Abstract

Abstrak Terdapat kewajiban menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia dalam sebuah PKWT dan apabila tidak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia, maka harus dianggap sebagai PKWTT hal ini sesuai Pasal 57 ayat (1) dan (2) Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan. Pada sisi lain, terdapat pula pengaturan tentang pekerja asing yang tidak dimungkinkan menjadi pekerja tetap (PKWTT) sesuai dengan Pasal 42 ayat (4) Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan. Terdapat kasus di mana ada PKWT yang tidak berbahasa Indonesia dan pada saat yang sama pihak pekerjanya adalah pekerja asing. Salah satu contoh kasus yang terjadi adalah seperti kasus pada putusan Mahkamah Agung dengan Nomor perkara 595 K/PDT.SUS/2010 yaitu antara PT.Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT) dengan pekerja asing Kurt Eugene Krieger. Hubungan kerja antara PT.AKT dan pekerja asing adalah menggunakan PKWT yang tidak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia. Pada saat PHK dilakukan, Kurt Eugene Krieger mendalilkan bahwa PKWT yang dibuat berubah menjadi PKWTT. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah PKWT yang hanya menggunakan Bahasa asing antara PT.AKT dengan pekerja asing dapat menjadi PKWTT sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Tujuan kedua adalah untuk mengetahui upaya hukum secara non litigasi maupun secara litigasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh pekerja asing dengan kategori PKWT yang tidak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia setelah di-PHK oleh PT.AKT. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif, adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan analisis. Teknik analisa bahan hukumnya menggunakan cara preskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKWT yang dibuat dengan tidak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia tidak bisa berubah menjadi PKWTT, hal ini sesuai dengan Pasal 42 ayat (4) Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan. Berdasarkan asas perjanjian, pekerja asing melanggar asas itikad baik dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh kompensasi yang lebih banyak akibat berakhirya hubungan kerja. Dalam putusan MA tersebut, apabila PKWT pekerja asing dapat diubah menjadi PKWTT, maka bertentangan dengan tujuan untuk memperluas lapangan kerja dan mendidik serta melindungi bagi tenaga kerja WNI sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Pasal 27 ayat (2) UUD 1945. Pekerja asing dapat memperjuangkan haknya melalui upaya hukum secara non litigasi maupun secara litigasi yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 tentang PPHI serta dapat dimungkinkan untuk melakukan upaya hukum peninjauan kembali yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2009 tentang Mahkamah Agung. Kata Kunci: Pekerja asing, hukum ketenagakerjaan Abstract There is an obligation to use Indonesian language in a work agreement for a specified time (PKWT) and if it does not use Indonesian language, then it should be considered as work agreement for an unspecified time (PKWTT) this is in accordance with Article 57 subsection (1) and (2) Labour Law. On the other hand, there are also regulations about foreign worker which state that it is impossible for the foreign worker to be a permanent employee based on article 42 subsection (4) Labour Law. There is a case where the language in PKWT is foreign language and at the same time the worker is foreign worker. One example of such case is shown in Supreme Court’s verdict Number 595 K/PDT.SUS/2010 i.e. case between PT. Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT) versus Kurt Eugene Krieger (foreign worker). The work agreement between PT.AKT and foreign worker uses PKWT which doesn’t use Indonesian language. At the moment of termination of employment, Kurt Eugene Krieger argues that the PKWT ​​must be considered as PKWTT. The purposes of this study are to determine whether PKWT that only use foreign language ​between PT.AKT and foreign worker can be PKWTT according to laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia. The second purpose is to determine the legal effort in litigation and non-litigation area which can be done by foreign worker who is categorized as PKWT after being terminated by PT.AKT. This is a normative research, while the approach used is statute, and the analytical approaches. The analyzing technique of this legal research uses prescriptive method. Research results showed that PKWT which does not use Indonesian language could not be cosidered as PKWTT, this is in accordance with article 42 subsection (4) of law Number 13 year 2003 concerning Labour. Based on the principle of the agreement, the foreign worker violates the principle of good faith in order to obtain more compensation due to the termination of working relationship. In the Supreme Court decision, if PKWT foreign worker can considered into PKWTT, it is contrary to the goal of expanding the employment, educating and protecting the citizen labour force as mandated by the 1945 Constitution in Article 27 subsection (2). Foreign worker can struggle for their rights through legal actions in non-litigation and litigation area which set forth in Law Number 2 year 2004 concerning PPHI, also may be possible to undertake judicial review effort, which is regulated in Law Number 3 of 2009 concerning the Supreme Court. Abstract

