Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 brings opportunities and challenges for zakat management institutions. YouTuber and Googlepreneur are part of the effects of changing times, which has the potential to generate revenue. The purpose of this study is to discuss Islamic jurisprudential law regarding zakat Youtuber and googlepreneur, as well as how to calculate nishab. The study shows that YouTubers and Googlepreneur are required to pay zakat because it belongs to the profession affected by zakat. The method of calculating zakat is based on three approaches, namely (a) referring to zakat of gold, silver, and trade, provided that the calculation of 85 grams of gold (20 dinars) or 595 grams of silver (200 dirhams) with a tithe content of 2.5% and time to spending once a year, (b) expressed by agricultural alms, with the provisions of aishq five ausaq (harvest 653 kg), the level is 5% and issued every income or salary, (c) qyas shahbah or analogous to two things at once, with the provisions of nishab five ausaq (653 kg of harvest) and released when receiving 2.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang definisi Islamic social reporting index, kerangka Syariah ISR, tema pengungkapan ISR, dan implementasi ISR index sebagai akuntabilitas aktivitas sosial bank Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan analisis isi (content analysis) sebagai alat analisis data. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, Pertama tema pendanaan dan investasi terdapat 6 BUS yang kurang informatif, kedua pada tema produk dan jasa yang kurang informatif adalah BRI Sy, ketiga pada tema karyawan terdapat 5 BUS yang kurang informatif, keempat pada tema Masyarakat terdapat 6 BUS yang kurang informatif, , kelima pada tema lingkungan terdapat 9 BUS yang kurang informatif. Walaupun sebenarnya skor indeks ISR yang rendah (kurang informatif) tidak dapat diartikan bahwa perusahaan tersebut tidak melakukan pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial secara syariah dengan baik karena terdapat dua kemungkinan, yaitu perusahaan tersebut melakukan tanggung jawab sosial secara syariah akan tetapi tidak diungkapkan dalam laporan-laporannya atau perusahaan tersebut memang tidak melakukan tanggung jawab sosial secara Syariah

Abstract

This study aims to determine and calculate the score of bankruptcy using Altman model, Springateand Zmijewski. In addition, this study also aims to analyze whether there are significant differencesof these models, as well as test the effect on stock prices in the property industry companies thatgo public on the stock exchange Indonesia. Variables used in this research is the Altman Z-Score,Springate methods, methods Zmijewski, bankruptcy prediction scores and stock prices. The samplesused were 34 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2014 period.Sampling with purposive sampling technique. In this study, researchers used a method of analysisAltman Z-score, Springate and Zmijewski to test potential bankruptcy. Furthermore, using a differenttest engineering analysis Kruskal Wallis test and test the effect of using multiple regression with thehelp of Microsoft Excel program and the social science statistical package (SPSS) 20.0 VERSION.The results showed using Altman model there are 15 industrial firms potentially bankrupt property,Springate models there are 19 companies that could potentially bankrupt, while the model Zmijewskino company that could potentially bankrupt. In addition the results showed a significant differencebetween the analysis using a model Altman, Zmijewski Springate and in assessing the company’sbankruptcy in the property industry. Then the next research results showed that no significantrelationship between scores for bankruptcy against the company’s share price on the propertyindustry.Keywords: Altman Z-score, Springate and Zmijewski, bankruptcy and stock prices.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia has a growing number of customers every year. The increase in customers is not matched by the quality of service in the form of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is still an obstacle to maximizing Islamic banks' profits. This study aims to examine the effect of marketing mix and digital banking on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Pekalongan Pemuda Branch during the pandemic. The sample used was 99 respondents from a population of 17,261. The sample uses an accidental sampling technique. The method uses a questionnaire. Instrument testing, classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing were used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis conducted on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Pekalongan Pemuda Branch during the pandemic, namely how digital banking variables affect customer satisfaction, However, the marketing mix has no effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine and calculate the score of financial distress by using the financial ratios Altman Z-Score model. In addition, this research also aims to determine the liquidity ratio, profitability, leverage, market testing, and activity will significantly contribute to the discriminant equation. Data were collected from Shariah hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the stock index Indonesian sharia before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Research result shows that using the Altman model, two companies in 2019 and 4 companies in 2020 have the potential to experience financial distress. Besides the results, research shows a significant influence between the liquidity ratio, profitability, and leverage on the Altman Z-Score discriminant equation. Then the results of subsequent research show a significant difference between the Altman Z-Score model in predicting financial distress in sub-company the hotel, restaurant, and sharia tourism sector listed on the Indonesian sharia stock index before the pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the calculation of the Springate model in the property industry and predict which companies are in the category of potential bankruptcy. the variables used in this study are the Springate S-Score method, financial ratios and bankruptcy score results. The samples used were 6 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the Springate S-Score analysis method which is practiced with liquidity, leverage, profitability and activity ratios. The results showed that the Springate model can be used as a predictor of corporate bankruptcy, the next result shows that bankruptcy analysis using the Springate method in the property industry shows the results that there are three companies that are declared healthy, namely PT Ciputra Surya in 2019, PT Indonesia Prima Property and PT Duta Pertiwi in 2021 with sequential S-Score values of 1.313, 0.935 and 0.867, the rest are declared as companies that have the potential for bankruptcy. The third result shows that the Working capital to total assets ratio, Net profit before interest and taxes to total assets, Net profit before interest and taxes to current liability and Sales to total assets ratio play a significant role in determining the results of the bankruptcy score in the property industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the calculation of the Zmijewski model in the property industry and predict which companies are in the category of potentially experiencing financial difficulties. The variables used in this study are the Zmijewski X-Score method, financial ratios and bankruptcy score results. The samples used are 6 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the Zmijewski X-Score analysis method which is proxied by the ratio of liquidity, leverage, profitability. The results showed that the Zmijewski model can be used to assess the level of company health, the next result shows that bankruptcy analysis using the Zmijewski method in the property industry shows results, all property companies are declared as healthy companies and free from financial difficulties. The third result shows that the ratio of return on assets, debt ratio and current ratio plays a major role in determining the results of bankruptcy scores in the property industry. Abstract

Indonesian Sharia Bank has a growing number of customers every year. The increase in customers is not matched by the quality of service in the form of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is still an obstacle to maximizing Islamic banks' profits. This study aims to examine the influence of marketing mix, self-service technology, and digital banking on customer satisfaction at Indonesian Sharia Bank of Pekalongan Pemuda Branch. The sample was 100 respondents from a population of 48,200. The sample used simple random sampling. The method used a questionnaire. Instrument testing, classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing were used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis conducted on customer satisfaction at Indonesian Sharia Bank of Pekalongan Pemuda Branch, include the self-service technology effect where tcount<ttable is 0.00<0.05, so H0 and Ha are accepted. Moreover, digital banking variables, have an effect where tcount<ttable is 0.00<0.05, then H0 and Ha are accepted on customer satisfaction. However, the marketing mix has no effect where tcount>ttable is 0.128>0.05, so H0 and Ha are rejected on customer satisfaction. The results show the 3 variables dependent with a significant value of 0.000<0.50 on Customer Satisfaction.
