Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang pariwisata, merupakan salah satu sumber devisanegara yang sangat penting, meskipun pariwisata memberikan sumbangan yang cukup berarti bagipembangunan, namun disaat bersamaan ternyata kegiatan industry pariwisata juga melahirkansejumlah dampak negative seperti merosotnya kualitas lingkungan hidup. Berdasarkan fakta diatas,maka tujuan dari bisnis desa wisata yang merupakan pemberdayaan terhadap masyarakat perludirumuskan lebih konfrehensip jenis usahanya sebagai pengelolaan pembangunan pariwisataberkelanjutan yang lebih tepat dimasa mendatang sehingga bisnis pariwisatapun akan naik lagi. Konseppariwisata pedesaan (rural tourism) dengan cirinya produk yang unik termasuk pemberdayaanmasyarakat desa inovasi yang menggandeng teknologi yang diterapkan pada desa cipayung. kiranyadapat menjadi solusi baru bagi pengembangan kepariwisataan, salah satu bagiannya adalah petani ikanpatin di desa Cipayung kecamatan Cikarang Timur Kabupaten Bekasi khususnya. Adapun metode yangdikembangkan adalah pemberian pendampingan, khususnya pembuatan koperasi, pelatihan baikmanajemen, entrepreunership, tatakelola desa, tata kelola keuangan, evaluasi dari seluruh kegiatan sertamonitoring dan evaluasi serta pendampingan. Sebagian respon atas program yang dikembangkan dimasyarakat berupa pengembangan Petani Ikat Patin melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat, maka akantumbuh menjadi pusat pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari desa wisata inovasi di Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak Konsep pariwisata perdesaan (rural tourism) dengan cirinya produk yang unik, khas serta ramah lingkungan kiranya dapat menjadi solusi baru bagi pengembangan kepariwisataan di dunia. Sebagai respon atas pergeseran minat wisatawan tersebut maka di Indonesia pun tumbuh pilihan wisata baru berupa desa-desa wisata di berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. Pengembangan Desa Wisata tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi munculnya alternative wisata untuk memenuhi pergeseran minat wisatawan, namun juga dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi bagi permasalahan kemiskinan, pelestarian budaya dan pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Indonesia umumnya dan Jawa Barat khususnya merupakan wilayah yang kaya akan ragam keunikan di desa, namun baik masyarakat maupun pengelola destinasi belum terlihat menyadari benar potensi tersebut sehingga penanganan desa yang memenuhi karakteristik sebagai desa wisata tidak dilakukan dengan semestinya. Untuk itu penelitian kali ini menitikberatkan pada identifikasi potensi yang dimiliki berbagai daerah di Jawa Barat untuk menjadi desa wisata. Hasil identifikasi tersebut akan digunakan untuk pengembangan Model Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa dan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan melalui Desa Wisata. Pada tahun pertama, dari hasil survey dan wawancara diperoleh data desa wisata kondisi dan potensi pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat, serta potensi wisata di lokasi desa. Di samping itu, untuk melengkapi model pemberdayaan masyarakat dan kemiskinan melalui desa wisata, maka kunci keberhasilan adalah kesiapan dari seluruh penduduk untuk membuka diri dan berubah. Untuk menyiapkan penduduk agar mampu mengelola desa wisata maka perlu diberikan pelatihan kompetensi untuk mengelola desa wisata, sehingga pelestarian budaya dan pengentasan kemiskinan dapat terwujud. Abstract Rural tourism concept with its unique product, typical and nature friendly apparently could be a new solution for tourism development in the world. To respond with tourist shift of interest, so there is grow different kind of tourism in Indonesia that is rural tourism in many province in Indonesia. The development of rural tourism not only give the benefit to the appearance of tourism alternatives to fill the tourist’s shift of interest, but it could be used as s solution to the poverty, culture, and nature preservation issue. Indonesia generally and West Java especially is a region that rich of its village uniqueness, but neither the people or tourism developer hasn’t realize its potential that makes the village development as tourism destination not correctly executed. That’s why this study focused on potential identification that many region in west java has to be developed into rural tourism. The identification result will be used to develop villager empowerment model and poverty prevention with the rural tourism. In the first year, from the result of survey and interview it is obtained village’s data and potential tourism development based on the villager, and tourism potential in the rural area. Furthermore, to completing the villager empowerment model and poverty from the rural tourism, so the success key is the readiness of the villager to open themselves and changes. To preparing the villager to be ready to managing the rural tourism, it is required to give a training about the competention of rural tourism management, so that the culture preservation and poverty prevention can be realized. Abstract

Publication is one of an important aspect for a successful event. Public relations officers are the one that doing this activity. This research is using qualitative method and it discuss about how publication affect the amount of delegation that will join Our Ocean Conference 2018 by Ministry of Marine and Fisheries Indonesia. Publication in this research is using visual media such as digital news platform, banner, billboard, e-flyer and send an email to the targeted delegation. It also use audio-visual media as a publication such as videotron in front of the building of Ministry of Marine and Fisheries Indonesia and creating social media account such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Website, and a teaser video on KKP News Youtube Channel. The targeted delegation for this event is 1.500 delegations from around the world and from various stakeholders too including Head of States, non-government organization, researcher, student and people who cares about our ocean health.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the booth payment procedure at the Indonesia International Hospital Expo 2018. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method accumulation of observation and interviews in finance division team and leader of Indonesia International Hospital Expo 2018. From the results of the research with using the method, the authors obtain the results of research that the booth payment procedure at the Indonesia International Hospital Expo 2018 is arranged to high up efficiency in service provider activities as PEO (Professional Exhibition Organizer) to exhibitors.

Abstract

Trade Expo Indonesia is a B2B international trade exhibition (Business to business) designed to increase the growth of export and export markets. The 2018 Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) exhibition is an exhibition held by the Directorate General for National Export Development (DGNED) - Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. Organized by PT. Debindomulti Adhiswasti on October 23-28 2018 at ICE BSD Tangerang, this exhibition was the 33rd international trade exhibition. This exhibition displays various products from Indonesia. Over the past few years, Indonesia has achieved positive growth trends in various products and globally, which must be and more important, because Indonesia is also competing with other countries in global opportunities. To continue to improve export performance, the government has been proactively inviting and investors for direct agreements with export product and service providers of the Indonesia Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI). Along with the Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2018 exhibition, Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2018 also presents parallel activities named TTI (trade, tourism, investment) Forum which is a forum for exporters, prospective exporters, investors, potential investors, business world and government officials meet and learn information and solutions about issues in discussions and opportunities from various parties involved from the related sector. There is a TTI Forum several things that must be done during the planning period of the TTI Forum implementation. The research was conducted with the results of interviews, and was active with live programs, both in planning, implementation and post event.

Abstract

Account Executive has an important role as client service or client-side in a company such as an agency. Not only being a liaison between the agency and client, Account Executive must be able to represent their company, and have certain skills. The purpose of this research is to know the criteria and roles of Account Executive, as well as ways to overcome obstacles to clients. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting observations, interview, and direct practice. The results of research using this method is that the author understands the criteria of a good Account Executive, the roles, and the constraints and solutions faced by Account Executive in dealing with clients and being a company representative.
