Abstract

In order to live well in a social environment, it is necessary to have to adapt. Likewise with students in their teens. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence of self-regulation with self-adjustment in adolescents. The population in this study were students of class X SMKN 1 Prigen. While the sample used was 80 students who were taken using quota sampling technique. Data collection uses a self-adjustment scale and a self-regulation scale that was compiled by the researcher based on existing theories. The data obtained were then analyzed using one predictor regression analysis technique. From the results of data analysis shows the value of Freg is 118.70 with F table 1% of 6.63 (F count F table 1%). These results indicate that there is an effect of self-regulation on self-adjustment in adolescents. Adolescents who have good self-regulation will have good self-adjustment, so they are expected to be able to participate in activities at school without obstacles. In order to live well in a social environment, it is necessary to have to adapt.
