Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa, dalam hal ini kemampuan komunikasi matematis, melalui bahan ajar berbasis penalaran matematis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain yang digunakan adalah pretes-postes. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini di Prodi PGSD terhadap mahasiswa semester I, yang mengikuti mata kuliah Konsep Dasar Matematika di SD pada tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Kelas eksperimen terdiri dari 30 mahasiswa dan kelas kontrol terdiri dari 30 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tes, tes disusun dengan mengacu kepada indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Analisis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji ANOVA 2 jalur. Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (a) Tidak ditemukan perbedaan dalam hal pencapaian kemampuan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa, yang diajar melalui bahan ajar berbasis penalaran matematis dengan mahasiswa yang diajar melalui pembelajaran konvensional, dilihat secara keseluruhan; (b) Ditemukan perbedaan dalam hal pencapaian kemampuan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa, yang diajar melalui bahan ajar berbasis penalaran matematis dengan mahasiswa yang diajar melalui pembelajaran konvensional, dilihat berdasarkan KAM; (c) Tidak ditemukan interaksi antara pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran, dan kemampuan awal matematis (KAM) dalam hal pencapaian kemampuan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of animated video learning media in the fourth grade flat building material at SD Negeri 104 Pekabaru. This research method uses development research with ADDIE development model. This research was conducted in three stages, namely 1) the analysis phase consisted of curriculum analysis, needs analysis, and student analysis; 2) the design stage, namely the design of animated video learning media using two applications, namely kinemaster and powtoon; 3) the development stage, namely producing learning media that have been designed in the design. In addition to media production, the researcher also developed a research instrument, namely a validation sheet. The results of this study indicate that the animated video learning media meets the very feasible criteria and the responses given by media experts are 94.16%, linguists are 85.41%, and material experts are 82.81%. Overall validation from media experts, linguists, and material experts with a percentage of 87.46% with a very decent category. The conclusion in this study is that the animated video learning media on the flat material is suitable for use in fourth grade elementary school learning. Abstract

This study aims to photograph the existing phenomena by analyzing the use of video media in learning in class II SD Negeri 002 KotoBaru Kab. Kuantan Singingi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The research subjects were class teachers and second grade students at SD Negeri 002 KotoBaru. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Milles and Huberman model, namely qualitative data analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study related to the use of video media that were applied in Class II SD Negeri 002 KotoBaru seemed to be able to grow attention and increase the ease of understanding the subject matter. Moreover, the use of video media in lessons received positive responses from teachers and Class II students of SD Negeri 002 Koto Baru, although there were several obstacles faced by teachers. The obstacle experienced by teachers in using video media in learning in class II SD Negeri 002 KotoBaru is that class II teachers are less able to show involvement in the media, not all materials are suitable for using video media because sometimes students have to recognize it directly. The conclusion from the results of the research that has been done is that teacher II at SD Negeri 002 KotoBaru uses video media in the learning process to provide convenience for students in learning materials, although in its use there are still obstacles in the nature of teachers in learning in class II SD Negeri 002 Koto Baru.
