Abstract

Penelitian ini maksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik (PMR) berbasis budaya Aceh pada materi pengukuran di kelas II SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IIA SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: tes hasil belajar, lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa (LPAS), lembar pengamatan kemampuan guru (LPKG), dan angket respon siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Kriteria keefektifan PMR berbasis budaya Aceh yaitu hasil belajar siswa tuntas, aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran efektif, kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran efektif, dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran positif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian diperoleh pembelajaran matematika realistik (PMR) berbasis budaya Aceh efektif untuk mengajarkan materi pengukuran di kelas II SD Negeri 54 Banda Aceh.   Kata Kunci: PMR Berbasis Budaya Aceh

Abstract

Understanding about determinant factors of poverty will help policy maker to ensurethat the poor get benefit from the economic policy. In general, this study aim toanalyze the changes of determinant factors of poverty before and after theimplementation of fiscal decentralization. Using the model, this study found that incommunity factor there are some variables have change from 1999 to 2002. One ofthese variables is road infrastructure. In 2002 (after fiscal decentralization period),the quality of road was worse than before so the impact is the poverty was increase.This study shows that if both central and local government concern with povertyreduction then they have to notice some sectors such as agriculture, education, familyhealth, and infrastructure. These variables are the determinant factors of poverty.

Abstract

The title of article is The Law and Justice with the Life of Human in Islamic Perspective with the aim is to give the description about the rule of law in regualating the human life, so that created the properity,safety, peacefulness in social life. The analysis which is used in this article is descriptive analysis that conducted by library studi, it means that the author use the main data is secondary data that obtained from the relevant references,then it is analyzed an described. According to the result of analysis indicate that, the performance of human life is needed the existence of norms of law to regulate the human life in the social function in order to be created the safety and peacefulnees in society. For attaining that condition is needed the fairness,than the fairness can be obtained if there is equality,between rights and obligation on each person and the full responsibility.
