Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of the package C equality program at SPNF SKB Maros. The subjects of this study were 4 tutors and 10 learning residents. The data in this study were collected by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data is processed by data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that this study examines the Package C equivalence program at SPNF SKB Maros through three stages, namely: Planning, namely by identifying prospective learning citizens by requiring that they have learning needs in participating in the Package C program equivalent to SMA, then making RPP and Syllabus; the implementation of learning using varied learning methods, the time of learning 3 times a week and the place of implementation of learning in the SPNF SKB Maros study room; assessment instruments using tests and observation guidelines, assessment reports are made at the end of learning.Key words: Package C equivalence program, Learning Needs

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the quality of functional literacy learning through a constructivist approach related to students' mastery of competencies, namely reading, writing, arithmetic and communicating in Indonesian. This action research was carried out in the functional literacy learning group "Cahaya Ilmu" under the guidance of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Bulukumba Regency. The research results show that students are motivated to learn if the learning material is integrated with skills education. They also study actively if the learning material suits their interests and needs based on the problems they experience every day. They are more confident in learning if their opinions are respected because generally they are adults. The application of constructivist learning strategies can improve the quality of learning in basic literacy learning groups both individually and as a group. The implication of this research is that the meaning of learning and active and creative learning can be achieved through a constructivist learning approach. However, the professionalism and creativity of tutors can be improved through training tutors in basic literacy education first, before they teach in study groups

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of early childhood education teachers at the Smart Home Islamic Dream Kindergarten Foundation, Bangkala Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research with a case study type of research, the informants in this study were tutors, the head of the Islamic Dream Kindergarten and the parents of the students. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is used through triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study show that the role of early childhood education teachers in Yayaysan Smart Home Islamic Dream Kindergarten, Bangkala Village, Manggala District, Makassar City, is specific to three things, namely the role of a mediator, the role of a facilitator, and the role of a motivator. The role of the teacher as a mediator is not only to know various educational media but the teacher also becomes an intermediary in the learning process. The role of the teacher as a facilitator who provides facilities and infrastructure to students free of charge in optimizing the learning process and providing learning tools. Then, the role of the teacher as a motivator is very important, where the teacher can move the classroom by using learning methods that suit the characteristics of their students.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of the package B program at PKBM Amanah Ummat, Batua Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. This research uses a qualitative approach and a case study type of research. The subjects of this study were 1 manager/chairman of PKBM Amanah Ummat and 4 package B tutors. The data for this study were collected by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data is processed by data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. The results showed that this study examined the implementation of the package B program at PKBM Amanah Ummat, Batua Village, Manggala District, Makassar City through 3 stages, namely: planning which included preparing lesson plans and syllabus; Implementation which includes grouping learning residents, providing learning media and resources, making learning schedules and providing facilities and infrastructure, providing motivation for learning residents, learning skills and methods; Assessment of learning outcomes, at this stage aims to measure the extent to which the learning community is able to participate in the package B learning process at PKBM Amanah Ummat.Keywords: Implementation, program, package B, PKBM

Abstract

The Relationship between Professional Competence and Tutor Performance at UPTD SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang Makassar City. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between professional competence and tutor performance at UPTD SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang Makassar City. This type of research is ex post facto research. The population in this study was all students who took part in learning in non-formal education units totaling 60 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data collected in the research was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. Based on the results of data analysis, with 60 respondents filling out the professional competency questionnaire for heads of educational institutions and teacher competency, there was a correlation of 0.713 from the t table of 0.514. Thus, t count > t table, the correlation coefficient level which is between 0.70-0.80 is considered high. This shows that the data analysis value is higher than the r table value, so the proposed research hypothesis is accepted. Based on the research results, there is a relationship between professional competence and tutor performance at UPTD SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang Makassar City

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Role of Coastal Reading House Management in Increasing Children's Reading Interest in Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. This research approach is a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The subjects of this study were the head of the reading house, the manager of the reading house, and visitors to the Coastal Reading House. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The triangulation used is the triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that coastal reading house managers play an important role in increasing children's interest in reading, with their roles as informators, facilitators, motivators and innovators. Researchers can conclude that the role of the Reading House Manager has been realized, including the role as an informator has been realized by becoming the main source of information related to coastal reading houses. . The role as a facilitator has been realized by providing and providing services related to facilities for activities in coastal reading houses. The role as a motivator has been realized, this is characterized by providing encouragement to develop children's interest in reading. The role as an innovator has been realized by carrying out an innovation that aims to foster the attraction of children to want to visit and do reading activities at reading houses.Keywords: Manager role, Reading interest, Reading House

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi tutor dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa paket b di SPNF Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Ujung Pandang Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian mixed method yang memiliki jenis penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di SPNF Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Ujung Pandang Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi sampel menjadi penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data primer berasal dari wawancara dengan kepala SKB, 1 tutor, 2 siswa. Data sekunder berasal dari tutor dan dokumen serta referensi dari buku dan jurnal yang berhubungan dengan pembahasan untuk mendukung data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Data diolah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan simpulan serta analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hasil tingkat kemandirian menunjukkan responden yang memperoleh nilai presentasi dengan kriteria sangat tinggi sebanyak 8 orang, sedangkan kriteria tinggi sebanyak 24 orang, dan cukup tinggi sebanyak 8 orang. 2) Strategi pembelajaran langsung pada program Paket B, strategi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara langsung di SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang sudah efektif karena dalam pembelajaran, tutor memberikan materi sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik sehingga peserta didik lebih terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. 3) Strategi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara tidak langsung di SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang sudah efektif karena dalam pembelajaran, tutor menerapkan proses pembelajaran diskusi kelompok sehingga peserta didik mampu mengasah kemampuannya dengan cara berkomunikasi dan bekerja sama. 4) Strategi pembelajaran interaktif yaitu melalui forum interaktif, peserta didik dapat bertemu secara langsung, saling menyampaikan pendapat, mencari informasi dari buku cetak atau modul, dan mengamati interaksi dengan anggota lain dalam rangka mencapai hasil pembelajaran. 5) Strategi pembelajaran melalui hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman di SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang sudah efektif karena tutor mengajak peserta didik untuk juga belajar di luar kelas sehingga peserta didik tidak bosan atau lelah. 6) Strategi belajar mandiri dalam mengatur waktu dan mengatasi belajar secara mandiri memerlukan dukungan dan motivasi dari tutor agar tetap konsisten dengan jadwal belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to knowing the Motivation of New Students to Choose the Out-of-School Education Study Program (Study in the Class of 2022) at Makassar State University. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all 2022 PLS students totaling 61 people. The sample collection technique used in this study used saturated sample technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis of the motivation of new students to choose the Out-of-School Education study program (in the class of 2022) at Makassar State University Intrinsically influencing the motivation of new students to choose the Out-of-School Education Department tends to be more on (93%) according to the goal because I hope to later work as an educational motivator. Meanwhile, extrinsically tends to be more (54%) according to the world of work indicator because I want to work in the field of PLS.
