Quantitative analysis with cross sectional design. The research sample was 95 K1 pregnant women using a total sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data is primary data analyzed using the chi square test. The results of univariate analysis showed that 34.7% of pregnant women were at risk of four too many, 52.6% had good knowledge, 63.2% had a positive attitude, 67.4% had family support, 65.3% supported the role of health workers, and 65.3% had a positive role. health cadres support 56.8%. The results of bivariate analysis show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge (p = 0.001), attitude (p = 0.000), family support (p = 0.002), the role of health workers (p = 0.000) and the role of cadres (p = 0.000) with pregnancy risk of four too in pregnant women. The role of health workers has a high chance of developing four-plus risk pregnancies in pregnant women with an OR of 11.960. Abstract

The three main causes of maternal death include bleeding (30%), hypertension in pregnancy or preeclampsia (25%), and infection (12%). Preeclampsia or eclampsia is the second most common cause of maternal death after bleeding. Exercise during pregnancy can increase stamina, make you sleep better, improve your mood, and reduce anxiety. Of this writing is to determine the effectiveness of prenatal yoga in reducing the incidence of pre-eclampsia in PMB Tati Kusmiran, S.Tr.Keb., BD Bekasi in 2023. This research design uses a true-experimental research design which is a Posttest-only control design, namely an experimental design using a sample to measure the frequency of the effectiveness of prenatal yoga in reducing the incidence of pre-eclampsia in PMB Tati Kusmiran, S.Tr.Keb., BD Bekasi, Identifying the effectiveness of prenatal yoga on the incidence of pre-eclampsia in pregnant women by carrying out interventions. There were differences between groups experiencing pre-eclampsia in the BP category <140/90 with a frequency of 69.2% and those who did not comply with the SOP had a frequency of 30.8%. 35.3% of those who experienced pre-eclampsia in the BP>160/110 category did prenatal yoga according to the SOP and 64.7% of those who did not according to the SOP. There is a difference in the mean scores for the two groups with a score difference of 0.47. Based on the results of the paired test, the value p = obtained p = 0.000 < 0.01, so H0 is rejected, meaning that statistically it shows that there is a difference in pre-eclampsia in pregnant women who do yoga according to the SOP and those who do yoga not according to the SOP. Based on the results of the paired test, the p= value was obtained, the p=0.000 <0.01 was obtained, so H0 was rejected, meaning that statistically it shows that there is a difference in pre-eclampsia in pregnant women who do yoga according to the SOP and those who do yoga not according to the SOP. The results of the normality test using the Shapiro Wilk test obtained a sig value. 0.000, which means that if the α value <0.05, it means Ho is rejected and it can be concluded that there is the effectiveness of prenatal yoga in reducing the incidence of pre-eclampsia in PMB Tati Kusmiran, S.Tr.Keb., BD Bekasi

Abstract

Ultrasound, also known as ultrasound, is an examination in the field of diagnostic support. The usefulness of ultrasound can be obtained by utilizing high-frequency ultrasonic waves to produce images from inside the body. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of ultrasound for the examination of pregnant women in nursing centers in 2023. The design of this study is Cross sectional Primary data was taken by performing questionnaire filling. The study will be conducted in December 2023. The sample in this study was a pregnant woman who checked her pregnancy and came to visit Pamandegan Health Center during the study period. Researchers will take samples with a purposive sampling technique and a minimum target sample of 30 people. The results of chi square analysis showed a p value of 0.049 because the p value < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between routine pregnancy examination and the use of ultrasound by pregnant women in Pemandegan Health Center. The OR value is 4.67, which means that pregnant women who regularly perform ANC are more likely to have an ultrasound examination 4.6 times than those who do not regularly perform ANC.
