Abstract

The operation of a good system in a company is inseparable from the support of business partners, but it is impossible to obtain if the partner or supplier of goods does not work as the target of the company itself. Given these problems, it is deemed necessary to create a DSS system that can assist directors in determining suitable suppliers to work together. In making this SPK, the SAW method starts from the selection of types of goods, selects criteria and sub-criteria, and determines the weights of each criterion.This study produced an SPK, with six main criteria and their respective weights, based on the criteria entered and processed in accordance with the rules of the SAW method, CV. Eka Makmur was chosen as the most suitable recommendation to become a supplier for all in one PC items. At the testing stage, three methods have been carried out namely black box, output testing, and user acceptance test.

Abstract

A drug prescription is a written request from a doctor to a pharmacist that must be kept secret because it contains certain doses of drugs and types of drugs that cannot be known by just anyone, especially those who are not interested. From time to time technological advances have a rapid impact on all sectors, both private and government agencies, including the health sector. One form of service in the health sector that can utilize information technology is the manufacture of electronic drug prescriptions that can be sent via an application from a doctor to a pharmacist. The frequent misuse of prescription drugs by unauthorized persons, as well as errors by officers at the pharmacy in reading prescriptions can be fatal for the community, so a solution is needed to overcome this problem. This application is designed using the Hill Cipher Algorithm which is one of the classic types of algorithms in the field of cryptography, but to get the maximum level of security, the algorithm key will be modified using a postal code pattern as a matrix key. Broadly speaking, the Encryption Stage is the first starting from the plaintext which is the type of drug and drug dose, the second key matrix using a POS code pattern, the three plaintexts are converted into blocks, the fourth is arranged into a 2x2 matrix, the fifth is multiplied between the key and the sixth plaintext is multiplied into mod 26 to generate an encrypted ciphertext or recipe. The success rate of system functionality testing using the blackbox method is 100%

Abstract

Abstract - Conventional filing of SPMI documents is a problem experienced by STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura, archiving in this way can result in documents being lost or scattered, in addition to causing difficulties in finding documents during internal and external audits. This study aims to assist institutions in improving their filing systems, so that SPMI data or documents can be stored properly and easily obtained when needed. In designing the information system SPMI STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura, using the waterfall method and data modeling using data flow diagrams, while in system testing using the blackbox method and user acceptance test. This research produces an SPMI information system that can be used to archive all types of documents owned by the internal quality assurance agency Based on table 2, as many as 86% of the answers of respondents who answered were very correct (SB), as many as 12% of respondents who answered correctly (B) and 2% answered doubtful or neutral.

Abstract

Diseases in plants are very disturbing and hinder to obtain maximum yields, corn plants are plants that are very easy to attack by diseases or pests, so expertise is needed in dealing with corn plant diseases. Problems arise when farmers do not have the ability and expertise to detect early corn plant diseases as experienced by farmers in the mura tami district. This study aims to design an expert system application as a form of solution for farmers so that they can detect plant diseases as early as possible. The expert system was developed using the forward chaining method which is a forward trace method. System development using the PHP programming language and mysql database. The results of this study conclude that the forward chaining method is suitable to be implemented in an expert system. The test results using the black box method stated that 100% of the system's functionality could work well, while testing using the user acceptance test (UAT) method stated that 84% of respondents strongly agreed that the application was implemented.

Abstract

Abstract - The era of industrial revolution 4.0, the progress of companies to achieve their vision and mission goals, is largely determined by the role of information technology, especially banking companies such as BPR PMM, the problem is that BPR PPM has not fully realized the importance of managing a business change, in order to maintain the company's existence. To determine the maturity level of the application of information technology in a company, it is necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation. In this study, there are seventeen processes in Cobit 4.1 that are solved on an internal balanced scorecard perspective. Cobit is a framework that is very well used in measuring the effectiveness of the application of information technology, while the balanced scorecard (BSC) is a framework that is very suitable to be applied to measure or assess the performance of a company. The combination of the two frameworks can provide a clear picture of internal perspectives that can be used by company leaders in improving information technology governance. This study resulted in a conclusion that the company maturity level in terms of business change management based on Cobit 4.1 and the internal balanced scorecard perspective has an average value of 2.90 at level 3 with defined categories.