Student learning interest really needs to be considered for the academic sustainbility of students. As it is known that students interest in learning can lead to the focus of whether or not students take part in learning. Student focus will also determine the success or failure of students in accepting and understanding the teaching material provided by the teacher. Many teacher and scholls find students wholack interest in learning. So not a few schools have complained about the academic succes achived. And in this study aims to collect and analyze articles that already exit and have discussed related problems as well as succesful efforts to solve a similiar problem related to interest in elementary schools. The criteria for the articles used are those published in 2017-2021. And based on the articles collected, there are results that show that trough observation, anecdotal notes, portfolio, post test show that students’ interest in learning can be increased by adjusting the learning model accordingto the age level of the child, namely by liking to play. And it has been proven by the existence of data which shows that traditional game-based learning models can increase students’ interest and self-quality.

Abstract

This research was structured to determine the benefits of technology in learning activities at the elementary school level during the covid-19 pandemic. By using the research method of literature study. The subject or respondent is from the articles that the author uses. In collecting information or data, namely the documentation technique, namely looking for data relating to relevant matters from books, journals, documents. The data analysis technique used by the author is to collect library data, record, process the data. The results of this study are by utilizing the google classroom application, online learning at the elementary school level can be carried out well. This is supported by the features available in the google classroom application, especially the due date feature which can minimize student delays in collecting assignments that the teacher gives.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the role of parents' attention in caring for their children so that effective children's learning activities can be realized. The method used in this study is literature or what we are often familiar with as a literature study. Data analysis is that the sources of the reading are compiled, then analyzed, then the final result is compiled. The results of this study explain that the role of parental care needs to be studied, let alone be implemented by every parent wherever they are. This of course greatly affects children's learning activities, positive guidance, such as being given understanding, direction, advice that builds enthusiasm for learning so that children can correct the mistakes they make, allowing positive habits to be formed in a child, for example children can adjust themselves quickly, courageous and confident in making decisions. This is what we often hear with democratic guidance. On the other hand, if the parental education is not good and the parents' attention is very minimal, it will have a negative impact on children's learning activities, so that the child will feel lazy and not enthusiastic and not confident about their achievements.

Abstract

Latar Belakang :Supervisi merupakan bagian dari fungsi directing pengarahan yang berperan mempertahankan agar kegiatan yang telah diprogram dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan lancar terutama dalam menjaga keselamatan pasien. Kompetensi tindakan keperawatan yang telah berjalan selama ini masih jauh dari harapan dan tujuan pelayanan. Kinerja perawat yang belum mencapai standar yang telah ditetapkan dapat mengakibatkan penyimpangan tindakan sesuai SOP, sehingga menimbulkan cedera, kerugian, bahkan komplain dari pasien dan masyarakat. Perawat perlu berbenah untuk mengurangi dampak yang diakibatkan oleh kurangnya kinerja dan kompetensi perawat, salah satunya dengan melakukan supervisi klinik. Upaya meminimalisir terjadinya insiden keselamatan pasien, maka manajemen rumah sakit perlu menciptakan budaya safety.Tujuan : Dapat dijadikan referensi dalam melakukan supervisi klinis untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakitMetode : Kajian literatur (literatur review) dengan pendekatan PubMed, dan Google scholar dengan kriteria Inklusi:  Jurnal terpublikasi dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir, Jurnal sudah terindeks dan terdaftar pada jurnal nasional maupun internasional, dan terpublikasi dalam bentuk full text. Kriteria Eksklusi: Jurnal penelitian terpublikasi dalam bentuk abstrak, tidak terindeks pada jurnal nasional maupun internasionalHasil : Literatur review berdasarkan  full text didapatkan artikel dari Pubmed : 10349 dan  Google scholar : 69, Artikel dengan  kemiripan tidak sama dan diambil yang paling berhubungan sebanyak 5 artikel. Terdapat hubungan supervisi klinis dengan peningkatan keselamatan pasien, Jika penerapan budaya keselamatan pasien baik maka mutu pelayanan Rumah Sakit akan meningkat dan lebih berkualitas.Kesimpulan : terdapat hubungan supervisi klinis dengan peningkatan keselamatan pasien hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil penelitian yang  telah dilakukan. Komunikasi  dan pengawasan supervisor pada perawat pelaksana secara berkesinambungan  merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam peningkatan keselamatan  pasien. Kata Kunci: Supervisi keperawatan; Budaya keselamatan pasien

