Abstract: Learning media is tool or something that can facilitate the implementation of learning. Media is needed and becomes a stimulus for successful learning. Like a doctor without medical equipment in this pandemic period is none other than using android-based learning media. Because there is no face to face and as a form of effort to prevent the spread of covid. With this distance learning, PAI teachers think hard again in preparing lesson plans. What strategies and techniques to do during online learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, so that the data obtained will produce descriptive data that is natural, as for the data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation, for validity The data uses triangulation with source, technique and time. The results of the study show that the Darul Ulum Junior High the PAI teacherâ€™s effort in developing learning media were by compiling lesson plans, attending teacher training. Teacher innovation and creation as well as online class management by making games, online class rules and assignments from google. Keep in order to develop student literacy culture. The media used include. 1. WhatsApp 2. Zoom. As for the supporting factors: infrastructure, parental support, environment and teacher attention. Abstract: Islamic religious education is very important for students to establish good relationships with their creators and with other creatures along with growing spiritual attitudes. Islamic religious education aims to shape the religious character of each student in accordance with the goals of education in Indonesia. SMAN 1 Cerme is a public school whose students adhere to various religions so that religious character in the form of tolerance with other religions must be instilled in each student.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. For the validity of the data using tringulation technique.The results showed: PAI teachers play an active role in shaping the religious character of students. In forming a religious character in the form of tolerance to friends of different religions, PAI teachers always give advice to respect and respect each other even though they are of different religions. Supporting factors in shaping religious character are the school's vision and mission and adequate infrastructure, as well as a sense of humility 'of the students with the teachers or employees at the school. The inhibiting factor is the lack of parental participation in existing programs in schools.Keywords: Religious Character, Character Educaion, Islamic Education

Abstract: The research aims to explain the implementation of legal protection for health workers in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Health workers are people who are engaged in the health sector to provide assistance to people who need healing of physical conditions. Indonesia is being hit by the Covid-19 outbreak which has killed many health workers in their work. At the same time, health workers are intimidated by people who are worried about the spread of the virus to their homes, so that health workers become victims of bullying by the community. The research method used is normative juridical with analytical prescriptive research specifications and is carried out with an analytical approach, a law approach, a literature approach, a concept approach, equipped with primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials as data fulfillment in this study. This research concludes that the implementation of the protection of health workers in Indonesia is carried out through a policy of providing high incentive guarantees, privileges in health services, and special family insurance for health workers. Such a model for implementing the protection of health workers needs to be given, in order to guarantee legal protection and human rights in their duties to provide assistance to humanity and the safety of the nation in the context of treating and preventing the Covid-19 virus outbreak.Keywords: covid-19; worker; health.Abstrak:Riset bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum bagi tenaga Kesehatan di Indonesia selama pandemic covid-19. Tenaga kesehatan adalah orang yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan untuk memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan penyembuhan kondisi fisik. Indonesia sedang dilanda wabah Covid-19 yang telah menewaskan banyak tenaga kesehatan dalam pekerjaannya. Pada saat yang sama, petugas kesehatan diintimidasi oleh orang yang khawatir terhadap penyebaran virus ke tempat tinggalnya, sehingga petugas kesehatan menjadi korban bullying oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian preskriptif analitis dan dilakukan dengan pendekatan analitik, pendekatan undang-undang, pendekatan literatur, pendekatan konsep, dilengkapi dengan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier sebagai pemenuhan data dalam penelitian ini. Riset ini menyimpulkan, bahwa pelaksanaan perlindungan tenaga kesehatan di Indonesia dijalankan melalui sebuah kebijakan pemberian jaminan insentif yang tinggi, pengistimewaan dalam layanan kesehatan (dosis vaksis khusus), dan jaminan keluarga tenaga kesehatan yang istimewa (santuan kematian). Pelaksanaan perlindungan tenaga kesehatan semacam itu perlu diberikan, dalam rangka mendapatkan jaminan perlindungan hukum dan hak asasi manusia dalam tugasnya memberikan bantuan bagi kemanusiaan dan keselamatan bangsa dalam rangka pengobatan dan pencegahan wabah virus Covid-19.Kata kunci: covid-19; pekerja; Kesehatan.

