Abstract

The population is influenced by birth (fertility), death (mortality) and population migration. The process of changing dynamic elements is called a dynamic process in the population structure. The reasons for this change must be studied in their changes and developments. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of labor force participation in Indonesia. This study uses a time series secondary data published by the Central Bureau of Statistics, namely the labor force participation rate according to the Province from 2010 to 2015. Hope to enjoy a demographic bonus if it reaches 70 percent of the Labor Force Participation Rate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the persistence of inflation in major North Sumatera Province in 2007 until 2012 and value contributed Output Growth  (GDP) of North Sumatera, Exchange Rate, Interest Rate and Error Correction Term about Inflation in North Sumatera. Data is used secondary data from general Consumer Price Index  (CPI) from North Sumatera Province include Medan, Pematangsiantar, Sibolga and Padangsidempuan monthly of January 2007 until December 2012. And secondary data Consumer Price Index  (CPI) of North Sumatera Province, Gross Domestic Product of  Province Sumatera Utara, Exchange Rate and Interest Rate of BI Rate yearly of 1999 until 2012. Model is used model econometric with Autoregressive method and Error Correction Model. Result of this research with estimation of  VAR model concludes that degree of persistence of 4 town from North Sumatera Province is low. Result of estimation of model ECM concludes that Interest Rate significantly affect to inflation rate, while Gross Domestic Product of  North Sumatera Province and Exchange Rate not significantly affect to inflation rate. While ECT becomes significant correction to variable inflation rate. Where the form of error correction in the ECM suggests a long-term relationship between the variables inflation, GDP variable, the variable exchange rate and variable interest rate is comparable.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment experienced by a consumer both before making a purchase at the company, when these feelings arise after comparing the performance of the product he gets against his expectations so far for the product. Brand image is also a consumer's assessment of the brand offered in a market whose creation can be formed based on personal experiences obtained by consumers either through hearing the product's reputation or experiencing direct post-purchase on the product. The purchase decision is a stage in the decision-making process through a consideration where the individual carries out an evaluation of the various available options and decides on the best choice of a product from only a few. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The study used multiple linear regression analysis. The research scale used is a Likert scale. Partially, it was found that the variable of customer satisfaction had a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of PT. Alfa Scorpio, Bilal Medan Branch. Partially, the brand image variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of PT. Alfa Scorpio, Bilal Medan Branch. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of consumer satisfaction and brand image on purchasing decisions of employees of PT. Alfa Scorpio, Bilal Medan Branch.

Abstract

Brand trust is the desire of customers to trust and believe in a brand with the risks faced because expectations of the brand will lead to positive results. Service quality is an effort to fulfill customer desires and the accuracy of service delivery in order to meet customer expectations. Brand loyalty is a term in marketing to describe how strong a consumer's preference for a brand is when compared to other brands. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research scale uses a Likert scale. Partial research results, brand trust has no effect on brand loyalty PT. Lion Express. Partially, service quality has an effect on brand loyalty of PT. Lion Express. Simultaneously, brand trust and service quality affect the brand loyalty of PT. Lion Express.

Abstract

Consumer behaviour is dynamic, it involves the interaction between affect and cognition, behaviour and events arount it, and involves exchange. Service quality is the totally of features and characteristics of a product or service that depend on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs. Purchase interest one of the indicators used by company to measure the success or failure of a product / service that is marketed in the community. The research sample used the saturated sample method, so that the entire population was used as the research sample. This research used Likert scale. The results showed that partially each consumer behavior and service quality had a significant positive effect on buying interest. Simultaneously variable of consumer behavior and service quality has a significant positive effect on buying interest.

Abstract

Keterampilan kerja sendiri memiliki definisi sebagai suatu kecakapan atau keahlian untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan yang hanya dapat diperoleh dari kegiatan praktek yang bisa dikuasai melalui pembelajaran dan bisa ditingkatkan melalui pembelajaran dan bantuan dari orang lain sehingga hal ini membuat keteampilan bersifat individu. Etos kerja sendiri didefinisikan sebagai suatu hal yang berkaitan dengan semangat kerja yang menjadi ciri khas seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang bekerja yang berlandaskan etika atau perspektif kerja yang diyakini dan diwujudkan melalui tekad dan perilaku baik di dunia kerja. Loyalitas kerja dapat dikatakan sebagai sebuah kesetiaan seseorang terhadap suatu hal yang bukan berupa kesetiaan fisik semata, namun lebih pada kesetiaan non fisik seperti pikiran dan perhatian. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Skala penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel keterampilan kerja dan etos kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT. Kencana Permata Nusantara. Secara parsial ditemukan variabel keterampilan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT. Kencana Permata Nusantara. Secara parsial ditemukan variabel etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan PT. Kencana Permata Nusantara. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Kerja, Etos Kerja, Loyalitas Kerja
