Abstract: Ahmad Fauzi, Department of Management, Pancasetia College of Economics, Banjarmasin, 2021, The Effect of Workload on Turnover Intention through Work Stress at BNI Life Banjarmasin. Advisor 1: Ir. Melania, M.P., M.M., Supervisor 2: H. Hamdi, S.E. M.M. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of workload on the turnover intention of BNI Life Banjarmasin employees. To analyze and determine the effect of work stress on the Turnover Intention of BNI Life Banjarmasin employees. To analyze and determine the effect of workload on employee turnover intention through BNI Life Banjarmasin's Job Stress. This study uses quantitative data analysis methods, namely the path analysis technique used to examine the magnitude of the direct and indirect contribution of the influence of Workload and Work Stress on Turnover Intention. The research was conducted on 100 employees of BNI Life in the Marketing section. The results showed that simultaneously Workload and Work Stress had a significant effect on turnover intention of BNI Life Banjarmasin employees. Directly the workload variable has a significant effect on the turnover intention variable with a value of 0.592, and indirectly the Workload variable through Work Stress has a significant effect on the dependent variable on Turnover Intention with a value of 0.108. The variable that has a dominant influence on Turnover Intention in BNI Life Banjarmasin employees is workload. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention pegawai BNI Life Banjarmasin. Untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention pegawai BNI Life Banjarmasin. Untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention pegawai melalui Stres Kerja BNI Life Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data kuantitatif, yakni teknik analisis jalur yang digunakan untuk menguji besarnya kontribusi langsung dan tidak langsung pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 Pegawai BNI Life dibagian Marketing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Secara simultan Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada pegawai BNI Life Banjarmasin. Secara langsung variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention dengan nilai 0,592, dan secara tidak langsung variabel Beban Kerja melalui Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat turnover intention dengan nilai 0,108. Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Turnover Intention pada pegawai BNI Life Banjarmasin adalah Beban Kerja. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price Fairness, Brand Image, and Brand Trust variables on Customer Satisfaction of Samsung brand mobile phones. This research is a correlational study with the population is all people who own and use Samsung mobile phones that meet the requirements for respondents. The sample in this study was 125 respondents. The results showed that (1). Simultaneously the Product Quality, Price Fairness, Brand Image and Brand Trust variables significantly influence Customer Satisfaction (2). Partially, Product Quality and Price Fairness variables have no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Whereas the Brand Image variable, Brand Trust has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Attitude is an individual's attitude in acting which is the result of a stimulus received in his activities or experiences that can cause or influence the actions and behavior of the individual. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the research problem is how the development of aspects of social attitudes and customs of the Dayak Meratus in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of aspects of social attitudes and customs of the Dayak Meratus in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The type of research used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. According to Sugiyono (2016: 9) qualitative research methods are research methods used to examine the condition of natural objects where the researcher is the key instrument. Miles and Hubermen (1984), suggest that the activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and take place continuously until complete, so that the data is saturated. The size of the data saturation is indicated by the absence of new data or information. Activities in the analysis include data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusions and verification (conclusion drawing/verification). The results of the study show that honesty, discipline, a sense of responsibility, and tolerance and mutual cooperation are very important in the life of the Dayak Meratus indigenous people in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This is the foundation of life for the Meratus Dayak indigenous people, both in terms of natural management and social life. The customs and culture that have been inherited by the ancestors, the system of norms, customary law, customary rules and sanctions in customs are very important in the life of the Meratus Dayak indigenous people in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. and preserving local wisdom by the younger generation is very important in the life of the Dayak Meratus indigenous people in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The conclusion in this study is that the aspect of social attitude consists of: honesty, responsibility, discipline, tolerance, and mutual cooperation, in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era for the Meratus Dayak community, assessing this is very important as the basis of daily life in responding to the flow of globalization for the people of Meratus. the younger generation in an increasingly advanced era. Aspects of Customs and Tradition consist of: culture, norms, customary law, and local wisdom, in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era for the Meratus Dayak Indigenous community, this is very important as law and norms to regulate the life of the Meratus Dayak Indigenous community.
