Abstract

The flow of modernization and globalization does not affect the behavior and actions of Tegal people to cooperate to help friends, neighbors, or relatives who are holding a celebration, so that the culture of open donations is still sustainable. This study aims to find out about the reciprocity in Sunat Poci and Mantu Poci Tegal community. This study uses literature study with descriptive analysis method and content analysis.Data obtained by identifying discourse on books, papers, articles, magazines, journals, clippings, and online magazines related to the study of reciprocity in the Circumcision Circle and Mantu Poci in Tegal community. The results showed that the reciprocity occurring within the tradition of Sunat Poci and Mantu Poci was of comparable reciprocity. In Tradition Circumcision Teaser and Mother Poci Each party needs goods or services from family and friends in a circumcision or wedding party but each does not want to give with more value than will be accepted. The existence of norms or rules or social sanctions to control individuals in conducting transactions of donations of Sunat Poci or Mantu Poci. Established excellent social solidarity and ensuring economic necessity while reducing the risk of loss exchanged in Tradition Circumcision Teas and Mantu Poci. Keywords: Mantu Poci, Reciprocity, Sunat Poci, Tradition. AbstrakArus modernisasi dan globalisasi tidak mempengaruhi perilaku dan tindakan masyarakat Tegal untuk bergotong-royong membantu teman, tetangga, atau saudara yang sedang menggelar hajatan, Sehingga budaya buka sumbangan masih tetap lestari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai resiprositas dalam Sunat Poci dan Mantu Poci masyarakat Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian studi pustaka dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis isi. Data diperoleh dengan mengidentifikasi wacana pada buku-buku, makalah, artikel, majalah, jurnal, dan kliping  yang berkaitan dengan kajian tentang resiprositas dalam Sunat Poci dan Mantu Poci yang ada di masyarakat Tegal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiprositas yang terjadi dalam tradisi Sunat Poci dan Mantu Poci adalah resiprositas sebanding. Dalam Tradisi Sunat Poci dan Mantu Poci Masing-masing pihak membutuhkan barang atau jasa dari keluarga dan teman dalam menyelenggarakan pesta sunatan atau pernikahan tetapi masing-masing tidak menghendaki untuk memberi dengan nilai lebih dibandingkan dengan yang akan diterima. Adanya norma-norma atau aturan-aturan atau sanksi-sanksi sosial untuk mengontrol seseorang dalam melakukan transaksi sumbangan perayaan Sunat Poci maupun Mantu Poci. Terjalin solidaritas sosial yang sangat baik, menjamin kebutuhan ekonomi, dan mengurangi resiko kehilangan barang atau jasa yang dipertukarkan dalam Tradisi Sunat Poci dan Mantu Poci. Kata Kunci:Mantu Poci, Resiprositas, Sunat Poci. Abstract

Utilization of communication technology when used as a complement to direct face-to-face learning has a very positive impact, making it easier for students and teachers to maximize the learning process. But during the Covid-19 Pandemic the use of communication technology in the whole learning process caused various problems and obstacles. Research is needed on how much influence the ability of students to operate communication technology, how the socialization of learning through communication technology at the time of the Covid-19 epidemic and the support of families and teachers on active learning in the Covid-19 pendemi period. This research uses explanative quantitative methods which are analyzed using Rogers Innovation Diffusion theory. Data analysis using Linear Regression Test. The results of the study showed a significant influence of the three independent variables, namely the ability to use communication technology (X1), online learning media socialization (X2) and family and teacher support (X3) together on student activity (Y). The magnitude of the effect is 54.8% and is positive. This means that the higher the value of the three independent variables, the better the student's activeness in learning. In this study also there is still 45.2% the influence of other variables on student activity during the Covid-19 Pandemic.Keywords: Communication Technology; Online Learning; Diffusion of Innovations; Covid Era 19.
