Abstract

The research was conducted at Hangar C Balai Besar Kalibrasi Fasilitas Penerbangan. The research object was the standard time of the phase 1 inspection King Air B 200 series aircraft. The research used the stopwatch time study method with the Westinghouse rating instrument and the addition of allowance factors. Based on the research conducted, it was obtained the highest average data, the value was at the outboard wing section with the average time 1057.5 minutes and the lowest average time was at the operational check section with the average time 30 minutes. Futhermore, the average time data from observations using the Westinghouse rating method was processed then the normal time was found for each section of the process. By observing the adjustment factor (p) of the Westinghouse method, the highest normal time was gained at the outboard wing section, it was 1194.97 minutes and the lowest time at the operational check section was 33.9 minutes. After conducting the observations at hangar C, Balai Besar Kalibrasi Fasilitas Penerbangan (BBKFP) for the phase 1 inspection King Air B200 aircraft, it was obtained the allowance for each section of task card phase 1 inspection. The largest allowance value was at the engine cowling area and cabin section, it was 40.50% while the smallest allowance value was at the rear fuselage and empenage section, it was 22.50%. In order to get the standard time of the phase I inspection, it can be described from the normal time of each section on phase 1 inspection and the addition of the adjustment factor (p) and allowance. In addition, to get the total standard time of phase 1 inspection, it can be obtained by adding the standard time of each section. The total standard time of the inspection phase 1 was 6208.661 minutes or 103.5 hours.

Abstract

The composite material is the result of a combination of macroscopic material from two or more different components. Components of the composite in the form of reinforcement and a binder (matrix). The strength and properties of the composite can be obtained from the phase constituent, the composition and geometry of the reinforcing phase. There are differences in the strength of the composite on any kind of orientation in which the determination of this orientation will also affect the level of force against the load received on the composite. After the manufacture of some types of samples with different orientations and then continued testing the strength of each type of sample using standard tests according to testing for composite materials and then be done with the calculation and analysis of the strength and stiffness of each sample. From these results can be obtained from the data that the sample composite reinforcements phase orientation in the direction of loading levels of strength and stiffness of the greatest, while the orientation phase composite samples reinforcements perpendicular to the direction of loading levels of strength and stiffness of the weakest. Therefore, in the manufacture of composite materials need to be considered in determining the composition of each layer orientation in accordance with the direction of the load that will be accepted in order to generate maximum power level in the composite material.

Abstract

B.IndonesiaLaporan stock opname suku cadang di STPI periode bulan Desember 2018, ketersedian suku cadang untuk pesawat Piper PA-28-181 Archer III terjadi overstock. Keadaan ini, ditinjau dari segi finansial atau pembelanjaan adalah merupakan hal yang tidak efesien disebabkan karena terlalu besarnya barang modal yang menganggur dan tidak berputar. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menentukan kebutuhan suku cadang dalam program perawatan menurut jam terbang untuk tahun 2020 dengan berdasarkan perkiraan produksi jam terbang penggunaan pesawat yang digunakan oleh taruna penerbang di Jurusan Penerbang STPI sesuai dengan silabus pendidikan dan kalender pendidikan yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian ini memperkirakan total produksi jam terbang tahun 2020 adalah 7.270 jam terbang. Maka kebutuhan suku cadang pesawat adalah 1168 quartz Oil (Aeroshell W.100), 39 cap Grease Wheel Bearing (Grease 22), 539 buah Spark Plug Champion REM-40E (1182-B3), 40 buah Gasket Magneto (LW-12681).B.EnglishReport on spare parts inventory at STPI for December 2018, the availability of spare parts for Piper PA-28-181 Archer III aircraft was overstocked. This situation, in terms of financial or expenditure is an inefficient thing because of too large capital goods that are idle and not spinning. In this study, the author determines the needs of parts in the maintenance program according to flight hours for 2020 based on the estimated production of flight hours of aircraft used by flight cadets at the STPI Aviation Department in accordance with the educational syllabus and the applicable educational calendar. Finally, the results of this study estimate the total production of flight hours in 2020 is 7.270 flight hours. Then the needs of aircraft parts are 1168 quartz Oil (Aeroshell W.100), 39 cap Grease Wheel Bearing (Grease 22), 539 pieces Spark Plug Champion REM-40E (1182-B3), 40 pieces Gasket Magneto (LW-12681 ).

