Abstract

This research aims to develop the Arabic interactive multimedia for training test of Arabic language ability standard / اخْتِبَار مِعْيار الكَفَاءَة فِي اللُّغَة العَرَبِيَّة (IMKA) and to test its validity, practicality and effectiveness for students of Walisongo Islamic State University Semarang. Because of difficulty of Arabic language standard test, the high cost of teaching privately, and no material and means to teach the Arabic language proficiency standard test than 92% of the students demanding to train the Arabic test by audio-visual application. The type of this research is research and development (R&D) using Borg and Gall model by using the multistage random sampling technique for 24 students. This development produces the application for teaching the Arabic language in the form of interactive multimedia with the extension of .exe. In terms of validity, these applications find a percentage of 84% (multimedia validator expert) and 75% (material validator expert) with a sufficiently correct category, and they should be slightly revised. In terms of practicality, these ap-plications find the rating rate of 4.5 out of the top rating 5 in their class as very good and practical to use. In terms of effectiveness, these applications find Normalized Gain 0.38 of the highest grade 1 in the medium class and effective for use.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana praktik virtual learning di Kelas 1A SD Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Hj. Isriati Baiturrahman 2 Semarang, bulan Februari-April 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IA yang berjumlah 30 peserta. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sementara uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Platform yang digunakan dalam virtual learning adalah whatsapp (group dan video call), zoom cloud meeting, google slide, dan google form, sehingga jenis komunikasinya meliputi dua model sekaligus (sinkronus dan asinkronus). 2) Dari 30 peserta didik, 20-25 diantara mereka selalu aktif mengikuti pertemuan tatap muka virtual melalui zoom meeting. 3) Meski pembelajaran dilakukan secara virtual, guru tetap melakukan tiga jenis penilaian, yaitu penilaian kognitif melalui google form, penilaian sikap yang dilihat dari kedisiplinan peserta didik mengikuti zoom meeting, dan penilaian keterampilan melalui penugasan-penugasan yang dikemas menjadi foto maupun video (Hal ini tentu saja sesuai dengan penilaian dalam standar K-13). 4) Adapun kelebihan dilaksanakannya virtual learning di kelas I diantaranya adalah menekan persebaran virus covid-19 dimana saat ini Indonesia masih berada dalam situasi pandemi. Virtual learning ini juga menuntut guru untuk terus mengasah kemampuannya dalam bidang IT, sehingga peserta didik dapat terlayani dengan baik. Selain itu, virtual learning merupakan salah satu jawaban dari tantangan pembelajaran di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan abad 21
