Abstract

Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat mulai menerapkan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) di semua lini perangkat daerah, terutama untuk menunjang kebutuhan informasi dan komunikasi yang ada pada lingkup Provinsi Sumatera Barat, serta mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik yang bersih, efektif, efisien, akuntabel dan terpercaya. Salah satu Organisasi Perangkat Daerah yang membutuhkan sistem informasi dalam menunjang pekerjaannya adalah Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Barat, khususnya untuk angkutan penyebrangan di pelabuhan Bungus. Selama ini informasi yang didapatkan oleh masyarakat mengenai jadwal keberangkatan dan kedatangan kapal Padang munuju Mentawai atau sebaliknya hanya bisa didapatkan dengan datang langsung ke Pelabuhan Bungus. Dengan kondisi yang masih bersifat manual dalam pemrosesan informasi penjadwalan kapal, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi berbasis online yang menggunakan metode waterfall dalam menganalisa alur sistem didalamnya, serta bahasa pemrograman php dan Framework Code Igniter. Dalam membangun struktur perancangan system berorientasi objek, pemodelan yang digunakan yaitu Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan memakai database MySQL untuk penyimpanan data. Sehingga seluruh data yang sudah dientrikan oleh operator tersimpan aman di dalam database. Pengimplementasian dari aplikasi yang di bangun memudahkan operator dalam mengentrikan data penjadwalan kapal Padang dan Mentawai

Abstract

In May 2022, it has received by WHO reports from non-endemic countries on cases of monkey pox disease. Monkey pox is a rare zoonotic disease caused by infection with the monkeypox virus that belongs to the genus orthopoxvirus and the family poxviridae, and also the variola virus. This study aims to classify patients who have contracted the monkey pox virus. We modeled an analysis of monkey pox disease and conducted comparisons utilizing a dataset from Kaggle consisting of a CSV file with records for 25,000 patients. The monkey pox dataset was analyzed using the correlation coefficient and the number of target variables. Machine learning (ML) methods are used for classification by utilizing the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest (RF), and Gradient Boosting (GB) algorithms. This study resulted in the highest classifier Gradient Boosting (GB) algorithm with an accuracy value of 71%. then the accuracy obtained by Support Vector Machine (SVM) is 69%, Random Forest (RF) accuracy is 68%, and finally K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) obtains 63% accuracy. This ML method is expected to analyze monkey pox disease so that it helps the country and government, especially the health field in assessing, identifying, and being able to take appropriate action against monkey pox disease.

Abstract

The development of information technology has made significant contributions to various fields, including the fishing industry. The Marine and Fisheries Office of West Sumatra Province, particularly in the Field of Enhancing Marine and Fisheries Competitiveness, requires an effective and efficient fish marketing and processing application to improve the competitiveness and productivity of fishermen in West Sumatra. This study aims to design a fish marketing and processing application using an object-oriented approach. This approach is chosen for its ability to model systems more naturally and intuitively, as well as facilitate system maintenance and future development. In the design of this application, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method is used to visualize the system design. UML provides a set of diagrams that can comprehensively depict the structure and behavior of the system. Some of the diagrams used include use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This application is built based on the information needs regarding fish prices, ornamental fish, restaurants, fish exports, and various fish products by the community, business actors, and the government, monitoring all fishery products online, and facilitating field officers in data entry.
