Abstract

Based on the results of the initial survey, it is known that the highest number of Tb cases in Riau Province occurred in Pekanbaru City with 3361 cases. One of the Puskesmas working areas with the highest Tb cases is the Umbansari Puskesmas working area. The results of observations generally the community has a job with an income that is still below the minimum wage, meaning that the economic status in the community specifically suffering from Pulmonary TB is more prevalent than the economic status above the minimum wage standard. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between economic status and physical condition of the house with the incidence of Tb. The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Umbansari Health Center work area in 2023. The sample amounted to 78 people. The results showed that there was a relationship between economic status (p value 0.000) and physical condition of the house (p value 0.011) with the incidence of Tb. It is suggested that the Puskesmas is expected to use the results of this study to improve contact investigation to reduce the incidence of TB and break the chain of transmission, especially related to contact history.Keywords: Economy, Physical House Condition, Tuberculosis

Abstract

WHO estimates that preeclampsia cases are seven times higher in developing countries than in developed countries. The cause of preeclampsia is not only caused by one factor, but many factors cause preeclampsia and eclampsia disease (multiple causation). Parity, history of hypertension, diabetes. Based on the survey results at Sansani Hospital, it is known to have an incidence of preeclampsia of 21.95%. The purpose of the study was to determine several factors that cause the incidence of preeclampsia. This type of research uses quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in January 2023 using simple random sampling. The sample amounted to 79 people. The results showed there was a relationship between parity (p value 0.000) and hypertension (p value 0.000) on the incidence of preeclampsia. Based on the results of the study is expected to be input and information to pregnant women regarding parity and history of the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women. For health workers, it is expected to be information in health services in order to prevent risk factors for preeclampsia in pregnant women as early as possible. Keywords: Hypertension, Parity, Preeclampsia

Abstract

Psychosocial development of school-age children are adaptive child has a motivation to learn, started to doing homework and active and playing with their friends. School-age children in Kapujan have a problem where the psychosocial development of the survey in March 2016 of 10 school-age children (6-12 years), by conducting interviews. Obtained, 6 children have lost their parents in the next 1-4 years ago with 4 children haven’t with psychosocial development. Somestimes, deviate behavior is difficult to learn, decreased school achievement and be subdued children. While the 4 children who did not experience the loss of a parent. 3 of them psychosocial normal.
