Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze what form of hate speech is aimed at Jokowi during Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia by using speech act theory. The researcher uses Twitter developer account and Python for collecting data in this study. Through the analyzed data, it’s shown that 5% of the tweets containing “jokowi” is hate speech. The analysis is aimed to get what form of hate speech in the tweets such as: insult, defamation , blasphemy, unpleasant acts, provocation, and hoax. At the end of the study, the researcher finds that the most hate speech aimed at Jokowi is unpleasant acts.

Abstract

Every business actor has problems with different levels of difficulty because the human resources in them come from different educational backgrounds and experiences. Problems with business management and non-standard preparation of financial reports are things that must be addressed in order to make a business more organized. This is felt by several business actors in Kaduara Barat village, Pamekasan Regency, where the majority of them run their businesses without paying attention to organized business management and proper financial reports. The results of this service are as follows: 1. The layout of the products sold in stores is more organized so that consumers feel comfortable shopping; 2. The division of tasks must be clear so that there are no overlapping jobs / positions with multiple positions; 3. In terms of service and marketing, business actors realize the need for a "touch of smile" to consumers who want to shop so that this becomes a distinct comfort for these consumers; and 4. The knowledge and ability of business actors in preparing financial reports increases so that this can be done for effective and efficient financial management in order to maximize profits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Bagian Distribusi pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Sanggau. Penelitian dilakukan pada seluruh Karyawan Bagian Distribusi PT. PLN (Persero) Area Sanggau yang berjumlah 50 orang karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square dengan dua kategori. Berdasarkan hasil analisa Chi-Square, maka dapat diketahui bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai hitung Chi-Square sebesar 8,916 yang lebih besar dari nilai tabel Chi-Square sebesar 3,841 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,003 yang lebih kecil dari nilai alpha sebesar 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dengan demikian hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Jumlah Pelatihan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Bagian Distribusi pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Sanggau. Kata Kunci :  Pelatihan dan Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu faktor penyebab kecelakaan yang signifikan adalah tidak sesuainya kecepatan kendaraan dengan kondisi jalan, lingkungan dan kegiatan, dalam hal ini adalah kecepatan yang terlalu tinggi. Jalan tol/jalan bebas hambatan merupakan salah satu jalan yang berpotensi memiliki banyak pelanggaran dalam kecepatan kendaraan. Batasan kecepatan jalan tol telah di atur dalam PM Hub 111/2015 yaitu 40 km/jam untuk tol dalam kota dan 60 km/jam - 100 km/jam untuk tol luar kota. Untuk memastikan kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan dan menentukan tingkat pelanggaran kendaraan yang melintasi ruas jalan tol Cipularang maka penelitian menggunakan metode pengumpulan data primer/pengamatan secara langsung. Hasil analisis secara keseluruhan didapatkan bahwa rata-rata kecepatan kendaraan mobil penumpang sebesar 88 km/jam, truk 62 km/jam dan bus 72 km/jam dengan persentasi kecepatan rata-rata untuk mobil penumpang, truk dan bus berturut-turut sebesar 43%, 5% dan 22%. Hal ini menunjukan terdapat pelanggaran batas kecepatan maksimum untuk kendaraan mobil penumpang dengan prosentase yang tinggi (lebih dari 30%) atau kecepatan rata-rata lebih dari 80 km/jam.Kata kunci: kecelakaan, batas kecepatan, jalan tol ABSTRACTOne factors of a significant accident is not according to the speed of the vehicle with the environment, environment and activities, in this case the speed is too high. Toll road / freeway is one of the roads that has many roads in the vehicle. The toll road speed limit has been set in PM Hub 111/2015, which is 40 km/hour  for city tolls and 60 km/hour  100 km/hour for out-of-city toll roads. To determine the average speed of a vehicle and determine the level of the vehicle passing through the Cipularang toll road, the study uses the primary data / direct search method. The overall analysis results are obtained that the average speed of passenger car vehicles is 88 km/hour, trucks 62 km/hour and buses 72 km/hour with the percentage of average speed for passenger cars, trucks and buses being helped-along by 43%, 5% and 22%. This shows the maximum speed limit for passenger car vehicles with a higher percentage (more than 30%) or an average speed of more than 80 km/hour.Keywords: accidents, speed limits, toll roads

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the financial performance of the company which in this case is a cement industry company listed on the BEI using leverage analysis. The data collected is in the form of financial reports published from 2017 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data sources. The data analysis technique is in the form of a leverage ratio formula. The results show that the results of calculations and data analysis for the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER) fluctuate, while the Times Interest Earned Ratio (TIER) has increased every year. This company's financial performance for DAR and TIER is solvable (good) while for DER and LDER it is insolvable (bad) so it is the company's duty to improve performance in these indicators and maintain good performance going forward.

Abstract

Conditions during the pandemic made all companies experience unfavorable conditions in obtaining income and achieving profits so that it affected financial performance. PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. This study aims to measure the company's financial performance using vertical and horizontal analysis with financial reports published in the period 2018 to 2020 as the main data. The results show that the vertical analysis of financial performance is not optimal because the number of short-term debt and operating expenses increases so that it affects profit, horizontally shows a negative trend in the percentage of the company's operating profit, especially in 2019 to 2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouthdan digital marketing terhadap keputusan nasabah menggadaikan emas pada Gadai MAS Unit Lenteng baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian merupakan seluruh nasabah Gadai MAS Unit Lenteng sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 130 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling accidental dalam jangka waktu selama 1 (satu) bulan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji korelasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan gadai;(2) Digital marketing secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan gadai; (3) Word of mouth dan digital marketing secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan gadai; (4) Word of mouth adalah variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan gadai; (5) Nilai koefisien determinan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0.494 atau 49,4%

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian ini untuk menjadikan desa lebih produktif di tengah masa pandemi. Produktifitas pada sektor ekonomi menjadi fokus utama mengingat potensi desa yang begitu besar yakni berupa melimpahnya persediaan berbagai macam ikan segar. Tak hanya sektor ekonomi, program kerja yang dilaksanakan dalam KKN yang berlokasi di desa Bandaran Pamekasan ini juga memperhatikan sektor lainnya seperti lingkungan, kesehatan, pendidikan serta pertanian dan peternakan. Metode yang diterapkan menggunakan konsep zero waste, dimana potensi desa yang ada dioptimalisasikan secara maksimal. Didalam pelaksanaannya melalui beberapa program kerja yang terfokus pada sektor ekonomi yang disusun oleh peserta KKN dengan berbagai pendekatan. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diantaranya : 1. Terlaksananya FGD bagi masyarakat UMKM guna memahami konsep zero waste; 2. Terciptanya beberapa produk olahan inovasi dari potensi desa; dan 3. Terbentuknya branding bagi salah satu produk UMKM setempat
