Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Persepsi Masyarakat Pedagang Tentang Penanganan Sampah Di Pasar Mandonga Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  penelitian  kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 infoman yag di tentukan secara sengaja yang berasal dari masyarakat pedagang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan yaitu melalui observasi, angket atau kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan  hasil penelitian, persepsi masyarakat pedagang tentang penanganan sampah di pasar Mandonga Kota Kendari yang meliputi tanggapan masyarakat pedagang tentang pewadahan sampah masuk dalam kategori  baik atau   sangat setuju dengan skor rata-rata 3,5, tanggpan tentang pengumpulan sampah menunjkan kategori baik atau sangat setuju dengan skor rata-rata 3,5, sedangkan  tanggapan tentang pemindahan sampah menunjukan kategori cukup baik  atau setuju dengan skor rata-rata 3,4. Bedasarkan pemaparan dan pembahasan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan, bahwa persepsi masyarakat pedagang tentang penanganan sampah di pasar mandonga kota kendari menunjukan tanggapan baik dan cukup baik. Kata Kunci :Persepsi Masyarakat Pedagang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan teknik Copy the Master dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Lembah Melintang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Lembah Melintang yang berjumlah 27 orang. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode analisis deskriiptif komparatif dengan cara: (1) melakukan observasi awal terhadap kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa, (2) melakukan wawancara dengan siswa dan guru tentang proses pembelajran yang telah dilaksanakan, dan (3) melaksanakan tes. Selanjutnya data diolah dengan mengkalsifikasikan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan memberikan skor terhadap hasil tes siswa. Pengolahan hasil tes siswa dilakukan pada tiap siklus. Data didapat melalui pelaksanaan tindakan kelas sebanyak dua siklus. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan siklus I diketahui bahwa 19 orang yang mencapai KKM dengan nilai tertinggi 80 rata-rata 65,43. Pada pelaksanaan siklus II diketahui semua siswa telah mencapai KKM dengan nilai tertinggi 100 rata-rata 78,51. Berdasarkan analisis penelitian terhadap kemampuan menulis teks berita siswa kelas VIII SMPN 6 Lembah Melintang dengan menggunakan teknik copy the master dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknik Copy the Master dalam pembelajaran menulis teks berita dapat meningkatkan kemmapuan menulis teks berita siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an application system that is able to record the Work Skills Certificate (SKTK) in LPJK Aceh Province so that it can improve performance in database processing activities at a better level of effectiveness and efficiency. System design used using the waterfall model can support the design of database information Work Skills Certificate (SKTK) in LPJKD Aceh based on the web with additional steps in documenting the software development process, as well as data collection techniques using research methods with observation, interviews, and studies literature. In developing applications that are used in various web programming languages and MySQL is used as a database media. The results of the study succeeded in building a database of Work Skills Certificate (SKTK) and have been implemented to users to get feedback about the prototype developed.Keywords:Job Skills Certificate System, LPJK, Web

Abstract

Abstract : The specific objectives of this study were to describe  school culture management at public vocational school number 3 Seluma regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of the study were principal, vice principal,  and teachers. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data was analyzed by using qualitative descriptive technique. The results show  before the school culture development program implemented the school management is to make or make the school culture program planning.. Then the implementation of school culture development is done in principle to implement all the programs that have been prepared in a pure and consistent. And finally the evaluation to know the effectiveness adn effisiency of the program.  Keywords: management, culture, cultural management Abstrak: Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen budaya sekolah di SMKN 3 Kabupaten Seluma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru-guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan budaya  sekolah dilaksanakan  dengan membuat perencanaan program budaya sekolah, melaksanakan kegiatan yang telah direncanakan dengan baik. Dan selalu mengadakan evaluasi untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi pembinaan.  Kata Kunci: manajemen, budaya, manajemen budaya

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of the research is to describe how commitment and teacers work motivation in increasing teachers work performance seein from their job’s implementation and in an effort to improve the quality of study result at SMAN 6 Bengkulu. The research method which is used is descriptive qualitative research methtode. The subject of this research is school principal and teachers at SMAN 6 Bengkulu. To collect the  data, the researcher used observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the research showed that commitment and motivation of teachers performance at SMAN 6 Bengkulu is there were significant appropriateness standard of the techers work perpormance we see it from the attendance, teachers act in doing their job and cooperation in increasing the quality of study result at SMAN 6 Bengkulu. Keyword : commitment, work motivation, teachers performance

Abstract

Abstract: the general purpose of this research was to describe the condition of teacher’s work motivation in Public Senior High School Number One of Pendopo. The specifically problems in this study are about the diligence of teachers who are motivated in doing their duty, the factors that support teacher in order to be motivated to work diligently, the factors that obstruct teachers to work well and The Principal’s efforts in increasing the teacher’s work motivation. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Subjects in this research are the Principal, Vice Principal Areas and teachers. The data collected by using instruments such as observation, interview and documentation. Conclusions shows that teacher’s work motivation in Public Senior High School Number One of Pendopo has been done suitable with the school role and still needs some efforts to make teachers feel more comfortable while working and some developments in school facilities such as available school canteen, park area for vehicles, library, etc.Keyword: motivation, work motivation, teacher.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was determine and analyze the relationship of clinical supervision, pedagogic competence of teachers with the performance of teachers in the learning process at junior high school in Pinang Raya subdistrict, North Bengkulu Regency. This research is a correlational research with quantitative approach, by using questionnaire which is distributed to 53 sample of teachers at SMPN se Pinang Raya Sub-district, North Bengkulu Regency. Data analyzed with correlation method to determine relationship between variables. The results showed that 1) there was a positive significant correlation on clinical supervision with teacher performance in the learning process in view from regression analysis with t test value of 43,574> 2,007 (t table 0,05 = 2,007) with r correlation equal to 0,987 into category a very strong relationship. 2) there was a positive significant correlation on pedagogic competence with teacher performance in learning process seen from result of regression analysis with t test value 13,489 > 2,007 (t table 0,05 = 2,007) with r correlation equal to 0,884 enter goes to strong relationship category 3 ) there was positive significant correlation on clinical supervision, pedagogic competence together with teacher performance in learning process seen from result of regression analysis with t test value 19,398 > 2,007 and 2,966 > 2,007 (t table 0,05 = 2,007) with r correlation equal to 0,987 goes to a very strong relationship category. The conclusion of this research is there is very strong relationship on clinical supervision, pedagogic competence with teacher performance at junior high school on Pinang Raya Subdistrict North Bengkulu Regency. Keywords: Clinical supervision, Pedagogic competence, Teacher performance
