Abstract

This study aims to find out how active dynamic archive management includes creation, arrangement, use, and storage activities, as well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in active dynamic archive management activities at SMAN 1 Babakan, Kabupaten Cirebon. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out in three ways, namely field observations, direct interviews, and literature studies. The informants specified in this study were archivists at the Administration Office of SMAN 1 Babakan. The results of this study indicate that active dynamic archive management at SMAN 1 Babakan is carried out in several stages, (1) creation and acceptance; (2) checking and filing; (3) storage; (4) maintenance and security; (5) use; (6) transfer and destruction of archives. Records management is carried out on a mixed principle (centralized and decentralized) where some archives are managed by the respective work units and some are managed at the central archives. The management of dynamic archives receives support from the school in the form of providing adequate archive management support facilities. Then the obstacle that is felt is in the competence of Human Resources which is still minimal because it is still very new, so that archive management is not fully in accordance with existing standards.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi transformasi perpustakaan Griya Pustaka SMAN 1 Babakan dalam meningkatkan minat literasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi transformasi perpustakaan Griya Pustaka dijalankan melalui empat tahap manajemen strategis. Pertama, analisis lingkungan dilakukan dengan analisis SWOT dan analisis kebutuhan pemustaka melalui penyebaran angket. Kedua, perumusan strategi dilakukan dengan merumuskan misi, tujuan, dan perencanaan strategi transformasi dalam bentuk studi banding dan pembentukan tim, serta berpedoman pada kebijakan Perpustakaan Nasional. Ketiga, implementasi strategi dilakukan dengan mengadakan program transformasi perpustakaan yang meliputi peningkatan fungsi, fasilitas, dan pustakawan, serta mengatur penganggaran dan prosedur. Keempat, evaluasi dan pengendalian strategi dilakukan melalui metode wawancara langsung dengan pemustaka dan pelaporan kepada pemangku kebijakan sekolah untuk mendapatkan solusi.

Abstract

Knowledge of technology, employee competence, and leadership is important for the company, so that its use needs to be managed properly in the context of improving the company's operational performance. The research aims to determine the effect of technology, employee competence and leadership on operational performance at Madura Offshore gas production facility PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco, Tbk. The research is quantitative research method with analysis techniques for hypothesis testing using Smart PLS version 3.3.7. Population used 100 person who all of responden are employees at Madura Offshore gas production facility PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco, Tbk. The research results show that technology, employee competence and leadership have effect on operational performance. It reflects that the better technology, employee competence and leadership will make better operational performance to achieve company goals.
