Abstract

Abstract

The important occurrence that will happen to the girl who will hit puberty is menarche (first stage of menstruation), normally menstruation will start from young age to adult during her lifetime. Menstruation that often experienced by adult woman surely not a big problem. But it is a problem to a young woman, especially when it’s first menstruation they ever had. Not often for a young women who are not ready yet become anxious and stressed. Many things that caused the fear , one of them is Mother’s role to educate her daughter about menstruation. Education that given by her mother affects her daughter knowledge about menstruation, it could be misunderstood, probably menstruation known as a disease or a wound when the first time her daughter experienced it. This research intend to discover either there’s relation, children’s perception of mother’s role about menstruation with anxiety level on menarche. Research’s design is observasional analysis with cross-sectional matching. Sampling methods taken with total sampling of 57 respondents. Data collection held on 18th July 2016 in SMPN1 Simpang Kiri, Subulussalam. Using a questioner that designed by the researcher and has ben validated, lists in 10 questions and using also HARS scale modification. Collection data technique done by distribute the questioner and leading interview using HARS scale modification to measure the relation between children’s perception of mother’s role and anxiety during menarche. The result of data analysis using chi-square test found p-value 0,002, then p-value0,05 . This result shows us that there is a relation between children’s perception of mother’s role and anxiety level during menarche for 7th grade student in SMPN 1 Simpang Kiri Subulussalam on 2016

Abstract

Stroke is a loss of brain function cause of circulatory disorders of the brain, so that the patient will suffer paralysis or death. Post-stroke changes will lead to physical limitations that would become a form of disability in patients and lead to the patient's self-image is disturbed, unproductive, dependence on others. Efforts that can be made include neuro rehabilitation programs or treatments of stroke include physical therapy and exercise to control patient’s movement in order to prevent stiffness and immobility. Research conducted in RSUP.DR. M.Djamil, stated that there are several variables that affect the obedience of post-stroke patients to undergo neuro rehabilitation programs, includes the knowledge, support, and motivation of patient’s family. This research aims to determi ne the effect of knowledge and family support towards patient’s obedience undergoing post -stroke neuro rehabilitation in this RSUDZA. This research was used a  cross-sectional design by  accidental sampling method, that have been collected totaled 40 respondents in October-November 2015. The analysis used in this research was the Mann-Whitney test, the results obtained p-value of 0.000 (p0.05) to the effects of variable knowledge and obtained p-value of 0.002 (p0.05) against the influence of family support variable. It is concluded that there is influence between knowledge and family support with obedience of neuro rehabilitation in RSUDZA Banda Aceh 2015

Abstract

Increasing population growth, economic and industrial development will lead to the utilization of natural resources effected on water pollution. One of those activities related to natural resource utilization is gold mining. Mining activities cannot be separated from the use of chemicals that are harmful to living things; for example, it is mercury. This study aims to determine levels of mercury (Hg) that accumulate in water and sediments. The tools used in this research are QGIS 2.18.27 software and Global Positioning System. The material used is water and sediment samples. Water and sediment samples were analyzed at the Industrial Standardization Research Institute Laboratory to obtain several potential parameters such as hydrogen (pH), mercury (Hg), Lead (Pb), Iron (Fe), and Copper (Cu). These potential parameters are further analyzed using the Pollution Index (PI) method and Sediment Quality Guidelines (SQGs). The results demonstrated that the water quality in downstream of Krueng Kluet sub-watershed in for 2019 using the Pollution Index (PI) method for the drinking water (Class I) with the value is 6.2036. It is classified as moderately polluted water quality criteria and for the agricultural water (Class IV) with the value is 6.0796, classified as moderately polluted water quality criteria. The quality of sediments in the downstream of Krueng Kluet sub-watershed using the sediment quality guidelines method with the value is 0.2343 is classified as an adverse effect for the biota of heavy metals on medium value. This shows that neither the water quality nor the sediment in the downstream of Krueng Kluet sub-watershed does not accord with the water and sediment quality standards. Pollution Index can assess the quality of water bodies and becomes a consideration in taking actions to improve water quality. At the same time, SQGs show chemical concentrations that have biological effects on aquatic biodata.
