Abstract

The problem of this research is that the performance of police officers is still not optimal in dealing with work stress and pressure, handling conflicts well, or communicating effectively within the scope of work and society where the duties and responsibilities faced by police officers are often heavy and full of pressure. If employees cannot manage stress well, they can experience physical and mental fatigue, which can impact their performance in handling daily tasks. This study aimed to determine both simultaneously and partially the influence of emotional intelligence and individual characteristics on the performance of police employees. The method used is quantitative descriptive using secondary data by distributing questionnaires, processed using the SPSS application with multiple linear regression techniques. The findings of this research are that there is an influence between emotional intelligence and individual characteristics on the performance of police employees both in partial and simultaneous terms. The implication of this research is that emotional intelligence helps police employees manage stress better, remain calm under pressure, and face stressful situations without losing self-control. These emotional and personality aspects play a key role in ensuring effective public services and creating positive relationships with the public.

Abstract

Pemberian kompensasi finansial serta non finansial sangat berarti buat manajer serta karyawan industri, karena yakni salah satu motivasi buat manajer serta karyawan buat menaikkan prestasi kerja mereka. Apabila prestasi kerja manajer serta karyawan melonjak sampai hendak pengaruhi pula terhadap pencapaian tujuan industri. Studi ini bertujuan buat menguraikan akibat kompensasi finansial serta kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kurnia Karyatama Sulawesi di Kota Palu secara parsial serta simultan. Ilustrasi pada studi ini berjumlah 40 orang mengenakan tata cara pengambilan sampe jenuh. Tata metode pengumpulan data mengenakan survey. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis mengenakan uji parsial, uji simultan serta koefisien determinasi. Akibat penelitian ini memberikan bahwa tidak seluruh hipotesis diterima, dimana kompensasi finansial pengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kebalikannya kompensasi non finansial pengaruhi negatif serta tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ialah terus jadi baik kompensasi finansial yang diberikan oleh industri sampai kinerja karyawan hendak terus jadi besar. Oleh karena itu industri harus lebih tingkatkan kompensasi finansial sangat utama dalam menaikkan honor atau pun pendapatan dan bonus yang diberikan industri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kerja pegawai pada kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi. Adapun hasil penelitian Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi dapat melaksanakan tugas sebagaimana rencana yang telah ditentukan. efektivitas kerja pegawai yang makin baik, karena pekerjaan-pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. Hasil dan pelaksanaan kerja juga dapat dilihat dari penyelesaian tugas dan kreativitas pegawai untuk publikasi pada website Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi. Jumlah pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi mendukung melaksanakan tugas pekerjaan, apalagi ada sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan yang dapat mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Tanggung jawab pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Sigi juga cukup tinggi, yang ditunjang oleh kemampuan atau skill pegawai yang sesuai dengan bidang tugasnya dan koordinasi antar bagian maupun antar unit kerja yang dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Serta waktu pelaksanaan kerja sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan.
