Abstract

This research aims to figure out the influence of the working discipline, motivation and leadership style to the employee’s performance of Brownies Amanda Balikpapan Branch. The type of the research is descriptive quantitative and the primary data source is taken from 71respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test, the working discipline,motivation and leadership style simultaneously influence the employee’s performance of272,249. Partially, motivation variable and leadership style variable have a significantinfluence on the employee’s performance which are 4,206 and 6,794. While working disciplinevariable has no significant influence on the employee’s performance which is 1,289.

Abstract

Indonesia has been developing various sectors of its economy, and so it needs a huge amount of capital. Therefore, it has been putting a lot of efforts to develop its capital market. This paper analyzes the impacts of domestic and foreign factors on Indonesia stock price. Some considered domestic factors are interest rates, production index, and foreign exchange rates. Various considered foreign factors are Singapore and US stock prices. The paper uses Vector Error Correction Mechanism model to analyze the data. The estimation results suggest that all variables significantly influence Indonesia stock price, with Singapore stock price as the dominant factors.Keywords: Stock price, interest rates, exchange rates, production indexJEL classification numbers: G12, G15

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen dalam mendapatkan pelayanan pada Apotek Lingga Husada baik secara simultan dan parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik sampling menggunakan Teknik Nonprobability sampling yang melibatkan 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil Liner berganda secara simultan menunjukkan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan yang terdiri dari Bukti Fisik, Kehandalan, Ketanggapan, Jaminan, Empati dan Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Apotek Lingga Husada. Secara parsial hanya ada dua variabel yaitu Bukti Fisik dan Empati yang berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Apotek Lingga Husada sedangkan variabel lain yaitu Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan dan Komunikasi secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Apotek Lingga Husada. Besarnya kontribusi variabel Kualitas Pelayanan sebesar 60.5% mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen sendangkan 39.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini
