Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan otomotif yang terletak di Jakarta Selatan, dimana bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem pengendalian intern piutang usaha dan mekanisme review yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dimana peneliti menggambarkan phenomena secara mendalam untuk mempelajari latar belakang keadaan dan interaksi yang terjadi pada perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam keabsahan temuan, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi. Sehingga tidak ragu dalam pengambilan kesimpulan terhadap penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sistem pengendalian intern pada perusahaan. Dan dengan adanya mekanisme review piutang yang baik dapat meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan dengan cara mempercepat kolektabilitas piutang usaha serta mengurangi adanya resiko piutang tidak tertagih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran pada PT. Yoghurt Cimory Jakarta, menggunakan teori bauran pemasaran. Bagaimana Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran pada PT. Yoghurt Cimory Jakarta dalam membangun ekuitas merek melalui media sosial Instagram sebelum dan setelah menggunakan brand ambassador. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. Paradigma penelitian menggunakan paradigma Konstruktivisme, untuk mengungkap bauran pemasaran melalui media sosial Instagram PT. Yoghurt Cimory, dimana peneliti akan mengungkap fakta dan realitas bagaimana peran brand ambassador dalam membangun ekuitas merek melalui media sosial Instagram @Cimoryindonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Studi Kasus mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum dan bergabungnya peran brand ambassador tidak berpengaruh dalam peningkatan likes, comment, dan followers. Pasca lepasnya brand ambassador menggunakan strategi update content, media sosial Instagram @Cimoryindonesia dapat meraih perhatian followers yang cukup signifikan. Teori bauran pemasaran menurut Philip Kotler & Gary Arnstrong memang sesuai dengan hasil yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan model hirarki respon menurut Philip Kotler & Lane Keller pada content yang telah di share melalui media sosial Instagram @Cimoryindonesia.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang siap bersaing harus memiliki manajemen yang efektif. Selain budaya organisasi, untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam manajemen yang efektif membutuhkan dukungan karyawan yang berkualitas dan kompeten di bidangnya. Di sisi lain, konstruksi karyawan harus diutamakan sebagai aset utama perusahaan. Proses pembelajaran harus menjadi budaya perusahaan sehingga keterampilan karyawan dapat dipertahankan, bahkan ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, penulis mengusulkan penelitian yang berjudul "Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan Karyawan BRI Corporate University" Metode penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap data yang diperoleh dari jawaban kuesioner dan hasil yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam bentuk angka dan perhitungan dengan metode statistik. Data tersebut harus diklasifikasikan dalam kategori tertentu dengan menggunakan tabel khusus untuk membuatnya lebih mudah untuk dianalisis. Untuk itu akan digunakan program Analisis SPSS.

Abstract

PT. Tritunggal Agung Sejahtera is a company engaged in export and import goods shipping services. Because of the current shipping service much needed by the wider community and also made easy by ordering goods through social media, then PT Tritunggal Agung Sejahtera guarantee the best service at all times when sending goods by coordinating and monitoring all shipments of goods are assisted by the latest computer systems. Data collection methods in the preparation of the final project is a method of obsevation, interviews, and analysis methods library study of qualitative analysis method. PT Tritunggal Agung Sejahtera can be called a trucking company because it sends shipments of imported goods by focusing on shipping goods via land by renting containers or trucks in carrying out its services. PT Tritunggal Agung Sejahtera using a computerized administration system which is the Cube application as a support for the administrative process of sending imported goods, such as inputting documents that have been received by customers until the payment of bills.

Abstract

Tingkat pengembalian saham leasing di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh berbagai factor seperti : kinerja keuangan, dan manajemen modal kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa penaruh kinerja keuangan melalui perhitungan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Investment (ROI), Current Ratio (CR) dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) dan modal kerja pengelolaannya menggunakan perhitungan Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan leasing yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2019-2021. Dalam menganalisis pengaruh variable DER, ROI, CR, TATO, dan CCC menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Itu hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh terhadap return saham dalam nilai signifikan 0,006. Dan total Asset Turn Over (TATO) berpengaruh terhadap return saham dengan nilai signifikan 0,025. Sedangkan Current Ratio (CR), dan cash Conversion Cycle tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham dengan nilai signifikan 0,403; 0,977. Semua variabel bebas secara bersamaan mempenaruhi saham pada perusahaan leasing.

