Abstract

Women's cooperative“Setia Bhakti Wanita” East Java is already developing cooperative and not rely on Government assistance funds as capital. The capital used by the cooperative is the result of the management of private equity-owned cooperatives and also comes from the capital loan. This research aims to know the mnganalisis and how cooperative ability in paying off obligations owned by measuring the degree of liquidity of the cooperative. The research method used is descriptive analysis, where the analysis is used to describe a phenomenon with what it is. The results of research showed that the level of liquidity as measured by Current Ratio and Quick of Women's cooperative“Setia Bhakti Wanita” East Java during the 2008-2012 period is enough liquid because it is above 100%, but the condition has not been classified as safe and healthy as it has yet to reach the figure of 200%. Keyword: Likuidity ratio, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio Koperasi Wanita “Setia Bhakti Wanita” Jawa Timur merupakan koperasi yang sudah berkembang dan tidak bergantung pada dana bantuan pemerintah sebagai modal. Modal yang digunakan oleh koperasi merupakan hasil dari pengelolaan modal sendiri yang dimiliki koperasi dan juga berasal dari modal pinjaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mnganalisis bagaimana kemampuan koperasi dalam melunasi kewajiban-kewajiban yang dimiliki dengan mengukur tingkat likuiditas dari koperasi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis deskriptif, dimana analisis ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan suatu fenomena dengan apa adanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio dari Koperasi Wanita “Setia Bhakti Wanita” Jawa Timur selama periode 2008-2012 sudah cukup likuid karena berada diatas 100%, namun kondisi tersebut belum tergolong aman dan sehat karena belum mencapai angka 200%. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of online learning on economicslearning during the Covid-19 pandemic by the eleventh grader of social studies major at SMA Negeri 1 Bontang. This research is also to find out students' perceptions of applications, tools, and networks used in online learning. This is a case study researchby using qualitative approach. The data sources in this study were eight students from class XI IPS and oneeconomics teacher. This research used purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data collection techniqueused interview, questionnaires and documentation techniques.The research’s finding showed promising result in terms of availability of tools. Cellphone and laptop are the tools used in online learning. The students also showed the capability to use online learning application such as Whatsapp and Google Classroom. The research also showed that students tend to be more interested in using Google Classroom.  Learning process indicators demonstrated the range of student preferences for online learning concepts. There are two dominant concepts. The first is lectures, in which students gain a better understanding of the topic through the teacher's explanation. The second is online learning in the form of videos. The content in the form of a video is more entertaining than reading content.The fulfillment of online learning resources for all students, particularly mobile devices, demonstrates extremely high outcomes in the support indication. Support from schools is also provided, such as internet bundles, textbooks, and instruction on how to utilize online learning media apps. Students are also feeling the support of their parents. The establishment of a parent Whatsapp group by the homeroom teacher is as a school partner in overseeing the student learning process. Keywords: Perception, Online Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai persediaanpemesanan dan persediaan barang pada SW Shop Accessories Billiard Samarinda tahun 2018.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitianini adalah stik billiard dari SW Shop Accessories Billiard Samarinda. Data yang diambilsebanyak satu tahun pemesanan pada SW Shop Accessories Billiard yaitu pada tahun 2018dengan metode EOQ. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jumlah stik billiard yang seharusnyadipesan berdasarkan perhitungan EOQ yaitu sebanyak 393 pcs. Dari hasil penelitian tersebutSW Shop Accessories Billiard Samarinda sebaiknya dapat menerapkan perhitungan denganmetode EOQ dalam menentukan kuantitas pemesanan optimal.

Abstract

The problem of teaching microteaching and its application in schools during the COVID-19 pandemic is that it is done online, while teaching skills must be implemented in real life. This study analyzes the application of the blended experiential learning model and finds the impact of pedagogical skills on pre-service teachers’ application of their teaching skills. This study is using a participatory action research method in the form of an action-based inquiry study of the Stringer model. The participants were pre-service teachers who were taking microteaching courses, 35 male and 81 female students, 4 supervisors, and 4 student teachers. Quantitative data analysis will be carried out through descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research on the application of the blended experiential learning model were well implemented; there was an increase in the ability of pedagogical skills, the development of student potential, and assessment skills. It is concluded that the application of this blended experiential learning model improves the ability of prospective teachers to master students, learn theory, implement curriculum, facilitate the development of student potential, learn evaluation skills, and take reflective action.
