Abstract

People's Business Credit is credit or financing provided by banking companies including BCA Bank to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with the aim of improving and expanding the Bank's services to productive MSMEs. This research was conducted to determine the quality of MSME services. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection methods were obtained using observation and interview methods. Analysis of research results using Parasuman, Zeithaml, and Berry theories, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Tangible. The results of the research show that the quality of MSME services provided by Bank Central Asia Tanah Abang Branch is optimal, namely, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty customers show satisfaction related to the absence of administration costs and provision costs and credit financing employees are able to answer complaints and provide appropriate suggestions. According to the problems and needs of MSME players. Meanwhile, Tangibles and Customer Reliability show the opposite, namely that there is no special waiting room for MSME financing applications and the requirements that must be attached are still quite complicated, such as having a business of at least 6 months and being required to have a Business Certificate and Business License Number

Abstract

Information behavior arises when a person is aware of the need for information used related to daily activities or work. The digital era is an era where the flow of information is growing rapidly and is easy to find. Information is so easy to create, disseminate and use by the wider community. Likewise, with the public's lack of understanding of the Covid-19 Vaccine, the public's lack of understanding of the Covid-19 Vaccine has led to community behavior regarding the rejection of the Covid-19 Vaccine by the people of Ciaruteun Ilir Village. The researcher aims to determine the information behavior of the people of Ciaruteun Ilir Village and aims to find out what factors influence the information behavior of the people of Ciaruteun Ilir Village towards the Covid-19 Vaccine. This research uses qualitative descriptive research types and methods. This research uses Wilson's (1996) theory which focuses on people's search behavior for the Covid-19 vaccine. The subjects of this research were the people of Ciaruteun Ilir Village using observation and interview data collection techniques. This research uses Miles & Huberman data analysis, the results of this research are rejection of the Covid-19 Vaccine in the Ciaruteun Ilir Village community with a lack of socialization causing the community's understanding of the importance of the Covid-19 Vaccine to not be optimal, the community's information seeking behavior process is still lacking due to psychological factors and environmental factors are factors that determine the level of success in meeting information needs.

Abstract

Tujuan keseluruhan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi fungsi manajemen kurikulum dalam pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei literatur, penelitian ini mengumpulkan informasi dari publikasi seperti buku dan majalah tentang manajemen kurikulum. Kurikulum adalah suatu rencana atau tujuan yang memuat tujuan, isi, bahan ajar, pedoman kegiatan pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, dan tata cara administratif untuk melaksanakan kurikulum. Karena kurikulum tidak dapat dilaksanakan dengan benar tanpa guru, guru memainkan peran penting dalam administrasi kurikulum. Karena kurikulum bersifat dinamis, maka kurikulum dapat berubah dan berkembang sebagai respons terhadap peristiwa terkini dan tuntutan masyarakat. Namun pengembangan kurikuler tidak boleh hanya sekedar perubahan; itu harus metodis dan fokus
