Abstract

The rapid development of digital music applications in Indonesia is an opportunity for digital music application providers to meet the needs and desires of the community. One of them is the Spotify app. The problem is based on the number of Spotify Freemium users than Spotify Premium and the start of many new digital music applications that are starting to emerge, this is a challenge for Spotify is increasing its repurchase intention. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 400 respondents using the Spotify application in Bandung City. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study based on descriptive analysis for the perceived value variable are already in the excellent category by 89%, the perceived quality variable is already in the excellent category by 88%, and the intention repurchase variable is already in the excellent category by 89%. Perceived value and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention with a magnitude of influence of 48.1% and the remaining 51.9% influenced by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to verify the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of educational staff at Unisba either individually (partially) or jointly (simultaneously). This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques using the questionnaire with total sample of 166 people. The data collected was tested and analyzed using several testing techniques, like validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The test results show that the significance value of the organizational culture variable is 0.00, and ≤ 0.05, which means that partially organizational culture has a positive influence on the performance of education staff at Unisba. The results of the T test on work environment variables show a significance value of 0.00, and ≤ 0.05, which means that the work environment has a positive influence on the performance of education staff at Unisba. The results of the F test show a significance value of 0.00, and ≤ 0.05, which means that organizational culture and work environment with simultaneously have positive influence on the performance of education staff at Unisba. The results of multiple linear regression tests show the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.584, that means organizational culture and work environment simultaneously influence the performance of educational staff about 58.4%, and 41.6% can be influenced by other factors or variables that are not taken in this research model.

Abstract

Sampai dengan saat ini tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia masih menjadi permasalahan utama yang perlu dicarikan solusinya agar tidak berdampak kurang baik pada keberhasilan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Adapun salah satu faktor yang menjadi penyebab masih tingginya tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia, khususnya bagi lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), adalah kurangnya kemampuan soft skill yang dimiliki oleh para lulusan SMK tersebut. Padahal, kemampuan ini sangat diperlukan dalam dunia kerja yang meliputi beberapa aspek penting, seperti kepemimpinan, empati, berpikir kritis, komunikasi, kerjasama tim, dan lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, dalam upaya meningkatkan soft skill para lulusan SMK, maka diperlukan program pelatihan yang bertujuan agar para lulusan tersebut memiliki kesiapan yang lebih baik dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Tujuan diselenggarakannya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk membantu para siswa dan siswa SMK PGRI Kota Bandung agar menjadi lulusan yang tidak hanya memiliki keterampilan teknis saja, tetapi juga mampu bersaing di dunia kerja dengan kemampuan soft skill yang mumpuni. Kegiatan PkM ini diadakan pada hari Kamis, tgl. 08 Agustus 2024, yang dihadiri oleh para siswa dan siswi kelas XII dan X SMK PGRI Kota Bandung yang berjumlah sebanyak 125 orang, serta beberapa orang guru yang mendampinginya. Penyampaian materi yang disampaikan oleh tim anggota pelaksana PkM lebih difokuskan pada upaya peningkatan soft skill siswa melalui strategi personal branding. Di samping itu, materi yang disampaikannya pun tidak hanya berupa penyampaian materi secara teoritis, tetapi juga berupa praktek dan simulasi, sehingga para siswa memiliki kesempatan untuk mempraktikkan secara langsung materi yang telah dipelajarinya.
