Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Elastisitas penyerapan tenaga kerja Di Kota Palu Tahun 2019-2020. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode perhitungan elastisitas. Hasil perhitungan elastisitas diperoleh bahwa elastisitas penyerapan tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Di Kota Palu palu pada tahun 2019-2020 masih termasuk kategori inelastis karena pertumbuhan jumlah pencari kerja sangat cepat sementara pertumbuhan ekonomi mengalami perlambatan. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum stabilnya roda-roda perekonomian Di Kota Palu setelah diterpa bencana alam tahun 2018 dan juga sebagai daerah yang terkena dampak Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the factors that influence tourist visits in Taipa Beach North Palu Sub-District, knowing the characteristics of tourists and the tourist conditions of Taipa Beach North Palu Sub-District. This study used primary data sourced from the dissemination of questionnaires to 40 visitors to Taipa Beach North Palu Sub-District..Analysis data used is multiple linear regressionanalysis. The number of tourist visits as dependent variables and three independent variables are variable income, travel expenses, and facilities. The results of the analysis showed variable income had a positive and significant effect, travel costs had no significant effect, facility variables had a positive and significant influence. And it is known that the minimum cost incurred by visitors to visit Taipa Beach tourism is IDR 80,000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the level of regional financial independence in the context of implementing regional autonomy in Palu City in 2015-2019. Analysis of the data used in this study is the Regional Financial Independence Ratio. The results showed that the level of regional financial capability of Palu City which was calculated using the ratio of regional financial independence was declared unable to support the implementation of regional autonomy as indicated by the results of the data analysis of the Regional Financial Independence Ratio which was relatively low at 25.09 percent so that in the implementation of the government, Palu City was still require assistance from central and provincial government transfer funds.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the level of poverty, the level of poverty depth, the severity of poverty and the characteristics of poverty in Bunta II Village of Bunta District of Banggai Regency. The type of research used is descriptive using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis tools used are the Head Count Index (HCI), Poverty Gap Index (PGI) and Poverty Severity Index (P2). The results of the study showed that based on the results of the Head Count Index (HCI) analysis, it was known that the poverty rate in Bunta II Village of Bunta District of Banggai Regency amounted to 0.650 or 65.0 percent, Based on the poverty gap index (PGI) analysis,

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of government spending on education on economic growth in Central Sulawesi Province. The data used in this study is data on government spending on education and economic growth in Central Sulawesi in 2010-2020. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The software used to perform the analysis is IBM SPSS Version 22.00. The results of the analysis show that government spending on education has a significant effect on economic growth with a positive relationship direction, meaning that if government spending on education increases, economic growth in Central Sulawesi Province in 2010-2020 also increases.

Abstract

The economy experienced a period of negative growth means economic activity in this period has decreased. Palu-year period 2011-2021 economic growth fluctuations. These fluctuations can be influenced by private investment, Economic growth is one measure of the success of economic development in an area. Economic growth reflects economic activity. Economic growth can be positive and can also be negative. If the economy experienced a period of positive growth means economic activity during the period has increased. Whereas if years 2011-2021 are sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of North Sulawesi Province and Palu. The analytical method used is an econometric model single-log regression (log-log) with Ordinary Least Square (OLS). This study aims to determine whether the development of private investment affects the economic growth of the city of Palu. The data used using time series data period. The results of the regression model of economic growth with the regression equation is LPDRB = LINV 0.445. From these results show the development of private investment, direct expenditure and population positive and significant impact on economic growth of Palu.

Abstract

Regional autonomy is closely related to the finances of a region, which is related to its income or Regional Original Income (PAD). Regional Original Revenue will bring its own implications for an area with limited natural resource potential and it will be a challenge in itself in an effort to maximize the potential possessed by the region. This study aims to analyze the ancer y contribution of tourism to local revenue, the effectiveness of tourism revenues, and the efficiency of tourism revenues. The type of data used in this study, namely the type of quantitative data in the form of periodic data. This study shows that the contribution of tourism revenue to Morowali Regency's Original Revenue is very small. Revenue from the tourism sector from 2014 to 2018 shows that the income of the tourism sector in Morowali Regency is inefficient and ineffective due to lack of income. The purpose of this research is to make a pilot in the tourism sector, so that planning and coordination of the contribution of the tourism sector in an effort to increase income continues.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic level in Central Sulawesi Province. This study uses secondary data and then analyzed using the Williamson Index analysis tool. The Williamson Index increased between districts/cities in general, increasing from 2015 which was 0.5 to 0.65 in 2019, with high levels because the Williamson Index coefficient is getting further from zero and closer to one. The regional government of Central Sulawesi Province in carrying out its activities is to prioritize areas that are lagging behind in development without the development of advanced regions, the development of equitable distribution of development results
