Abstract

In this research, the system performance of the half-duplex two-way relay network under hardware impairment condition is presented and investigated. In this system model, the time switching protocol and amplify-and-forward (AF)-based are considered. First, of all, the analytical expressions of the outage probability, and achievable throughput with the exact closed form and asymptotic form were proposed and derived. Furthermore, the research results are derived and convinced by Monte-Carlo calculation. The numerical results demonstrated and convinced the analytical and the simulation results are agreed for all possible system parameters.

Abstract

In this work, the half-duplex (HF) power beacon-assisted (PB) energy harvesting (EH) relaying network, which consists of a source (S), Relay (R), destination (D) and a power beacon (PB) are introduced and investigated. Firstly, the analytical expressions of the system performance in term of outage probability (OP) and the system throughput (ST) are analyzed and derived in both amplify-and-forward (AF) and decode-and-forward (DF) modes. After that, we verify the correctness of the analytical analysis by using Monte-Carlo simulation in connection with the primary system parameters. From the numerical results, we can see that all the analytical and the simulation results are matched well with each other.

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a new recommendation for improving lumen output (LO) and CCT deviation (D-CCT) of the 7700 K RPW-LEDs by K2SiF6:Mn4+ red phosphor. Based on Light Tool and Mat Lab simulation software, we can see that the D-CCT and LO can be improved significantly, but the CQS and CRI have a slight decrease with increasing the concentration of the red phosphor. Besides, the analytical and simulation results agree well with each other.

Abstract

Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) has been identified as a promising multiple access technique for the fifth generation (5G) mobile networks due to its superior spectral efficiency. In this paper, we propose and investigate a Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) of energy harvesting (EH) relay assisted system over Block Rayleigh Fading Channel. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed system, the integral expression of the outage probability is analyzed and derived. Numerical results confirm that our derived analytical results match well with the Monte Carlo simulations in connection with all possible system parameter.

Abstract

In this paper, the Ba2Si5N8Eu2+ phosphor is proposed as the novel recommendation for enhancing the optical properties in terms of D-CCT, CRI, CQS, and LO of the CP-WLEDs. Firstly, we conducted the physical model of the CP-WLEDs in the Light Tools software with the main parameters like the real LEDs. Furthermore, the scattering process in LEDs compound of the CP-WLEDs is simulated and investigated by the Matlab software. Then the influence of the Ba2Si5N8Eu2+ concentration on the D-CCT, CRI, CQS, and LO of the CP-WLEDs is investigated. Finally, the research results showed that the Ba2Si5N8Eu2+ concentration has a considerable effect on the D-CCT, CRI, CQS, and LO of the CP-WLEDs. From the results, we can state that the Ba2Si5N8Eu2+ phosphor can be considered as the novel recommendation for enhancing the optical properties of the CP-WLEDs.

Abstract

In this paper, we propose Ca[Mg3SiN4]Ce3+ Phosphor as a new material solution for improving the optical properties in terms of CRI, CQS. D-CCT, LO of the 5600K remote-packaging white LEDs (RP-WLEDs). In the first stage, we built and investigated the 5600K RP-WLEDs by adding the red phosphor to the phosphor layer. Then, the scattering processes inside the phosphor layer are investigated by Mat Lab software. From the research results, we discovered that the concentration of the adding phosphor significantly improved the optical properties of the5600K RP-WLEDs. All the results are convinced by Light Tools and Mat Lab software.

Abstract

Energy-saving, improving energy efficiency, and finding a new efficient way to use energy are considered as an urgent problem in over the world. In this paper, we consider the economics of energy use in combination with energy storage units where two forms of electricity exist in the power system. Then the problem of optimizing the installation capacity (to optimize the investment costs for energy storage) is presented and investigated in connection with the conversion systems. The topic opens a very significant result, including the introduction of a mathematical model to calculate the simulation in optimizing the installation capacity of the equipment in the system, multi-source power, as well as voltage and power stability benefits.

Abstract

Nowadays, the white-light-emitting diodes (LEDs) have a vast application on the real-life based on its superior advantages such as energy efficiency, long lifetime, compactness, and environment-friendly and designable features in comparison with incandescent and fluorescent lamps. In this paper, we co-doping the Ca[Mg3SiN4]Ce3+ Phosphor on the phosphor compound of the 7000K In-cup Packaging White LEDs (IPW-LEDs) for improving the lighting properties. By varying the concentration of Ca[Mg3SiN4]Ce3+ Phosphor from 0% to 1.8%, the effect of the Ca[Mg3SiN4]Ce3+ Phosphor on the D-CCT, CRI, CQS, and LO of the 7000K IPW-LEDs are investigated. Using the Light Tool and software, the research results show that the concentration of the IPW-LEDs has a massive influence on the lighting properties of the 7000K IPW-LEDs. All the results are convinced by Light Tool simulation.

Abstract

In this paper, we have investigated the Half-Duplex (HD) Energy Harvesting (EH) Cooperative Relaying Networks with one source node, one destination node, one intermediate relay and in the presence of the Jammer Against Eavesdropper. We have analyzed the system performance in terms of the integral form expression of secrecy outage probability. In addition, we have investigated the effect of source rate, time switching factor, energy coefficient, and the ratio Ps/N0 on the system performance. Finally, all the mathematical, analytical expressions are verified by Monte Carlo simulation, and the analytical results match well with the simulation ones to convince the correctness of the analytical expression.

Abstract

Non-linear loads or load imbalances, etc., are the typical causes of asymmetric operation of three-phase systems. The appearance of inverse (positive) and homopolar (zero) symmetric components cause damage to the systems and electrical equipment and increase the power losses on the transmission lines. Reactive power compensation is one of the solutions that can overcome this asymmetry. The difficulty that exists in many different methods is the optimal calculation of the value of the compensator. In this paper, a new method to overcome these problems is proposed and investigagted. The proposed method is based on the fundamental electrical quantities (voltages and currents) on the controllable values of the static compensation devices and overcoming of the asymmetric operation regime in the three-phase systems.
