Abstract

PT Sasmita Abadi Gloves is the first manufacturing company in Indonesia that exports the glove industry. At PT Sasmita Abadi Gloves there are 2 parts, namely the production section and the non-production section. Gloves PT Sasmita Abadi requires new employee candidates every year, therefore, to get competent and quality employees, the company needs to carry out a process of embracing prospective employees. During the recruitment process carried out by PT Sasmita Abadi Gloves, it experienced several obstacles, one of which was that the incoming application was still in the form of physical or paper data and the applicant had to come directly to the company to deliver or submit the application file. The solution that can be given is to make an employee recruitment and selection application, because this application can help HRD solve existing obstacles. Based on the results of the application trial, it produces a report recording the results of an employee search. This application generates calculations using the graphic rating scale method, where the photographic selection assessment uses a scale of 1 to 5. System testing uses the black box testing method which produces information that the application is appropriate and has run according to its function, while for testing using the user acceptance test in general the results testing is acceptable to users.

Abstract

The Integrated Police Service Center or often abbreviated as SPKT is a part of the police to provide services to the community, in the form of receiving and first handling reports or complaints. So far, the reporting process carried out by the community is still done manually, by coming directly to the SPKT Polres Badung so it’s a hassle for the community and the storage of physical documents from various incoming reports continues to grow so it requires a lot of space. So in this study a web-based application was built that could make it easier for the public to report and help SPKT Polres Badung to cut down the storage space for physical reporting documents. This application uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model which consists of the processes of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. Based on the results of the trial and evaluation of the system for the application built, it can be concluded that this application can help the public report online and assist the SPKT Polres Badung administrator in managing reporting and storing reporting documents digitally.

Abstract

PT. Semen Indonesia is company in industry of cement, the process of making cement necessary some process that combustion raw mix/ slurry be clinker. grinding clinker, and gypsum to be semen. The process of monitoring above required to control limited supply of the raw material used to production process, due to the lack of information that still appears related the amount of stock of raw materials required and the amount of the stock of raw materials used for production, so that the possibility of a buildup and lack of raw materials at the time of production often occurs. Dashboard is an application that can be used for monitoring company stock inventory in real time. The information shown in the dashboard in this application in the form of graphics information tailored to key performance indicator (KPI) from the company, This application can display a graph of the trend of value and quantity of supplies per month, showing total receipt per month, showing a graph of the trend of total consume which is used in the production process monthly, showing a graph of the trend of Inventory Turnover (ITO, total consume, and aging material.

Abstract

CV Keke Saputra merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang perdagangan barang retail seperti Alat Peraga Pendidikan (APE), pakaian jadi, alat tulis, perlengkapan kantor, dan alat kesehatan. Terdapat permasalahan yang saat ini terjadi pada CV. Keke Saputra yaitu, sering terjadinya kehabisan persediaan barang atau out of stock dari barang yang diinginkan pembeli. Sehingga mempengaruhi perusahaan karena melewatkan terjadinya proses penjualan yang berpotensi mendatangkan keuntungan untuk perusahaan. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah membuat aplikasi pengendalian inventori yang dapat menentukan titik aman persediaan (Safety Stock), dapat melakukan pengendalian inventori dengan menerapkan metode Reorder Point (ROP) dan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan, bahwa (1) aplikasi dapat melakukan pengendalian inventori karena aplikasi dapat menentukan titik aman persediaan (safety stock), (2) Aplikasi dapat menentukan titik dimana dilakukannya pemesanan kembali dengan nilai dari penerapan Reorder Point (ROP), (3) Aplikasi dapat menentukan seberapa banyak jumlah barang yang dipesan dengan nilai hasil penerapan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan (4) aplikasi dapat meminimalkan angka terjadinya kehabisan atau out of stock pada CV. Keke Saputra sebesar 27% dari data sebelum adanya aplikasi sebesar 36% menjadi hanya 9%.