Abstract

Research background, Documenting standard nursing diagnoses in Indonesia is very important, however in practice there are still many obstacles that result in incomplete documentation. Nursing diagnosis as a component of Nursing Care Standards needs to be carried out properly as mandated in Law no. 38 of 2014 concerning Nursing in article 30 that in carrying out their duties as nursing care providers, nurses have the authority to determine nursing diagnoses.Research purposesto evaluate the implementation of the standard documentation of Indonesian nursing diagnoses in the Inpatient Hospital of dr. R. Soetijono Blora.Research methodsThe method used is the Observational Survey with a sample of 60 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire for the implementation of documenting standard nursing diagnoses in Indonesia.Research resultobtained the implementation of the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards documentation in the Inpatient Hospital of dr. R. Soetijono Blora was generally good 66.7%, 18.3% very good, and 15% less good. Documentation implementation that needs to be improved includes writing actual nursing diagnoses that must be supported by major and minor signs / symptoms, writing nursing diagnoses of risk and nursing diagnoses that have not been maximized, and writing nursing diagnosis code numbers.Research discussionrelating to the implementation of the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards documentation in dr. R. Soetijono Blora got poor results, one thing that needs to be anticipated is that nurses who do not have sufficient experience need to do training and habituation to carry out the process of enforcing nursing diagnoses systematically.Research conclusions In general, the implementation of the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards documentation has been carried out well, but it is necessary to carry out training and habituation to carry out the process of enforcing nursing diagnoses systematically

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning interest of third grade students at SD Negeri Wonosari, Ngombol District, Purworejo Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method and is presented in a descriptive form. The technique used to obtain information in this study was an interview technique with the object of the interview, namely students' interest in learning and the subject of the interview, namely class III teaching staff and class III students, and the interview was held on May 13, 2023 at SD Negeri Wonosari, Ngombol District, Kabupaten Purworejo. And the results of the interviews were analyzed and presented in a descriptive form. The interviews referred to 4 indicators of interest in learning namely: feeling happy, interested in learning, showing attention while studying and involvement in learning. From the results of the interviews it is known that students do not have a full feeling of pleasure in learning; students are less interested in learning because the teacher has not used monotonous media and learning methods; students have not shown their full attention in learning, there are still many students who are busy chatting, busy, and walking around during learning; and students are still slightly involved in learning. The results of the research lead to low student interest in learning caused by several factors such as: motivation, facilities, learning methods, and the environment. Teachers must try to develop students' interest in learning so that learning is achieved optimally.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to determine how the implementation of character education values ​​in the formation of discipline in fifth grade students of SDN Dayuharjo Sleman. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Dayuharjo Sleman, totaling 45 people and the key informants in this study were homeroom teachers, subject teachers and school principals, determining the subject using a purposive method. Data collection techniques using interview and observation methods. Data analysis techniques used are data collecting, data reduction, data display and data classification. The results showed that; the implementation of the value of character education in the formation of discipline in class V SDN Dayuharjo Sleman has not been implemented optimally. Indicators of student indiscipline are arriving late to school, students going in and out of the classroom during class hours. Efforts that can be made to overcome obstacles in the process of implementing character education, especially in shaping students' disciplined attitudes, are through habituation of behavior carried out by students in class, by exemplary students in class in obeying any existing regulations. Abstract

The study was done to identify the impact of reward and punishment for the study of the fourth grade student of the country plakind 2 mlati degrades at the physical education learning game (a sphere). Both methods are expected to achieve the best and optimal purpose of learning so that it can build a child's early activation to create an active child. The type of research that is done is field research using quantitative methods. The data-collection technique used is in-depth observation and documentation, this research places more emphasis on observation and requires keen instinct. Recognition and punishment are two contradictory words, but two related things. Rewards and punishments are also employed in order to motivate a child to continue growing so that not only in material but also activity can support child activity. Research indicates that reward and punishment provided a favorable effect on the study of the fourth year students of the country's 4th grade plaves
