Abstract

abstrakHasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, iklim kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja kepala madrasah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah(MI) se Kota Bekasi dengan responden 45 kepala madrasah. Sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: a) Efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap Iklim kerja, b) Efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi berprestasi, c) Iklimkerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi berprestasi, d) Efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja kepala madrasah, e) Iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja kepala madrasah, dan f) motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja kepala madrasahKeywords: Efikasi Diri, Iklim kerja, Motivasi Berprestasi, dan Kinerja Kepala Madrasahabstract This study aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy, work environment, and achievement motivation toward performance of head of madrasah. The research was conducted in the Islamic Elementary School (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) in Bekasi with 45respondents (headmaster of madrasah). Abstract

This study aims at evaluating the management of Madrasah Unggulan regarding the input, process, andproduct in MIN Serawi, Kalimantan Selatan by employing qualitative design. The results show that: (a) MINSerawi excels in the extra curricular activities, such as: science competition, Rudat arts, and tahlil, (b) departmentof religion in central, city, and regency levels need to conduct coaching, quality assurance and supervision on themanagement of MIN Serawi which is conducted consistently and sustainably, (c) community involvement needs tobe improved in order to attract more sources of funds.KEY WORDS: Evaluation, Management, Madrasah, Unggulan

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to evaluating the implementation of Islamic religious education (PAI) in Public Higher Education. This research conducted at the Hasanuddin University, Makassar, South Sulawesi, by employing qualitative method. Data was collected by interviews and document analysis. The results of this study show that: (a) Universities need to develop a curriculum of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) that are tailored to local needs and conditions of the society, (b) PAI lecturer competence require for improvement through workshop and training programs, (c) the students continue to consider that PAI subject is unattractive, (d) mentoring activities which related to Islamic studies have shown a positive impact in ‘enriching and coloring’ Islamic life on campus, and (e) there is a significant needs for upgrading the multimedia devices for PAI teaching and learning process. Keywords: Evaluation of education, Islamic religious education, religious education at university level, Makassar. >Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengevaluasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan Agama di Perguruan Tinggi Umum. Penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Hasanuddin Makassar dengan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (a) Perguruan Tinggi perlu mengembangkan kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi lokal masyarakat, (b) kompetensi dosen PAI belum maksimal, perlu peningkatan kualitas melalui penyelenggraan Diklat Dosen PAI, (c) mahasiswa masih menganggap perkulihan PAI tidak menarik, (d) kegiatan mentoring memiliki dampak positif dalam mewarnai kehidupan keislaman di kampus, dan (e) sarana multimedia untuk pembelaajran PAI perlu ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi pendidikan, Pendidikan Agama Islam, pendidikan agama di Perguruan Tinggi, Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influences of spiritual intelligence, leadership style, and achievement motivation of headmasters in the decision-making ability. This research was carried out in Islamic Junior Secondary Schools (MTs) at the cities of Bekasi. Random sampling technique was used to select 30 headmasters as respondents. The results revealed that: a) there is a direct effect of spiritual intelligence to leadership style, b) there is a direct effect of spiritual intelligence to achievement motivation, c) there is a direct influence of leadership style to achievement motivation, d) there is a direct effect of spiritual intelligence to headmasters’ decision- making abilities, e) there is a direct influence on the leadership style to headmasters’decision-making abilities, and f) there is a direct influence on achievement motivation to headmasters’ decision-making abilities. Abstract

This study aims to know the relationship of the compensation of profession allowance, working diciplines, toward the performance of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School/MTs) teachers. This study is done at MTs Negeri (State Islamic Junior High School) in Bekasi City with the respondent of 20 madrasah teachers (which  in  the  status  of  Pegawai  Negeri  Sipil  (Civil  State  Officer/PNS)).  This  research  uses  random  sampling technique. The result of this research shows: 1) the existence of positive relationship between the compensation of profession allowance and the teacher performance, 2) the existence of positive relationship between the working dicipline and the madrasah teacher performance, 3) the existence of positive relationship between the compensation of profession allowance and the working diciplines together with the performance of madrasah teachers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompensasi tunjangan profesi, disiplin kerja, terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada MTs Negeri di Kota Bekasi dengan responden 20 guru madrasah (status pegawai negeri sipil atau PNS). Sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) terdapat hubungan positip antara kompensasi tunjangan profesi dengan kinerja guru, 2) terdapat hubungan positip antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru madrasah, 3) terdapat hubungan positip antara kompensasi tunjangan profesi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru madrasah.
