Abstract

As an effort to improve the quality of education is the discipline of teachers. Increasing teacher discipline in the teaching and learning process is expected to improve the quality and quality of education in order to give birth to the next generation who are superior and have good morals. This community service activity was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah 9 "Panglima Sudirman" Malang with the following stages: observing and mapping disciplinary actions, conducting studies on alternative solutions in policy formulation, awareness of the importance of discipline for teachers, and consultation or assistance. The implementation of this activity went well with the result that the teacher carries out his duties and obligations with full sincerity, awareness, patience and a sense of responsibility, because he realizes that discipline in the world of education is important and must start from the teacher as a teacher, to be able to create superior human resources and beneficial to the nation, state and society. The discipline of teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 9 "Panglima Sudirman" Malang is quite good, although there are still some teachers who lack discipline in complying with the rules set by the school. Socialization and coaching continues to be pursued by the school in order to reduce cases of disciplinary violations, with the aim of creating a good educational environment and being a good role model for students at SD Muhammadiyah 9 "Panglima Sudirman" Malang. Keywords: discipline, education, teacher, quality, qualified.

Abstract

The payroll and wage accounting system needs to be carried out control activities to ensure that the implementation of the payroll and wage system runs according to established standards, including at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya. This company has implemented internal control over the payroll and wage system. The research objective is to determine the internal control system over the payroll and wage system at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya. This research includes comparative descriptive research, which describes the actual characteristics and conditions of a research object by comparing the internal control system over payroll and wages carried out at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya with Mulyadi's theory. Data is collected by documentation and interview methods, while data analysis uses comparative analysis. The results showed that the internal control system over payroll and wages at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya was in accordance with Mulyadi's theory. First organization, there has been a strict separation of functional responsibilities between the payroll maker function and the finance function. Second, the authorization system, the employee appointment letter is signed by the main director, in order to avoid paying salaries to fictitious employees, as well as changes in employee salaries, both due to changes in rank, changes in salary and wage rates, and additional families are always based on the director's decision letter. In addition to the separation of responsibilities, it is known that all documents used are always authorized by the authorized person. Third, the recording procedure has included salary and wage rates in the attendance card and is checked for accuracy by the bookkeeping department. Fourth, healthy practices, that supervision has been carried out, compared and verified against attendance cards and employee income tax calculations. Thus it can be conveyed that the internal control system over the payroll and wage system at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya is in accordance with the theory by Mulyadi.

Abstract

Abstract The development of students is critical to be improved through various training so that students like Islamic art in the form of calligraphy art and can preserve it, one of which is calligraphy training. The art of calligraphy can add to the aesthetics of the Qur'an because calligraphy is a reflection of the response to divine messages. The purpose of this community service was to improve the ability of students in the art of calligraphy. The approach used in this service is the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method with students' assets at the Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School Mayak Ponorogo. The enthusiasm of the students was extraordinary. The calligraphy training participants were enthusiastic about participating in the training and producing contested and exhibited works. The evaluation results showed that the calligraphy skills of the participants had increased, and the participants continued to receive training and guidance after the exhibition. Abstrak Pengembangan santri sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan melalui berbagai pelatihan agar santri menyukai seni Islam berupa seni kaligrafi dan mampu melestarikannya salah satunya pelatihan kaligrafi. Seni kaligrafi mampu menambah estetika Al Qur’an karena kali grafi cerminan dari respon terhadap pesan pesan ilahi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan santri di seni kaligrafi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) dengan aset santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Huda Mayak Ponorogo. Antusias para santri sangat luar biasa. Para peserta pelatihan kaligrafi semangat mengikuti pelatihan dan menghasilkan karya yang dilombakan serta dipamerkan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan kemampuan kaligrafi peserta meningkat dan peserta tetap mendapat pelatihan dan bimbingan pasca pameran kegiatan.