Abstract

Abstrak-Companies that are ready to compete must have effective management. In addition to training and motivation, to improve employee performance in effective management requires the support of capable and competent employees in their fields. On the other hand, the development of employees includes what should be prioritized as the company's main asset. The learning process must be a corporate culture so that the skills of employees can be maintained, even improved. Based on the description above, a research can be submitted with the title " The influence of training and motivation work on performance employees pt bank bjb office special branch jakarta". This research method is conducted on the data obtained from the results of the questionnaire answers and used to analyze data in the form of numbers and calculations with statistical methods. The data must be classified in certain categories by using certain tables to facilitate analysis. For this reason, SPSS analysis program will be used. This research proves that Training and Job Activation are very influential on the performance of employees in the office of PT Bank BJB Jakarta Branch Office so as to improve employee performance, the main thing to be considered is Training and Work Motivation that is good and intensive in order to support employee productivity to the maximum. Proses pembelajaran harus menjadi budaya perusahaan sehingga keterampilan karyawan dapat dipertahankan, bahkan ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, suatu penelitian dapat diajukan dengan judul "Pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pt bank bjb kantor cabang khusus jakarta". Metode penelitian ini dilakukan pada data yang diperoleh dari hasil jawaban kuesioner dan digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam bentuk angka dan perhitungan dengan metode statistik. Data harus diklasifikasikan dalam kategori tertentu dengan menggunakan tabel tertentu untuk memudahkan analisis. Untuk alasan ini, program analisis SPSS akan digunakan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Pelatihan dan Aktivasi Kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di kantor PT Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Jakarta sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, hal utama yang harus diperhatikan adalah Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja yang baik dan intensif dalam untuk mendukung produktivitas karyawan secara maksimal. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is a consumer goods industry sector engaged in the production of food and beverage ingredients, with production activities based on policies established by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity on profitability at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Types of quantitative descriptive research with data collection methods are observation and documentation studies. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and analyzed using correlation coefficient tests, coefficients of determination, simple linear regression equations and processed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 28.0.0 software. 0.138. The results of the determination test show that there is no significant effect between the Current Ratio and the Ratio On Assets of 0.190. The simple regression equation formed is not significant between the Current Ratio and the Ratio On Asset, namely Y = 4.090-0.853 X.

Abstract

Abstract PT STRIVECHEM INDONESIA is a subsidiary of SISKEM Group. Specialty Chemical has been a major part of the core competency section of the Business since 1998. SISKEM takes part as a leading local manufacturing, marketing and technical service for Specialty Chemicals in Water & Wastewater Treatment and Oil-Gas treatment industries. Profitability is the ability of a company to generate profits during a certain period at a certain level of sales, assets and share capital. The profitability of a company can be assessed in various ways depending on the profits and assets or capital that will be compared with one another. Receivables are one of the elements of current assets in the company's balance sheet that arise as a result of the sale of goods, services or the provision of credit to debtors whose payments are generally given within 30 days to 90 days. The company improves the ability to manage Cash Flow or Cash Flow Statements where the contents of the company's income and expenses are stable in order to be able to maintain stable profitability. And the finance department should better manage the company's assets so that the company will increase more than the assets that have been managed.

Abstract

Banks receive a lot of funds from the public in the form of deposits, both in the form of Savings, Deposits, and other forms of savings offered by the Bank through the "Promotion" program carried out by the Bank. This study aims to find a relationship between Promotional Expenses incurred and the amount of Funds received from customers called Third Party Funds (DPK). In this case, as an example, we use data from Bank BRI Syariah Indonesia for the 2016 – 2020 period. statistical analysis of correlation, determination, and regression assisted by the IBM SPSS version 22 program. The results of data processing show an R2 value of 0.038% indicating that Promotional Costs have an effect on Third Party Funds of 0.0038%, the remaining 0.0038% is influenced by other factors that are not present in this study. Meanwhile, the regression equation that is formed is Ŷ = 26,705,681.242 + 203,726X indicating that if promotion costs increase, third party funds will also increase. The F test results obtained a Sig value of 0.133 greater than 0.05 (Sig. > 0.05). Judging from the results of processing the data based on the results of the regression equation, Promotional Costs have a positive effect on Third Party Funds. However, if we look at the results of the R2 value, the effect is only 0.038%, the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. Meanwhile, if you look at the results of the F test with the Sig. 0.133 is greater than 0.05 (Sig. > 0.05) so the Promotional Costs have no significant effect on Third Party Funds. So it can be concluded that the purpose of Promotional Fees is not to invite customers to save their funds at Bank BRI Syariah Indonesia. This can raise questions for Bank BRISyariah for what purpose the Promotion is carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of organizational communication in Karang Taruna Komplek Chandra Baru Rw17. The data collection technique in this study used purposive sampling technique which was obtained by conducting interviews with 2 Youth Organization administrators and filling out questionnaires to several Youth Organization administrators. The analysis method is qualitative analysis without using statistical analysis. Karang Taruna Rw 017 has prioritized solidarity, interesting programs, member development, good organizational culture, and responsibility for the surrounding environment. However, there are several problems that can hinder Karang Taruna in completing its responsibilities, so efforts need to be made to overcome these problems.
