Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect customer relationship management on market orientation and marketing performance of SMEs in Denpasar. The research was conducted at PT. GIEB Indonesia in Denpasar. Respondents in this research were customers of PT. GIEB Indonesia that was not definitive estimate of the population size. The sample size for this research was 100 respondents, calculated based on Rao Purba formula. Data collection for this research was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The collected questionnaire data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). The research revealed that Customer relationship management had a positive and significant effect on market orientation and marketing performance at PT. GIEB. It was also found that market orientation had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance at PT. GIEB Indonesia. The result of this research can be as reference for PT. GIEB Indonesia and other SMEs that customer relationship management and market orientation have important roles in improving marketing performance.

Abstract

Creative Industry is any process of creation, creativity, thoughts and ideas from a person or group which can then produce works or products afterwards. In this research, quantitative research methods are used, where this type of research uses research methods based on positivistic (concrete data), data. The research is in the form of numbers that will be measured using statistics as a calculation test tool. The research was carried out at Sari Konveksi which operates in the clothing manufacturing convection sector with the population used being 100 VVIP consumers and the samples taken were 50 people who were VVIP customers from Sari Konveksi, data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation so that the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and the results of this research showed that entrepreneurial development had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Sari Konveksi MSMEs and market orientation had a positive and significant effect on performance. With this research, Sari Konveksi MSMEs can carry out and develop entrepreneurship and market orientation in improving the performance of MSMEs, especially in the creative industries. Apart from that, entrepreneurial factors and market orientation really need to be developed for MSME owners so they can compete in the world of convection. This data can be used as a reference for future decision making.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leader behavior and employee commitment on employee performance. The population of this research was the employees of PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, totaling 43 employees and all of them were being the respondents of this research. The collection of research data was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and observations. This study used multiple regression analysis techniques. This study revealed that leader behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leader behavior and employee commitment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. This study is expected to be a reference for the management of PT. Sanur Jaya Utama and other enterprises that leader behavior and employee commitment are very important factors in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Sejumlah investasi ilegal sangat marak beroperasi di tengah masyarakat kota sampai pedesaan dalam aneka bentuk. Korban terus berjatuhan karena tergiur dengan keuntungan yang dijanjikan besar dan instant, tetapi hal serupa ini tetap saja terus muncul secara berulang. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan investasi berkedok trading robot forex di antaranya efektifitas pengawasan Satgas Investasi OJK, Legalitas perusahaan trading dan keterbukaan informasi dari perusahaan trading. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Apakah efektifitas pengawasan satgas investasi OJK, legalitas perusahaan dan keterbukaan informasi secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan investasi berkedok trading robot forex di Kota Denpasar?Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode accidental sampling, yang berjumlah 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: (1) Efektifitas Pengawasan Satgas OJK berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan investasi berkedok trading robot Forex di Kota Denpasar, hal tersebut dibuktikan dari nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel (-3,266 1,661) serta nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 5% (0,000 0,05). (2) Legalitas perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan investasi berkedok trading robot Forex di Kota Denpasar, hal tersebut dibuktikan dari nilai nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel (-2,520 1,661) serta nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 5% (0,046 0,05).(3)                                Keterbukaan Informasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan investasi berkedok trading robot Forex di Kota Denpasar, hal tersebut dibuktikan dari nilai nilai thitung lebih kecil dari ttabel (-4,224 1,661) serta nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari 5% (0,002 0,05). (4) Efektifitas Pengawasan Satgas OJK, legalitas perusahaan dan keterbukaan Informasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan investasi berkedok trading robot Forex di Kota Denpasar, hal tersebut dibuktikan dari nilai Frasio lebih besar dari Ftabel (32,850 2,699) serta nilai signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 0,05)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap work engagement karyawan PT Urban Asia Industri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Urban Asia Industri pada Agustus tahun 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi dari kantor di PT Urban Asia Industri. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh populasinya sebanyak 50 karyawan PT Urban Asia Indsutri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement PT Urban Asia Industri. Hasil koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,905 mempunyai arti bahwa sebesar 90,5% variasi work engagement PT Urban Asia Industri dipengaruhi oleh variasi kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi, sedangkan 9,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan dan semakin baik kondisi iklim organisasi maka akan semakin meningkatkan work engagement karyawan PT Urban Asia Industri tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determineThe influence of employee performance at people's credit institutions (LPD) partially and simultaneously on employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Collection is carried out using questionnaires/questionnaires. The sample in this research was 42 employees of the Kedonganan Traditional Village LPD using a saturated sample collection method where all employees were used as the population. The collected questionnaire data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using quantitative research. Hypothesis testing used the t test and F test. The results of the study showed thatemployee engagementhas a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kedoganan Traditional Village People's Credit Institution (LPD) (H1 is accepted). Organizational Citizenship Behaviorhas a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kedoganan Traditional Village People's Credit Institution (LPD) (H2 is accepted). Employee engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kedoganan Traditional Village People's Credit Institution (LPD) (H3 is accepted).It is hoped that the results of this research will enable LPD employees to realize the vision and mission of the institutionnot only carrying out the role as stated in the job description and organizational structure, but also being able to carry out the role beyond the standards stated in the institution.
