Abstract

This research was aimed to analyse the effect of product quality, price, personal selling to customer satisfaction and loyalty. The participant of this study was 125 people. Data were collected by questionnaires and structural equation model (SEM) were applies as an analysis technique. The results analysis showed that product quality, price, personal selling have positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The implication is product quality, price, personal selling need to be increased in order to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Perencanaan casing dalam suatu kegiatan pemboran merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting.Hal ini disebabkan casing yang dipasang harus selalu berada pada tempat kedudukannya, baikselama kegiatan pemboran berlangsung maupun pada saat masa produksi. Tujuan dariperencanaan casing adalah untuk mendapatkan ukuran casing yang tepat, dimana secara tekniscukup kuat untuk menahan gaya-gaya yang terdapat di dalam lubang bor. Perencanaan casingpada sumur NP 03-X lapangan NP menggunakan metode maximum load. Pada perencanaancasing sumur ini juga memperhitungkan tekanan collapse, burst, dan tension denganmenggunakan metode maximum load.Tekanan tersebut akan mempengaruhi kekuatan casingpada saat pemasangan dan selama proses produksi berlangsung. Selain itu akan dihitung nilaikeekonomisan dari perencanaan desain casing pada operasi pemboran ini agar lebih efisien danbaik. Rangkaian casing yang di dapat untuk sumur NP 03-X lapangan NP terdiri dari, conductorcasing pada kedalaman 78,744 ft, surface casing pada kedalaman 1312,4ft, intermediate casingpada kedalaman 2952,9 ft, production casing pada kedalaman 6315,9 ft.
