Abstract

Preparedness is a series of activities carried out by the organization to anticipate disasters and carried out with the right steps. Hospitals are one of the places that have a risk of fire. The use of electrical equipment, short circuits, and gas and chemical cylinders are some of the things that cause fires in hospitals. This study has the aim of knowing how the factors associated with preparedness for fire hazards in hospitals. The method used was literature review by analysing 10 articles or journals from various sources. The results showed from the articles reviewed that the Factors Associated with Preparedness for Fire Hazards in Hospitals, namely there are two factors that are related, namely predisposing factors and reinforcing factors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess the knowledge and abilities of health workers and the public in handling medical emergencies in various health facilities in Indonesia. This research uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method to assess the knowledge and skills of health workers and the community in handling medical emergencies in various health facilities in Indonesia. The SLR method was chosen because it can be used to identify, study, evaluate and comprehensively interpret all existing research on this topic. Several important conclusions can be drawn from declassified research findings from various medical emergency research texts. First, education and training play an important role in increasing the knowledge and readiness of health professionals and the public to face medical emergencies.