Abstract: A great nation is discernible in the quality or character of the nation (man) itself. Character building is something of temporal and spiritual competence. One of the defining characteristics of future nations is youth. But looking closely at the issues this beloved nation faces on a daily basis, causes concern, where generations of intelligent people lack an awareness of the importance of moral values and civility and essential values in social life. it is very important to breed amaliyah which print muslims that continue to grow in this regard. Faith, obedience to Allah, and glory. Like amaliyah. Amaliyah was done by nahdlatul scholars' citizens who have become a culture in our daily lives. So, through the practice of teaching the book of al-mugtathofat in the ipnu-ippnu organization that became the place of character building on young people who conform to aswaja values. The problem discussed is: 1) how does the ipnu-ippnu pac organization play Sampeyan gresik in imposing aswaja values? 2) how the process of scripture study activities al-muqtathafat in organitation IPNU-IPPNU PAC Duduk Sampeyan Gresik. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and deduction, so that the data obtained will produce naturally descriptive data, as for the data-collecting techniques using observation, interview and documentation and for the validity of the data relating to source, technik and time. Research shows: 1) the implanting of aswaja values Shared by IPNU-IPPNU PAC Duduk Sampeyan gresik is done through activities carried out either religious or public. Using aswaja kmowing and aswaja feeling. 2) the process of scripture muqtathofat in PAC IPNU IPPNU Duduk Sampeyan uses the method of speech and also aims to instill aswaja values to apply to his environment.Keyword: Ahlussunah wal jamaâ€™ah, reciting the book (al-Muqtathafat), IPNU-IPPNU

This article explains about the imbalance in the religious understanding of Muslims today. This is due to the too narrow mind set of Muslims in interpreting the sources of Islamic teachings. Often Muslims are trapped textually in interpreting the al-Qurâ€™an. So that religious doctrine becomes stagnant. Most humans do not understand that they are given the potential for reason by God. The concept of Islamic Liberalism by Leonard Binder and Charles Kurzman present a perspective on interpreting Islam, where Islam should be interpreted contextually according to the era. Abstrak: This article will discuss the ulama' dichotomy according to al-Ghazali. This paper begins with a discussion of the biography of al-Ghazali. Then the author will try to analyze various matters concerning al-Ghazali in explaining the dichotomy and the criteria of the ulama', why and what factors are behind the thought of al-Ghazali? or other issues that are really needed to be discussed in the author's view. Based on the description and analysis of the dichotomy of ulama according to al-Ghazali, it can be concluded that, the initial statement is to discuss the role and characteristics of the dichotomy of ulama, namely ulama' dunya or ulama su' and ulama al-akhirat. Problems that arose related to the role of the ulama at that time, al-Ghazali gave a criticism, because at that time the main role of the ulama' had shifted a lot towards power by looking for worldly interests, thus forgetting the main role that should be a big responsibility that must have. Abstrak: Thinking about humans in Arabic termed by the words al-insan, al-nas and al-bashar is an arduous endeavor because humans are creatures created by Allah swt. Although there are already various sciences that study and research about humans such as Biology, Embryology, Psychology, Anthropology, but no one has been able to unravel the mysteries of humans. al-insan can be interpreted as a creature who has the ability to reason, a knowledgeable creature and a civilized being. Although in other aspects it also contains elements of negative meaning. The term al-nas means that humans are created as social beings, starting from a male and female pair, then developing into tribes and nations, to get to know each other. As social beings, humans naturally like to live in groups, from the smallest unit (family) to the largest and most complex, namely the nation and mankind. The word al-Bashar shows the general similarities that are the main characteristics of humans, by describing humans as biological beings who have biological characteristics such as eating, drinking, sexual relations, etc. The naming of this word shows the meaning that biologically dominant humans are in their skin. This aspect shows the general biological differences between humans and animals, which are more dominated by fur or hair.Keyword: humans, al-insan, al-nas, al-bashar
