Abstract

This study aims to describe the value of To Ciung Maccae Ri Luwu. The research uses library research method by understanding books related to To Ciung Maccae Ri Luwu. Datu Luwu named Datu Etenriawe (1581-1611), known as a statesman and scholar who gave a lot of attention to the condition of kedatuan. His name is Tociung. Tociung gave many ideas or thoughts and messages to the kedatuan/government which aimed to maintain the continuity of the kingdom, so that the kedatuan avoided destruction. The unanimous union is interpreted, that all problems that exist in the country or country are faced together, both in terms of bad and in terms of goodness. Then the union is like a round of rice, interpreted as a vertical union is the union between the king or leader and his people, so that what is the greatness of the king, will become strength for the servant. The integration of the eight characteristics among the leader and the community, would invoke unity in the community. The state or country will be strong, and resistant to outside interference. Then there are several kinds of unity according to Maccae ri Luwu’s thought, namely “united like a chicken egg, united like rice, and united like a bamboo reed”.

Abstract

This paper discusses the controversy related KB implant. The low of contraception is still controversial. Some say is haram because it is considered as an attempt to 'kill' the prospective baby as mention in Q.S. al-Isra: 31. However, others say that KB is part of a better 'generation' command as mention in Q.S. an-Nisa: 9. This study aims to find out the reasons for EFA (fertile couples) who are not interested in using contraceptive, knowing which contraceptives are allowed and forbidden by religion, to know the family planning law in general.The methodology used in this research is library research. The results of this study indicate that the method of contraception or family planning tool that is allowed is the way it works to prevent pregnancy (man'ul haml) which is temporary rather than permanent. Therefore, the use of contraception qias to the type of contraception is allowed. In addition, the materials used must be derived from halal materials and does not cause harmful implications for health. Ada yang mengatakan hal ini adalah haram karena dianggap sebagai usaha ‘membunuh’ calon bayi dengan berdalil kepada Q.S. al-Isra:31. Akan tetapi ada juga yang mengatakan bahwa KB adalah bagian dari perintah ‘membentuk’ generasi yang lebih baik sebagaimana dimaksud Q.S. an-Nisa:9Tulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan PUS (pasangan usia subur) yang tidak tertarik untuk menggunakan alat kontrasepsi KB susuk, mengetahui alat kontrasepsi yang dibolehkan dan dilarang oleh agama, mengetahui hukum KB secara umum KB susuk secara husus. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaaan (library research). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode kontrasepsi atau alat KB yang dibolehkan adalah yang cara kerjanya mencegah kehamilan (man’ul haml) yang bersifat sementara bukan permanen. Oleh karenanya penggunaan KB susuk di qiaskan kepada jenis kontrasepsi yang diperbolehkan. Selain itu bahan pembuatan yang digunakan harus berasal dari bahan yang halal serta tidak menimbulkan implikasi yang membahayakan bagi kesehatan. Abstract

Abstract The Human Rights stated in the United Nation Chartered are believed to be the universal ones. Meanwhile, Alquran as the source of all life aspects of human beings including human rights. Historically, Alquran comes before the United Nation Human Rights Charter. The main purpose of this paper is to highlight the idea that Alquran is the primary resource of human rights including the United Nation Human Rights. This study is conducted by applying qualitative library research. The result of the study emphasizes that human rights in Alquran are the basic paradigma of the human rights of the united nation due to the fundamental and essential human philosophical values coverage in the Alquran. Keywords: Human right, Historical aspect, Human rights from an Islamic perspective. Abstrak Hak Asasi Manusia yang dinyatakan dalam United Nation Chartered adalah semua aspek kehidupan manusia termasuk hak asasi manusia. Secara historis, Al-Qur’an telah meletakan pondasi untuk menjunjung harkat martabat manusia dengan menghargai hak-haknya jauh sebelum Piagam Hak Asasi Manusia Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa. Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana al-Qur’an menyebutkna hak-hak asasi manusia yang erat kaitannya dalam kehidupan social. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, dengan pendekatan tasfir tematik. Hasil penelitian menekankan bahwa hak asasi manusia dalam Al-Qur’an adalah paradigma dasar dari hak asasi manusia bangsa yang bersatu karena nilai filosofis manusia yang fundamental dan esensial dalam Al-Qur’an. Kata kunci: Hak Asasi Manusia, Historis HAM, HAM dalam Islam
