Abstract

B.IndonesiaKompetensi dosen sangat penting dalam implementasi Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yang memiliki tiga fungsi utama yaitu : pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Karena pentingnya kedudukan, peran, tugas dan fungsi dosen dalam perguruan tinggi, kita harus konsisten dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dosen agar mutu kualitas sumber daya manusianya terjamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi terhadap efektivitas kinerja dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia (STPI). Melalui analisis statistic deskriptif terhadap 20 indikator kompetensi dosen diperoleh nilai efektivitas kinerja sebesar 0,976, artinya korelasi antara dua variable positif dan sangat kuat. Disamping itu, kompetensi efikasi diri dosen pada dimensi “upaya mengubah diri berdasarkan pengalaman” memperoleh ranking nilai tertinggi sebesar 536 dibanding dimensi lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berhubungan erat dan sangat kuat sekali dengan pelaksanaan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi oleh dosen STPI.B.EnglishLecturer competence is very important in the implementation of the Three Principles of Higher Education which has three main functions, namely: education, research and community service. Because of the importance of the position, role, duties and functions of lecturers in universities, we must be consistent in improving lecturers' competencies so that the quality of human resources is guaranteed. This study aims to examine the effect of competence on the effectiveness of lecturer performance at the Indonesian Aviation College (STPI). Through descriptive statistical analysis of 20 lecturer competency indicators obtained the performance effectiveness value of 0.976, meaning that the correlation between two positive and very strong variables. In addition, the lecturers' self-efficacy competence in the "effort to change based on experience" dimension obtained the highest score of 536 compared to other dimensions. The results of this study indicate that competency is closely related and very strong with the implementation of Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi by STPI lecturers.

B.Indonesia Perencanaan perubahan konfigurasi Medium Approach lighting System dimaksudkan sebagai pengganti konfigurasi lampu approach PALS CAT I LIMITED yang ada di Bandara Husein Sastranegara untuk mematuhi aturan yang ditetapkan oleh Organisasi Penerbangan Sipil Internasional (ICAO) dengan memperhatikan visibilitas di area bandara, Runway Visual Range (RVR), factor cuaca di sekitar bandara, jam operasional (ada atau tidak adanya penerbangan malam di bandara), tidak adanya fasilitas Instrument Landing System (ILS), tata letak bandara, dan kepadatan lalu lintas penerbangan, melalui Lampiran 14 Edisi 5, Desain dan Operasi Aerodrome, Manual Standar Teknis dan Operasional untuk Peraturan Keselamatan Penerbangan Sipil - Bagian 139 (Manual CASR Standar - Bagian 139) Volume 1 Aerodrome di KP 262 2017, dan SKEP / 114 / VI / 2002 tentang Gambar Instalasi AFL Standar. Konfigurasi ini terdiri dari konfigurasi system pencahayaan Medium Approach lighting System, instalasi MALS, rangkaian seri kabel, dan kapasitas CCR pada kondisi MALS. B.English The Planning Of Configuration Changing Of Medium Approach Lighting System Is Intended As A Substitute For The Existing PALS CAT I LIMITED Approach Light Configuration At Husein Sastranegara Airport In Order To Comply With The Rules Set By The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) By Paying Attention To The Visibility In The Airport Area, Runway Visual Range (RVR), Weather Factors Around The Airport, Operating Hours (The Presence Or Absence Of Night Flights At An Airport), The Absence Of Instrument Landing System (ILS) Facilities, Airport Layouts, And Flight Traffic Density, Through Annex 14 5th Edition , Aerodrome Design And Operations, Technical And Operational Standard Manual For Civil Aviation Safety Regulations - Section 139 (Manual Of Standard CASR - PART 139) Volume 1 Aerodrome At KP 262 2017, And SKEP / 114 / VI / 2002 Concerning Standard AFL Installation Pictures. Abstract

On this situation, tower 2 dormitory dont have generator set as a back up power supply, so if the main supply from PLN off, all the activity an all infrastructure on dormitory will be stoped and not operate. The process in this study is start from checking all the load on tower 2 dormitory, counting the ideal capacity of the generator set, counting the maximum current of genetator set and ideal position of the generator set. Writer hope this study will be applied in tower 2 dormitory as a solution if the main supply off, so all the activity will be continues.

Abstract

The Curug Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic Cadets have duties on this campus, namely studying and becoming a guard cadet. The guard cadets have the duty to attend the cadets at apples or eat and write the lights in the barracks or in the field. In the field of the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic, Curug has a field for cadets called Perwira Angkasa. In the field there are 4 spotlight poles that are used for lighting the field. Conditions like Taruna. Keeping field lights for Space Officers must go to every panel in the Space Officers field. With the distance between the guard Room and the Space Officer field as far as 2 kilometers. When the weather is unfriendly like rain and darkness, then there cadets have difficulty turning on the lights. With these conditions, the authors will make a props for the controller and monitoring lights via website. Some of the tools used by the author: Wemos D1 Microcontroller, Relay, AC712 Sensor, Logic Level Converter, Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), and Spotlights. From the results of the props that are made, it can facilitate the task ofcadets to make lamps, besides being useful for developing technology in the Microcontroller and adding knowledge in the Control System course