Abstract

Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Jayapura Merujuk pada Surat Keputusan (SK) Menteri Keuangan Nomor 7/KMK.01/2016, tentang penghargaan bagi PNS Di Lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan [1], setiap tahunnya saat Hari Oeang akan melakukan pemilihan pegawai teladan. Dengan tujuan untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada pegawai dilingkungan kementrian keuangan, sehingga pegawai menjadi bersemangat dalam mengerjakan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Akan tetapi dalam proses pemilihan kandidatnya kurang maksimanl karena cara pemilihan yang tidak sesuai dengan SK Menteri Keuangan. Sehingga perlu adanya sistem pengambilan keputusan penentuan kandidat pegawai teladan yang dapat berguna bagi kepala seksi dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan pegawainya yang berkelayakan menjadi kandidat pegawai teladan . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dengan menerapkan beberapa kriteria yaitu  Kedisiplinan, Kehadiran, dan Target Kinerja atau Nilai Kinerja Pegawai (NKP). Hasil penelitian yang telah diujikan dimana nilai bobot kriteria yaitu NKP 1.61, Kedisiplinan  1.02, dan Kehadiran  0.42. Setelah mendapati bobot kriteria, maka kepala seksi dapat memberikan nilai untuk mengetahui nilai bobot pegawainya. Dari total perhitungan nilai didapati nilai tertinggi yaitu Arief dengan bobot prioritas 0.25. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis Web, dengan bahasa pemograman php dan My-SQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa presentase nilai tiap pegawai dari tertinggi hingga terendah serta mampu mencetak laporan penilaian pegawai.Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Referring to the Decree (SK) of the Minister of Finance Number 7/KMK.01/2016, regarding awards for civil servants in the Ministry of Finance [1], every year on Oeang Day will conduct selection of exemplary employees. With the aim of giving awards to employees within the ministry of finance, so that employees become enthusiastic in doing their jobs well. However, in the process of selecting candidates, the selection process is not optimal because the method of selection is not in accordance with the Minister of Finance Decree. So it is necessary to have a decision making system to determine exemplary employee candidates that can be useful for the section head in making decisions to determine which employees are eligible to become exemplary employee candidates. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method by applying several criteria, namely Discipline, Attendance, and Performance Targets or Employee Performance Values (NKP). The results of the research that have been tested where the weighted criteria are NKP 1.61, Discipline 1.02, and Attendance 0.42. After finding the weight of the criteria, the section head can give a value to find out the weight value of his employees. From the total value calculation, it was found that the highest value was Arief with a priority weight of 0.25. This system is built on a Web-based basis, using the PHP and My-SQL programming languages. The results of this study are in the form of a percentage of the value of each employee from the highest to the lowest and are able to print an employee appraisal report.

Abstract

Corn is a type of plant that has many benefits, corn plants can be found in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. This plant also spreads throughout Indonesia and in several areas becomes a staple. The Keerom district area of Papua province is very easy to find corn plants. With the high demand for corn, many farmers plant corn. However, it is not uncommon for farmers to experience crop failure because they are influenced by many factors, such as the type of seeds planted that are not good seeds. This study aims to design a decision support system using the SAW method. This research resulted in an application that is able to provide recommendations for types of seeds to farmers in rankings. The SAW method was chosen because it has characteristics that are in line with the recommendation technique which makes it easier for farmers to determine the choice of seeds. The test results using the blackbox method obtained a suitability value of 100% of all forms tested

Untuk itu, dalam penentuan penerima BLT pada kelurahan Bhayangkara membutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi pada masalah terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur. Maka dari itu, untuk dalam menentukan sebuah keputusan maka membutuhkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang dikenal dengan penjumlahan terbobot. Metode ini dipilih dikarenakan mampu mencari setiap nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut sehingga dapat memberikan alternative terbaik yang dimaksud dalam penentuan penerima BLT. Dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting sangat diharapkan agar dalam melakukan penilaian bisa lebih akurat, dan dalam penentuan penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dapat tepat pada sasaran.
