Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve the competence of farmers innovation and to commercially work. Specific targets to be achieved are analyzing the process of trying to improve people's welfare. The goal achievement method is to implement intensification, extensification, diversification, agricultural rehabilitation and cooperation with agricultural extension and to analyze the result of intstrumental rational action and commercial action. The results of this study describe the innovations developed by farmers and the innovations gained from agriculture. This research is conducted in Pallime Kabupaten Bone. The findings of this research can illustrate the techniques of innovating, intensifying and diversifying in order to produce export quality agricultural products. While other findings, farmers can increase the commercial competence of farming. Moreover, the results of research can be used as reference for the development of science and technology in the field of agriculture. This research can have implication to the improvement of people's prosperity which is in Pallime of Bone Regency. The conclusion of this research is farmer try farmer which suitable agriculture extension advocate and experience of farming. Farmers choose farming activities that can be commercially profitable from their rational actions. Farmers prioritize commercial benefits and optimal added value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk menjadi solusi perbaikan dari masalah yang ditemukan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran yaitu kurangnya minat dan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang mengakibatkan prestasi belajar siswa tergolong cukup rendah. Kurangnya penerapan model pembelajaran yang inovatif sehingga proses pembelajaran hanya berpusat pada guru dan siswa menjadi bosan dan kurang berpartisipasi. Hal ini yang menjadi tujuan utama dari penelitian ini yakni upaya meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Inpres 12/79 Kampuno melalui model problem based learning. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dari tiga siklus yang dilakukan di SD Inpres 12/79 Kampuno, Desa Kampuno Kecamatan Barebbo Kabupaten Bone. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 7 orang yang terdiri dari 5 laki-laki dan 2 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni tes, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Inpres 12/79 Kampuno.

Abstract

Matematika dianggap sebagai mata pelajaran yang sangat penting dalam sistem pendidikan global. Keterampilan matematika memungkinkan siswa untuk lebih mudah memahami materi lain, karena matematika dianggap sebagai dasar ilmu pengetahuan. Tujuan umum matematika pada pendidikan dasar dan menengah adalah mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi perubahan kehidupan dan dunia yang terus berkembang serta menggunakan hasil belajar siswa, penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penelitian tindakan kelas. Tercermin dari peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I (73,50) menjadi siklus II (86,72), dengan pertumbuhan persentase sebesar 37,45%. Selain itu, peningkatan jumlah siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) juga mencerminkan efektivitas model CTL, menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Penerapan metode CTL yang tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan tetapi juga dapat memperbaiki kualitas proses pembelajaran, melibatkan baik guru maupun siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif dengan model Kurl Lewin bertujuan untuk mendeskripsiskan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PJBL) untuk meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik kelas V UPTD SDN 1 Pakalu I. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama II siklus dengan tiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), pengamatan (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dalam proses pembelajaran peserta didik kelas V UPTD SDN 1 Pakalu I. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning (PjBL) pada pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari motivasi belajar peserta didik pada siklus I hanya sebanyak 2.47 dimana angka tersebut masuk dalam kategori sedang. Sedangkan pada siklus II motivasi belajar peserta didik telah mengalami pengingkatan menjadi 2.72 dimana angka tersebut masuk dalam kategori tinggi

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan membaca siswa masih sangat kurang. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah proses penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada kegiatan membaca pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas I UPTD SD Negeri 277 Palattae dan apakah penerapan model pembelajaran project based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa di Kelas I UPTD SD Negeri 277 Palattae. Pendekatan yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dan tes. Subjek penelitian siswa yang berjumlah 20. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus. Berdasarkan hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan siswa yang terjadi pada pra Siklus, Siklus I, dan II sebesar 6 siswa, 14 siswa, dan 20 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL dapat meningkatan keterampilan membaca pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas I UPTD SD Negeri 277 Palattae. Selain itu juga, model PjBL sangat efektif diterapkan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas I UPTD SD Negeri 277 Palattae. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh hasil penelitian pada siklus I berada pada kategori cukup, dan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II yang berada pada kategori baik serta mencapai indikator yang telah ditetapkan. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan proses belajar dan hasil belajar siswa di kelas I UPTD SD Negeri 277 Palattae

