Abstract

The profession of Al-Qur'an education school teachers tend to be perceived positively in the community, their role in shaping the positive character of students is a benchmark for success in educating. However, this is a separate demand for them to always be a person who looks perfect so that they do not have the freedom to express themselves which has an impact on their psychological well-being. This study aimed to find out the description of psychological well-being of Al - Qur'an education school teachers in Banyuwangi. The research design was quantitative descriptive analytic. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 102 participants. The instrument used a psychological well-being scale (PsychologicalWell-beingScale) which consists of 42 items developed from six dimensions, with a reliability value of 0.883. Statistical analysis used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the psychological well-being of Al-Qur'an education school teachers based on the late adult age group, female gender, length of teaching and education level up to university level showed the high category with the score ranged from 190 to 205 with a percentage reaching 69%. It could be indicated that there were other factors related to the dimensions of achieving psychological well-being including emotional maturity, experience and knowledge possessed by individuals

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Everyone in their lives has experienced stress, especially final-semester students who are struggling with the process of working on a thesis, which can be complicated. This situation can impact their self-confidence or ability to think positively and also affect the completion of their tasks. Optimistic thinking is needed by students because it is a psychological construct that has a positive influence on the life of an individual Purpose: This study aimed to determine the relationship between optimism and stress levels in compiling final assignments for undergraduate nursing students at STIKES Banyuwangi in 2023. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was 43 final year STIKES Banyuwangi students using the total sampling technique. Data were collected using the Optimism and DASS 21 questionnaires and then analyzed using the Spearman rank test with SPSS 25 for windows. Results:The majority of students, 25 (58.1%), experienced normal stress levels, and most students, 26 (60.4%), had moderate optimism. Based on the analysis, a significance (2-tailed) p-value = 0.039 with ? = 0.05 was obtained, indicating that there is a low correlation between stress levels and optimism experienced by undergraduate nursing students in completing the final assignment Conclusion: Optimism is needed for students working on their final project. Through optimistic thoughts, students can reduce the impact caused by stress when working on the finalproject. Thus, individuals will respond reasonably to stress and can complete the final project well Keywords: Optimism, stress level, Final Assignment

Abstract

Waste this a symptom for the world that must be handled properly and correctly and in an integrated manner. The increasing population can contribute to the high volume of waste, especially since the most waste is organic waste, where this waste can be used disposed of. Meaning of activity analyze household waste utilization model project-based learning through community empowerment in Panjen Hamlet. The method used is direct counseling and training for PKK-KB mothers including herbal liquid, visionary, larvae. The qualitative research design collects data using interviews with 7 participants. Activity device is the implementer himself. Analysis used Colaizzi method. Results the study obtained 4 themes, namely: 1) Positive response to the results of socialization and training, 2) Organic & Inorganic Waste Management project understanding model, 3) Hopes after utilization of household waste training, 4) Sustainability of household waste management programs. Overview of the activities of utilization management based on Based Learning is an example for residents, especially mothers from the Panjen Hamlet, Jambewangi Village KB fosters a sense of happiness fostering a sense of love for the surrounding environment so that they are willing to utilize and manage household waste in Panjen Hamlet.
