Abstract

Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja pada industri konstruksi masih menempati posisi tertinggi di antara industri lainnya yang menyebabkan kinerja keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja menurun. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah keterlibatan banyak pihak, diantaranya adalah subkontraktor, dimana internal perusahaan ini masih memiliki manajemen yang kurang memadai. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi pengadaan subkontraktor pada tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang mengacu pada PMBOK 2013 sebagai panduan dengan metodologi yang spesifik, agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dan studi kasus. Data diolah dengan analisa statistik dan analisa faktor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini peningkatan kinerja K3 didominasi oleh faktor integrasi yang baik untuk memenuhi tuntutan kerjasama dalam aspek K3.

Abstract

Pada proyek konstruksi jalan tol, pekerjaan struktur bangunan atas adalah salah satu fase yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi. Terutama pada saat pemasangan erection girder. Penelitian ini mengambil variabel  pada tahapan pekerjaan erection girder yang kemudian diperdalam dengan studi literatur dan validasi pakar. Nilai risiko yang diperoleh mengacu pada risk management PMBOK 2013 selanjutnya dipertajam dengan simulasi model risiko untuk melihat frekuensi dan sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat enam risiko utama dengan nilai tertinggi X14 (adanya tumpahan oli pada area kerja) sebesar 0,178 dan terendah X2 (pekerja terluka akibat terkena material atau peralatan saat proses mobilisasi) sebesar 0,129. Sensitivitas risiko tertinggi ada pada X24 (pekerja tertimpa material saat pengangkatan PCI girder) sebesar 86,9%. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memaksimalkan housekeeping area kerja, rambu,  dan APD bagi pekerja sesuai dengan Permenakertrans No. 8 tahun 2010 tentang alat pelindung diri pada konstruksi bangunan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja.

Abstract

Purpose: The current procurement of goods and services refers to the Electronic Procurement Service (E-Procurement) system in accordance with Presidential Regulation No.16 of 2018, however in its implementation the contractors still need adjustments. One of them is the contractor involved in the case study of this research which has failed in several tenders. This can create risks associated with value and profitability of the company. This study aims to cover this gap by knowing the risk factors for failure, level and the form of handling carried out by distributing questionnaires to the related contractors. Design/methodology/approach: Data analysis was performed using statistical software and the value was mapped using the Risk Relative Importance Index (RRI). Findings: The result show that the capacity of the bid files to upload is too large and there is no supplier support, are in moderate risk levels with scale respectively of 8,836 and 7,407. Problematic internet signal factors and incomplete design maturity levels are in high risk levels with a scale of 11.868 and 12.586. Meanwhile, the extreme risk level, namely the price cannot compete with other participants and the very limited time for calculating the tender, on a scale of 12,586 and 15,339 are factors that need attention.

Abstract

Labor productivity is a very important factor in construction because it will affect the successful implementation of a construction project. Workers (labor) are human resources who are directly involved in construction projects from beginning to end and have a major influence on management in them. Worker motivation affects the productivity of workers, while the efforts made by workers are the physical embodiment of motivation. The higher the motivation of the worker, the greater the effort he makes. Maslow's theory is the basis of the theory of human needs. The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has made changes to life due to the new policies in force. This research will use a quantitative approach using the Bayesian Belief Network (BBN). The results showed that the percentage of the large motivation of construction project workers at the Jakarta Internasional Stadium project during the Covid-19 pandemic was 72.90 good and 27.10 bad. These results can be used as consideration for relevant agencies to carry out alternative strategies to increase worker motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that worker productivity remains high.

Abstract

The decreasing land area in big cities makes construction progress develop not only vertically upwards, but also downwards. This is done to optimize the land use. One of the things is the construction of a basement as a parking lot, storage space, and other functions to be neatly organized and safe. There are numerous employment risks in basement work that can result in building failures that hinder other construction activity. This research was conducted at a company that focuses on the business of guitar manufacturing, retaining walls, and soil improvement in three high-rise building construction projects that are currently building, and experiencing difficulties in identifying the main risks in diaphragm wall work. The soil conditions are different at each project site, which is not the same as the superstructure work. It is more typical and the quite large project value reaching more than 100 billion than can be classified as a major construction project. The risks that will be encountered in its implementation will also be large. The steps involved in the research were risk identification, risk qualitative analysis, and extreme risk response planning by experts. There were sixty-four (64) identified risks relevant to the project construction phase, classified into eleven categories. The risk was then simulated to obtain high risk and control risk plans that would be carried out when the high risk occurs. There are four high risks, namely the damaged or non-compliant construction materials, inaccurate specifications, delays in the execution of constructor work, and slope failure during excavation.

Abstract

Risk is the possibility or uncertainty of unexpected events occurring during the implementation of work which could harm the party carrying out the activity, the example is a risk of work accidents. The potential risk of work accidents also occurs in the Hilton Hotel Construction Project in Kota Baru Parahyangan - West Bandung. The project is a high-rise building with a height of 23 floors which of course has a fairly high risk of work accidents. This research aims to find out the dominant risk and its factors.This research applied two methods in analyzing, those methods are Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Method (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis Method (FTA). Having can be identified and analyzed that risks by using those methods, this research did some steps by using Method for Obtain Cut Set (MOCUS) for finding basic event combination.The results of this research are to determine the dominant risk of work accidents using the FMEA method, namely the activity of workers falling from a height during glass installation work with an RPN value of 26,3. Based on the FTA method, it produces 16 basic events are feeling unwell, lack of concentration, lack of enthusiasm for work, excessive joking, not seeing signs, lack of communication, lack of supervision time, lack of K3 training, less comfortable using PPE, limited amount of PPE, lack of training, lack of experience, signs that are too small, signs blocked by objects, slippery roads due to rain, and a messy work environment.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyrakat ini memfokuskan kepada sosialisasi penerapan drainase secara terpadu berwawasan lingkungan (ecodrain) di Kelurahan Kembangan Utara, melalui program-program pengabdian masyarakat dengan menggunakan pendekatan inklusif dan berbasis teknologi. Permasalahan genangan air pada saat intensitas hujan tinggi.di daerah yang padat penduduk karena buruknya sistem drainase, sehingga penanganannya perlu direncanakan dengan tepat dengan konsep drainase berwawasan lingkungan. Metode penanganan saluran drainse terpadu berwawasan lingkungan adalah dengan metode ecodrain. Metode ecodrain dapat dilakukan melalui membuatan sumur resapan, dan penampung air hujan. Data akan dikumpulkan dari pemangku kepentingan dan warga di area perumahan lingkungan kelurahan Kembangan Utara serta survey langsung ke lokasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada literatur yang ada tentang ecodrain, program pengabdian masyarakat, pendidikan inklusif, dan integrasi teknologi. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada masyarakat sekitar untuk meningkatkan implementasi teknologi ramah lingkungan dan dampak program pengabdian masyarakat di kalangan civitas akademika sebagai bagian dari masyarakat melalui keilmuan dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki.
