banks and Sharia Rural Banks are assessed. As time progresses, the method of assessing the condition of a bank will have a dynamic nature which is expected to encourage re-regulation of a system used to assess the level of bank health based on sharia principles. Regulations used by the Financial Services Authority or abbreviated as (POJK) No. 8/POJK.03/2014 concerning the soundness level of all sharia-type commercial banks and all sharia business units which were created in an effort to increase the effectiveness of assessing the level of bank health in an effort to face several changes that involve business complexity and various risk profiles. from a bank or subsidiary company of the bank itself. This research will use an appropriate method for conducting assessments, namely CAMELS to assess the syari’ah Bank’s Healh. This research will use a qualitative approach. The research approach using a qualitative method is a method that will be based on post-positivism type philosophy which will later be used to be able to research in very natural or natural conditions where the researcher will be a key instrument in this research. The assessment period is carried out at least every 1 semester (6 months) and data must be updated if necessary at any time. There are several factors that become assessments that measure the level of bank health which can later be used in a sharia type commercial bank.
