Abstract

Teen-Age is a period of the happening of physical change and also mental. One of change of physical that happened is hormone, which can trigger incidence of pimple and also influent adolescent appearance. This purpose of this research was to know influent mount knowledge to  adolescent self  concept experiencing of pimply in SMA Muhammadiyah I Pare. This Research design used Cross Sectional with population of student of SMA Muhammadiyah I Pare, with 30 responder used  total sampling technique. The analyzed  of correlation of Chi Square got P(0.557 > α( 0.05), it means H0 accepted and H1 rejected, it meant there was no influent of  mount knowledge to concept of adolescent experiencing of pimply in SMA Muhammadiyah I Pare.The knowledge enough is important to adolescent, especially knowledge about pimply. For that,  parent or family and environment of school like teacher as a closest adolescently so that give positive and responds support in each change experienced of adolescent. Because responds from people closest can influence adolescent assessment to their self, and indirectly have an effect on to growth self conception.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Menua adalah suatu proses menghilangnya secara perlahan-lahan kemampuan jaringan untukmemperbaiki diri/mengganti dan mempertahankan fungsi normalnya sehingga tidak dapat bertahanterhadap infeksi dan memperbaiki kerusakan yang diderita. Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhiperawatan lansia, fasilitas- fasilitas, aktivitas yang perlu diperhatikan, nutrisi, kebersihan diri danpsikososial, spiritual. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengetahuan keluarga tentang perawatan lansiadirumah di dusun suren desa jambu kecamatan kayen kidul kabupaten kediri. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasinya adalah keluarga yangmempunyai lansia diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah gambaranpengetahuan keluarga tentang perawatan lansia dirumah dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan koesionerdengan jumlah 20 pertanyaan. Data yang dihasilkan diolah dengan cara editing, cording, scoring,tabulating dan dianalisis secara prosentase. Data disajikan dalam bentuk diagram pie. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan tidak baik tentang pengertiandan perawatan lansia 17 ( 50% ) responden, mengetahui tentang fasilitas yang diberikan dalamperawatan lansia sebagian besar cukup 19 ( 56% ) responden dari tentang aktifivitas yang diberikanpada perawatan lansia sebagian besar cukup 14 ( 41% ) responden, dari nutrisi yang perlu diperhatikandalam perawatan lansia sebagian besar cukup 15 ( 44% ) responden, dari kebersihan diri padaperawatan lansia sebagian besar tidak baik 19 ( 56% ) responden dari segi spikososial, spiritualsebagian besar tidak baik 18 ( 53% ) responden sedangkan sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuankurang tentang perawatan lansia dirumah 23 ( 68%) responden. Disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan keluarga tentang perawatan lansia dirumah dusun suren desajambu kecamatan kayen kidul kabupaten kediri dinilai kurang. Disarankan agar keluarga yangmempunyai lansia untuk memperhatikan lansianya.Kata kunci : pengetahuan, keluarga, perawatan lansia

Abstract

Intensive Care Unit is a health care unit for patients with a reversible, emergency or intermediate health problem. Because of the separate between patient and family, they need psychosocial supports. Family may experience fear and hopeless while they standing beside the patients. The objective of the research was to identify the relationship between the level of formal education and the level of anxiety of the family when they facing health care on intensive care unit of Pare Public Hospital. The research design was cross sectional. Population of the study was all patient’s family who accompanied the patient on ICU RSUD Pare, sampling was choose by researcher according to the judgment of the researcher with sample size 30 respondents. Variable of the study was formal educational level as independent variable; and the level of family anxiety as dependent variable. Research instrument was Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS).Result of the study showed that according to Gamma test, the correlation of both variable was -0,70 by significance level (p) 0,005 less than 0,05, mean that there was significant correlation between both variable. According to the result of study, it’s suggested for health care institution/health care personals to perform health education by clear and true information for the patient and his family

Abstract

ABSTRAKKepuasan Lansia terhadap mutu pelayanan di posyandu dipengaruhi banyak faktor bukti nyata (tangible), reliability (keandalan/dapat dipercaya), responsiveness (ketanggapan) serta assurance (jaminan kepastian). Hal ini harus dipenuhi oleh petugas atau kader posyandu agar semua sasaran terpuaskan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan ibu tentang mutu pelayanan kesehatan Posyandu Lansia di Posyandu Pendawa Dusun Suren Desa Jambu Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Populasinya adalah semua lansia 30 responden diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah tingkat kepuasan lansia terhadap pelayanan kesehatan posyandu lansia dengan menggunakan koesioner dengan jumlah 25 pertanyaan. Data yang dihasilkan diolah dengan cara editing, cording, scoring, tabulating dan dianalisis secara prosentase. Data disajikan dalam bentuk diagram dan tabel.Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hampir setengah responden menilai mutu pelayanan di posyandu lansia ditinjau dari tangible termasuk memuaskan dan sangat memuaskan yaitu 15 responden (50%), dari reliability sebagian besar memuaskan yaitu sebanyak 17 responden (56,7%), dari responsiveness sebagian besar memuaskan yaitu sebanyak 19 responden (63,3%), dari assurance setengahnya memuaskan yaitu sebanyak 15 responden (50%), dari empati setengahnya memuaskan yaitu 15 responden (50%) dan secara keseluruhan sebagian besar responden puas yaitu sebanyak 21 responden (70%) dari total 30 responden.Hal ini disebabkan sarana atau fasilitas fisik posyandu sudah memadai, petugas memberi pelayanan dengan ramah, sopan, cepat tanggap, professional dan dapat diandalkan.Disimpulkan bahwa mutu pelayanan di posyandu pendawa Dusun Suren Desa Jambu Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri sudah dinilai memuaskan. Disarankan agar pelayanan yang ada tetap di pertahankan dan semakin di tingkatkan.Kata Kunci : kepuasan, mutu pelayanan posyandu lansiaABSTRACTAged satisfaction towards service quality in health care center for mothers and babies is influenced by many factors real evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability/trustworthy), responsiveness and assurance (certainty). These things must be fulfilled by officials or cadres of health care center for mothers and babies (Posyandu) in order to satisfied all targets. The purpose of this research was to know the level of mother satisfaction about the quality of Aged health care center for mothers and babies  (Posyandu) health services in health care center for mothers and babies (Posyandu) Pendawa Dusun Suren Desa Jambu Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri.The design of research that used is descriptive. The population is all the aged mothers 30 respondents was taken with a total sampling technique. Research variable is the level of aged satisfaction toward health care center for aged (Posyandu Lansia) health services collected by using questionnaire with 25 questions. The data that produced is processed by means of editing, cording, scoring, tabulating and analyzed by percentage. The data presented in the form of diagrams and tables.From the results of research, almost half of respondents rate the quality of service in Aged Posyandu reviewed from tangible including satisfactory and very satisfactory it is 15 respondents (50 %), from reliability the majority is satisfactory it is 17 respondents (56.7 %), of the responsiveness the majority is satisfactory it is 19 respondents (63.3 %), from the assurance, a half is satisfactory it is 15 respondents (50 %), from the empathy, a half is satisfactory it is 15 respondents (50 %) and in general most of the respondents are satisfied about 21 respondents (70 %) of a total of 30 respondents.This is caused by physique facilities of health care center for mothers and babies (Posyandu) are adequate, the officer gave service with a friendly, courteous, responsive, professional and reliable.It was concluded that the quality of service in health care center for mothers and babies (Posyandu) Pendawa Dusun Suren Desa Jambu Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri has been rated satisfactory. It is suggested that existing services must be maintained.Keywords : satisfaction, service quality of aged posyandu
