Abstract

Based on Law No. 6 of 2014 Village development is an effort to improve the quality of life and life for the maximum welfare of the village community. Community needs that are a priority of the village include the development and maintenance of infrastructure, the environment in order to create comfort and prosperity for the community. Village Development is carried out by the village government by involving the entire village community. This research is motivated by high APBDes realization data, but there are damaged village roads. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the APBDes in Sindanglaya Village development and its inhibiting factors. The theory used by Emitai Etzioni to measure the effectiveness of the APBDes in the development of the Sindanglaya Village based on the dimensions of adaptation, integration, motivation, and production. Researchers used a qualitative research method descriptive approach. Primary data sources used are the results of observations and interviews; Secondary data used are the Sindanglaya Village LPPD document and APBDe 2016-2018. Realization Report, the text of the Law. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Hubberman model with the stages of reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of the APBDes in the development of Sindanglaya Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, is said to be effective. Based on the dimensions of adaptation, integration, and motivation can be said to be effective, but the dimensions of production have not been effective; Inhibiting factors include environmental characteristics, human resources, and community participation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the principles of transparent and accountable financial management so that it is a description of the transactions that occur from the use of economic resources in one period. The problem of this research is that the presentation of the financial statements of the Cibugel Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Sumedang Regency in 2018 - 2020 is less than optimal. In 2018 the percentage was only 78%. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation, obstacles, and efforts in the presentation of financial statements based on PSAP. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources related to the analysis of the application of PSAP Number 13 in the Cibugel Health Center Financial Report. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research have shown that the application of PSAP Number 13 to the Financial Statements of the Cibugel Health Center, Sumedang Regency has been implemented, but not fully because there are still several components of the financial statements that are not in accordance with the rules contained in PSAP Number 13.

Abstract

Regional Financial Management is managed in an orderly, effective, efficient, economical, transparent and accountable manner. Financial management that has not been optimal has an effect on the low accountability of the program targets implemented. The Bandung City Social and Poverty Alleviation Service has problems in managing regional finances that are not optimal, which then affects the accountability of the implementation of program targets from 2018-2020. The purpose to measure how much influence regional financial management has on public accountability in the Bandung City Social and Poverty Alleviation Service in 2018-2020. The method used quantitative approach with a associative method. The collection of information and data through questionnaires distributed to employees at the Social Service of Bandung City. The population is all employees at the Bandung City Social Service. The sample used simple random technique. The analysis used Spearman rank correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and data testing in this study using SPSS Version 25 software. The result are there is a significant effect positive and significant relationship between regional financial management and public accountability. The magnitude of the influence of regional financial management on public accountability at the Bandung City Social Service is 61% while the remaining 39% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author.

Abstract

The Sabilulungan Raksa Desa program is a community empowerment program created by the Bandung Regency Government. This program was created in order to improve the quality of infrastructure that involves the development of the role of the government and the people in the implementation of development carried out in villages by utilizing local resources. The Sabilulungan Raksa Desa program has been implemented by the Bandung Regency government throughout the Bandung Regency area. One of the target villages of the Sabilulungan Raksa Desa program is Cileunyi Kulon Village. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the role of the government in empowering and developing local communities through the Sabilulungan Raksa Village program. Through the implementation of the program, the efforts made by the government in infrastructure development are carried out in the village of Cileunyi Kulon, Bandung Regency. The research method used is an approach to data collection techniques for library research. With the conclusion that the role of the local government is successful in implementing the Sabilulungan Raksa Desa Program.Program Sabilulungan Raksa Desa merupakan suatu program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dibuat oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung. Program ini dibuat guna dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembangunan infrastuktur yang melibatkan keaktifan dari peran pemerintah serta rakyat dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan yang dilakukan di desa dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal. Program Sabilulungan Raksa Desa telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung diseluhur wilayah Kabupaten Bandung. Salah satu desa sasaran dari program Sabilulungan Raksa Desa ini adalah Desa Cileunyi Kulon. Tujuan dari penulisan makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah dalam pemberdayaan dan pembangunan kepada masyarakat setempat dengan melalui program Sabilulungan Raksa Desa. Melalui pelaksanaan program, upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam pembangunan infrastuktur yang dilakukan di desa Cileunyi Kulon Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan. Dengan kesimpulan peran pemerintah daerah berhasil dalam penerapan program Sabilulungan Raksa Desa.

Abstract

Labor productivity is an important part of shaping a country's economy. Of course, the health and safety of workers is an important part of this productivity. Therefore, there needs to be a step to increase awareness in reducing the impact and risk of accidents. In the view of public administration, active participation by involving the community and stakeholders can help increase awareness of workplace safety. This study aims to be able to find a public administration model that is useful for increasing awareness of work safety. Qualitative methods will be used in this study using literature studies. The results of this study then found that through active participation, decision-making on occupational health and safety can increase awareness of risks and actions that need to be taken in the work environment. This can then create proactive work safety. Abstrak: Produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan bagian penting dalam membentuk ekonomi suatu negara. Tentunya kesehatan dan keselamatan pekerja menjadi bagian penting dari produktivitas ini. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya langkah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dalam mengurangi dampak dan risiko kecelakaan. Dalam pandangan administrasi publik, partisipasi aktif dengan melibatkan masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan dapat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran akan keselamatan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menemukan model administrasi publik yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kesadaran keselamatan kerja. Metode kualitatif akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa melalui partisipasi aktif, pengambilan keputusan tentang kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan risiko dan tindakan yang perlu dilakukan di lingkungan kerja. Ini kemudian dapat menciptakan keselamatan kerja proaktif.
