<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan pengalihan guru SMK bidang pendidikan berdasarkan UU 23 Tahun 2014 di SMKN 2 Godean. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ialah Kepala Dikmenti DIKPORA, Kepala BKD DIY, Kepala Analisis SDM Aparatur, Kepala Sub Bidang Mutasi, 1 guru Matematika, 1 guru BK, 1 guru Ipa dan Ipa Terapan, 1 guru Bahasa Inggris. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Interpretasi; para guru SMKN 2 Godean merasa khawatir mengenai pengalihan guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan karena ruang lingkup DIKPORA yang luas meliputi seluruh wilayah propinsi DIY. Kemudian, TIM TEKNIS mendatangi SMKN 2 Godean untuk melakukan pemberitahuan dan pelaksanaan pengalihan dengan tujuan mendapatkan S.K. BKN dan S.K. Gubernur yang diterbitkan oleh BKD DIY bagi guru SMKN 2 Godean.Kata kunci: Balai Pendidikan Menengah Sleman, Dinas DIKPORA DIY, guru SMKN 2 Godean.AbstractThis study to described the implementation of the policy on transfer of high school teachers of vocational education on the basis of act 23 years 2014 in SMKN 2 Godean. Then, the technical team come to SMKN 2Godean to do notice and implementation of diversion in the purpose of obtaining S.K. BKN and S.K.
