Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pola asuh otoriter dan kualitas persahabatan dengan terhadap regulasi emosi cognitive reappraisal pada remaja broken home. Penulisan ini difokuskan kepada regulasi emosi cognitive reappraisal karena regulasi emosi tersebut mengubah situasi menjadi positif sehingga sesuai dengan remaja dengan kondisi broken home. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) oleh Gross & John (2003), skala Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) oleh John R. Buri (1991), dan Friendship Quality Questionnaire (FQQ) oleh Jeffrey G, Parker & Steven R. Asher (1993). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif desain korelasional menggunakan linear berganda kepada 100 subjek remaja broken home berusia 12-24 tahun di Indonesia. Data diambil dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online dalam bentuk google form melalui teknik accidental sampling pada sosial media seperti tiktok dan instagram. Hasil menunjukkan variabel pola asuh otoriter dan variabel kualitas persahabatan secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi regulasi emosi cognitive reappraisal pada remaja broken home. Abstract The study was conducted to determine the influence between authoritarian parenting and friendship quality on cognitive reappraisal emotion regulation in broken home adolescents. This writing is focused on the cognitive reappraisal emotion regulation because the emotion regulation tend to changes the situation into a positive ways so that it suits adolescents with broken home conditions. The research instrument used the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) scale by Gross & John (2003), the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) scale by John R. Buri (1991), and the Friendship Quality Questionnaire (FQQ) by Jeffrey G, Parker & Steven R. Asher (1993). The study was conducted with quantitative methods of correlational design with multiple linear to 100 broken home adolescents subjects at the age between 12-24 years in Indonesia. Data was taken by distributing online questionnaires (google form) through accidental sampling technique on social media such as tiktok and instagram. The results showed authoritarian parenting variables and friendship quality variables simultaneously affected the cognitive reappraisal emotion regulation in broken home adolescents
