Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang koleksi karya mahasiswa arsitektur berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kualitatif. Penulis mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dengan mengamati pameran konvensional di Universitas. Selain itu, setelah mengamati pameran konvensional, kami merancang kebutuhan pengguna dan desain situs web. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pameran karya mahasiswa arsitektur berbasis web membantu mahasiswa arsitektur. Hal ini dikarenakan pameran tersebut dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk mempresentasikan dan memamerkan hasil karyanya. Akan tetapi, beberapa pameran konvensional membutuhkan biaya untuk ikut serta. Maka melalui pameran online dapat menjangkau target audiens yang lebih luas dan memiliki target pasar yang spesifik. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja karya mahasiswa arsitektur berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi atas permasalahan mahasiswa arsitektur. Lebih lanjut, pameran berbasis web ini dapat menjadi media untuk menjadi pameran yang informatif, mudah diakses, cepat, dan aman.

Abstract

The author conducted this research with the aim to find out how the analysis of talent management and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. The research method uses are descriptive and verification methods. Data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents, who are the employees at the company, using random sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS v.23 for windows program. The results of the analysis are used to test the validity, reliability, determination, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. The results of data analysis from this study indicate that simultaneously, talent management and teamwork have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Partial talent management and teamwork also significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how digital marketing strategies can affect the increase in sales and number of customers. The method used to support this research is descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through literature study in order to describe the elements that exist in a digital marketing strategy in depth. The results of this study show that the development of information technology is necessary for the community to support a variety of business activities both large and small. one of them is using digital marketing in the marketing system of a business unit to increase sales volume and the number of consumers that affect competitiveness in global competition. It is because technology will facilitate human work in meeting their needs related to the development of business units.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Job Satisfaction in Plan A in one of the automotive parts and accessories manufacturing companies in Cimahi City, either partially or simultaneously. Considering that in the activities of industrial companies in this study, employees are required to achieve production targets with a predetermined processing time as an effort to meet company targets in order to achieve company goals. So, it is very necessary to have employee commitment in this research company. Descriptive verification is the method that researchers use. Primary data in this study were obtaind from the results of statements (questionnaires) which were distributed directly to 174 respondents, while secondary data were obtained from employee data in this study. SPSS v.25 software is used in this study to analyze multiple linear regression and to test hypotheses. The results obtained are that there is a partially significant effect of employee empowerment on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.523; Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on partial organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.627; Then on employee job satisfaction as the third independent variable found the results that have a partially significant effect on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.063; Employee Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, and employee job satisfaction can simultaneously affect organizational commitment. In addition, there are results obtained that this research is in the category of a fairly strong relationship with a positive correlation, so it can be concludeid that if the independent variables of employe empowerment, emotional intelligence, and employee job satisfaction are high, the organizational commitment is also higher.

Abstract

Saat ini di Indonesia era industri 4.0 menjadi era perubahan diberbagai sistem yang dilakukan secara online. Terutama pada bidang ekonomi, dan teknologi. Hal ini ditandai dengan munculnya berbagai macam sistem pembayaran yang instant dan mudah seperti melalui ATM, Mobile banking, e-money dan masih banyak lagi. Di sebuah koperasi saat ini juga menerapkan sistem online seperti untuk melakukan pembayaran transaksi. Tujuan metode penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi koperasi di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era industri 4.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data tersebut di lakukan dengan cara studi literatur yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang berhubungan dengan topik penelitian. Studi literatur bisa diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan koperasi dalam menghadapi era digital adalah dengan 1) Peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang harus dapat menguasai teknologi digital dan teknologi informasi melalui pelatihan atau bimbingan; 2) Pentingnya meningkatkan modal koperasi untuk terus berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat; 3) Melakukan pembenahan keterampilan manajerial untuk dapat mengelola koperasi dengan baik; 4) Melakukan perubahan strategi pemasaran dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam perkembangannya di era globalisasi koperasi semakin memiliki banyak tantangan. Hal tesebut terjadi karena perubahan gaya hidup generasi milenial yang begitu cepat dan tidak menentu (disruptif), akibat perkembangan teknologi informasi, robotic, artifical intelligence, transportasi, dan komunikasi yang sangat pesat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research). Data yang ada dan yang dianalisis ialah data sekunder yang berasal dari berbagai sumber seperti buku maupun artikel jurnal. Dan selama ini, menurut status koperasi dalam sistem perekonomian Indonesia, koperasi mendapat dukungan pemerintah. Hasil kajian menggambarkan bahwa Adanya perkembangan teknologi, informasi, komunikasi dan perubahan gaya serta pola pikir masyarakat seharusnya tidak menjadi sebuah ancaman bagi koperasi, justru koperasi harus menangkap dampak positif dari perkembangan tersebut sehingga dampak positif yang menjadi peluang koperasi untuk meningkatkan perannya dalam pembangunan ekonomi bangsa dalam revolusi industri 4.0 di era globalisasi.

Abstract

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is dubbed the era of digitalization. All data will be interconnected by technology. This causes the age range of human resources to affect the effectiveness of cooperative work. Millennials have an innovative and creative mindset. Utilization of modern information technology must be supported by competent human resources. Competent human resources will create a good cooperative. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative resource age in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and to determine the quality of cooperative human resources needed in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research formulates the problem of why the age of cooperative resources has an effect on the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the quality of cooperative human resources needed in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Data collection techniques were obtained from electronic literature, books, journals, articles, and other sources. The results of the study show that the age of human resources has an influence on cooperatives in the industrial era 4.0 because the skills needed in this era are owned by the millennial generation. Abstract

This study aims to increase consumer satisfaction in shopping activities by utilizing technological advancements as a market interface design. The research method used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study found out how big the impact of the interface design where the market in Indonesia can attract consumers. The market is currently growing very rapidly. Market growth is increasing throughout the world including Indonesia. Market interface design is the spearhead of competition between one market and another. The more attractive market interface design is expected to increase consumer satisfaction in shopping activities.This study aims to increase consumer satisfaction in shopping activities by utilizing technological advancements as a market interface design. Abstract

Public health development is carried out to achieve optimal health in the community, therefore the Indonesian government makes various efforts to the health service providers in the community. A health clinic is one of the institutions that provide health services to the community, the bigger the clinic, the more complex the institutional activities that are carried out, so they need to create strategies to improve the quality of services in order to improve the image of the clinic in the community. This research was conducted through the stages of observation and interviews which were then compiled using a SWOT analysis. The results found that health clinics are advised to carry out horizontal integration, namely to collaborate with institutions or professionals related to the field of health services.

Abstract

This study aims to excavate and describe the impact of workload, burnout, and job stress on employee performance in state-owned banking companies in the city of Bandung. This research was descriptive and verification methods in nature. The sample used was 60 employees from a total of 150 populations using the Multiple Linear Regression method as an analysis tool. The findings of this study show that all independent variables, namely workload, work weakness, and work stress are described as being in fairly good condition. This shows that the workload, work fatigue, and work stress in the state-owned banking company in Bandung are not in alarming condition. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is employee performance in good condition, which means that even though employees feel workload, work fatigue, and work stress, they are still able to remain productive. In addition, the results of the hypothesis test found that there was a negative and significant influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study are expected to have an impact on controlling workload, work stress, and especially work fatigue, so as to optimize the performance of employees of state-owned banking companies in the city of Bandung.