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of the package C equality program at SPNF SKB Maros. The subjects of this study were 4 tutors and 10 learning residents. The data in this study were collected by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data is processed by data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that this study examines the Package C equivalence program at SPNF SKB Maros through three stages, namely: Planning, namely by identifying prospective learning citizens by requiring that they have learning needs in participating in the Package C program equivalent to SMA, then making RPP and Syllabus; the implementation of learning using varied learning methods, the time of learning 3 times a week and the place of implementation of learning in the SPNF SKB Maros study room; assessment instruments using tests and observation guidelines, assessment reports are made at the end of learning.Key words: Package C equivalence program, Learning Needs

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the quality of functional literacy learning through a constructivist approach related to students' mastery of competencies, namely reading, writing, arithmetic and communicating in Indonesian. This action research was carried out in the functional literacy learning group "Cahaya Ilmu" under the guidance of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Bulukumba Regency. The research results show that students are motivated to learn if the learning material is integrated with skills education. They also study actively if the learning material suits their interests and needs based on the problems they experience every day. They are more confident in learning if their opinions are respected because generally they are adults. The application of constructivist learning strategies can improve the quality of learning in basic literacy learning groups both individually and as a group. The implication of this research is that the meaning of learning and active and creative learning can be achieved through a constructivist learning approach. However, the professionalism and creativity of tutors can be improved through training tutors in basic literacy education first, before they teach in study groups

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of early childhood education teachers at the Smart Home Islamic Dream Kindergarten Foundation, Bangkala Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research with a case study type of research, the informants in this study were tutors, the head of the Islamic Dream Kindergarten and the parents of the students. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is used through triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study show that the role of early childhood education teachers in Yayaysan Smart Home Islamic Dream Kindergarten, Bangkala Village, Manggala District, Makassar City, is specific to three things, namely the role of a mediator, the role of a facilitator, and the role of a motivator. The role of the teacher as a mediator is not only to know various educational media but the teacher also becomes an intermediary in the learning process. The role of the teacher as a facilitator who provides facilities and infrastructure to students free of charge in optimizing the learning process and providing learning tools. Then, the role of the teacher as a motivator is very important, where the teacher can move the classroom by using learning methods that suit the characteristics of their students.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of the package B program at PKBM Amanah Ummat, Batua Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. This research uses a qualitative approach and a case study type of research. The subjects of this study were 1 manager/chairman of PKBM Amanah Ummat and 4 package B tutors. The data for this study were collected by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data is processed by data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. The results showed that this study examined the implementation of the package B program at PKBM Amanah Ummat, Batua Village, Manggala District, Makassar City through 3 stages, namely: planning which included preparing lesson plans and syllabus; Implementation which includes grouping learning residents, providing learning media and resources, making learning schedules and providing facilities and infrastructure, providing motivation for learning residents, learning skills and methods; Assessment of learning outcomes, at this stage aims to measure the extent to which the learning community is able to participate in the package B learning process at PKBM Amanah Ummat.Keywords: Implementation, program, package B, PKBM

Abstract

The Relationship between Professional Competence and Tutor Performance at UPTD SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang Makassar City. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between professional competence and tutor performance at UPTD SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang Makassar City. This type of research is ex post facto research. The population in this study was all students who took part in learning in non-formal education units totaling 60 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data collected in the research was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. Based on the results of data analysis, with 60 respondents filling out the professional competency questionnaire for heads of educational institutions and teacher competency, there was a correlation of 0.713 from the t table of 0.514. Thus, t count > t table, the correlation coefficient level which is between 0.70-0.80 is considered high. This shows that the data analysis value is higher than the r table value, so the proposed research hypothesis is accepted. Based on the research results, there is a relationship between professional competence and tutor performance at UPTD SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang Makassar City