Abstract

This Allison 250 C20 Series engine is one type of engine that is used as a practice equipment on Hangar 01 Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization. Special tools designed in this case are special tools in the form of 3 drifts that are used for the release and installation of bearings on the torque meter shaft support, helical power take-off gear shaft and fuel control spur gear shaft. Before entering the design discussion, the author will explain the theories that will be used in analyzing the force to be received and to design a special tool. An explanation of the theory used is intended to facilitate understanding the design process. The design criteria for a special tool in the form of a drift must be able to withstand the forces that will be given a pressure machine and dimensions designed for each drift according to the object to be removed or installed. In the design stage, the writer needs to analyze the force that will be received by each of the drifts, then after the calculation of the voltage to be received to determine the material of each drift. After calculating the authors chose S45C material to make the drift, because the material is able to withstand the stresses that occur during the release and installation of bearings.

Abstract

B.Indonesia Perancangan tata letak toolstore dimulai dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap ruangan yang akan digunakan sebagai tempat penyimpanan, pendataan terhadap tools , menentukan jumlah rak, menentukan standar kondisi ruangan sesuai CASR 145. Penyusunan checklist guna mempermudah teknisi dalam melakukan pendataan dan mencari tools. Uji coba rancangan dengan cara uji ahli, yaitu mempresentasikan hasil rancangan didepan ahli yang memiliki sertifikat auditor AMO 145. Hasil rancangan sudah memenuhi kriteria CASR 145 yaitu terpisah dari area kerja teknisi, toolbox, tool rack, dan wall tool rack sudah dipilih agar dapat memberi perlindungan terhadap kondisi lingkungan, dilayout dan disesuaikan dengan kapasitas ruangan serta jumlah tools yang ada. Pencahayaan diatur berdasarkan dengan tabel SNI pencahyaan 100 lux dengan menggunakan 2 buah lampu LED 12 watt , pengaturan temperatur berdasarkan standar penyimpanan dari vendor nya yaitu snap-on adalah 50℉ - 75℉ (10℃ - 23℃) serta standar humiditynya adalah 40%-60% B.English he design of the toolstore layout started from evaluating the room that will be used as a storage, collecting data on tools, determining the number of shelves, determining the standard of room conditions according to CASR 145. The arrengement of a checklist is used to facilitate the technician in conducting data collection and searching the tools. The design will be tested by the experts, that’s presenting the results of the design in front of the experts who have AMO 145 auditor certificates. The results of the design have fulfilled CASR 145 criteria, which are separated from the work area of technicians, toolboxes, tool racks, and wall tool racks. it has been selected in order to provide protection to the environmental conditions, layout and it’s also adapted to the capacity of the room and the number of tools. The lighting is regulated based on the table of SNI 100 lux with two LED lamps 12 watt, the temperature setting based on the standard of vendor's storage, they are the snap-on, 50 ℉75 ℉ (10 ℃ - 23 ℃) and the humidity standard, 40% - 60%..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melengkapi dokumen safety management system PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan pada penilitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan pemodelan R&D (Research and Development) dan HIRAM (Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment and Mitigation) sebagai bentuk dari pengolahan data dan penilaian pada fasilitas dan aktifitas sehingga dapat dilakukan mitigasi untuk menurunkan tingkat risiko bahaya yang tinggi pada suatu pekerjaan menjadi acceptable. Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat beberapa aktifitas pekerjaan yang memiliki nilai risiko bahaya pada area tolerable sehingga perlu dilakukan mitigasi pada pekerjaan tersebut. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat beberapa risiko bahaya yang memiliki nilai tinggi sehingga harus dilakukan pengendalian untuk menurunkan risiko dari bahaya. Saran yang dianjurkan yaitu PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility melaksanakan semua mitigasi sehingga bahaya pada area tollerable dapat berpindah ke area acceptable.
