Abstract

Jaringan pipa parallel bagian dari perancangan teknik mesin, merupakan jenis hantaran yang kedua dari suatu sistem jaringan pipa utama. Sistim pemipaan ini adalah penyalur air dari pipa induk utama ke tiap-tiap blok pipa pelayananyang mana jaringan tersebut dirangkai untuk penyiapan kebutuhan sejumlah debit air pada suhu dibawah 30OC atau suhu lingkungan.Konsep dalam kajian ini dirancang sebuah alat instalasi susunan pemipaan parallel dalam bentuk simulator fenomena mekanika fluida dalam saluran tertutup yang dianalogikan dari jalur pipa lurus disertai beberapa belokan elbow 90O,  dengan tambahan pengaruh variabel perbedaan diameter pipa dari 1’.3/4 dan ½ inc, sebagai sumber air dibangun 2 bak penampung air dengan kapasitas dipilih 750 dan 250 liter. Sebagai alat sirkulasi dipilih pompa sentrifugal berkapasitas 340 liter per menit dan penempatan alat – alat ukur flow meter terkalibrasi pada masing – masing pipa keluar dan pipa.masuk debit aliran air.Analisis kajianberasumsi pada persamaan kontinyuitas aliran air,data diambil dari hasil kalkulasi manual dan pengujian pembacaan debit aliran di titik pipa air masuk dan titik pipa aliran keluar,untuk setiap meter kubik per detik dan pada sisi pipa parallel masing - masing, dalam sistim pemipaan.kalkulasidicari dengan pendekatan persamaan kontinyuitas aliran yang berlaku untuk aliran pipa dengan penampang lintang sembarang baik aliran laminer, ataupun turbulendengan asumsi tersebut dapat diharapkan tampak karateristik debit air dari tiap – tiap pipa dari korelasi antara rumusan teoristis terhadap pengukuran debit praktis adalah seragam. Kata kunci :variabel diameter pipa, pengukuran debit,korelasi kalkulasi teoristis

Abstract

Beberapa sukucadang sepeda motor terutama motor tahun produksi lampau sudah sulit dijumpai dan tidak diproduksi kembali oleh pabrikan resminya, keadaan inilah muncul penuh gagasan dari bengkel kastum otomotif modifikasi berusaha untuk produksi ulang sukucandang yang diminati oleh komunitas sepeda motor, karena hal tersebut pengadaan kebutuhan bahan bakalan baja semakin penting, standar baja mesin dan konstruksi mesin di Indonesia tercatatat masih langka, oleh karena hal tersebut maka perlu diminati penelitian dari jenis baja sukucadang asli pabrikan motor tertentu yang beredar secara nasional terhadap pembanding bahan baja SNI 07.2025-2002, sebagai alternatif dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan bahan bakalan baja sebagai alternatif bahan baja bakalan penganti terdekat, tersedia lokal. Indentifikasi masalah berbasis pada mencari hubungan pengukuran karakterisasi atau perilaku dan kuantitatif artefak struktur mikro dari uji metallografi dengan spesimen bahan baja sukucadang asli kendaraan roda dua dipilih dalam beban kerja moderat dengan pembanding dari jenis bahan baja SNI 07.2025-2002. Analisis dipilih dan dipersiapkann dari bahan baja sukucadang asli bawaan kendaraan roda dua yang beredar nasional, yang mana sukucadang tertentu dipilih dari kendaraan sepeda motor seperti : pemindah gigi / shifting gear, pedal stater / kick stater, lengan rem tromol / brake arm dan baja SNI 07.2025-2002 sebagai dua spesimen bahan baja yang akan diteliti. Pengujian spesimen dari sukucadang yang dimaksud diambil dan dipotong dalam persiapan uji metallografi, pengukuran karakterisasi dan kuantitatif fase karbon dan ferrit dari foto struktur mikro kedua kelompok bahan baja tersebut.

Abstract

The gas power cycle of a four-stroke combustion engine is obtained from a mixture of diesel injection+compressed hot air as the working fluid, which in this case is taken from a versatile type of diesel engine from all kinds of fishing communities on the north coast of Java Island, it can be said that in general the use of multipurpose diesel engines used as a propulsion engine for fishing boats. A common sight for Pantura fishermen is hot smoke exhaust from the exhaust of a multipurpose diesel motor driving a wooden fishing boat released into the air. Eventually, it becomes a source of air pollution around the ship, especially nitrogen oxides, which are toxic to human respiration; hot smoke waste resulting from the combustion process released through the piston engine exhaust system still contains valuable energy potential in the form of hot gas released by the exhaust which if attempted to heat the hot gas energy before being discharged into the ambient air, the heat energy can be recovered by installing additional heat exchangers as a benefit of heat sources for heat exchange heaters or heaters the result is cold drinking water turns into hot drinking water. Heat balance is the calculation of the heat released in the combustion of fuel+air in the combustion chamber and its utilization in the transfer of cold fluids to hot fluids, which is the heat energy content of explosion in compression combustion engines based on fossil fuels. All heat products of combustion cannot be converted 100% into practical motor work or power; energy transfer is lost from the combustion motor, such as 25%, to cooling water 32%, in the exhaust gas 34%, pumping losses, 3%, losses -friction loss between parts due to lousy machining inaccuracy 6% and radiation to the air environment. A drinking water heater with hot smoke recovery from a versatile diesel motor exhaust driving a wooden fishing boat works by recovering or recovering heat energy from the exhaust gas in the exhaust directly from the combustion process cycle in a piston-type combustion engine. The hot flue gas flow is forced into direct contact with the wall of the heat exchanger tube before exiting the exhaust. As long as the piston combustion motor is running, the hot stream from the exhaust gas flows into the shell & tube heat exchanger shell. This experiment aims to get clean hot water 70OC with a linked cold water mass = 0.0064 kg/s at 28OC. Another effect of this experiment is to control exhaust emissions into the atmosphere from internal combustion engines.

Abstract

The role of wood as a choice of roof frames for houses is increasingly being abandoned due to high costs, wood materials are easily exposed to flying termites so that they corrode. aluminum, and zinc. So, it is more resistant to corrosion and made according to ISO standards, mild steel sheet material / metal sheet for roof truss construction is formed by profiles where the process of forming these profiles is by cold rolling, known commonly as a metal forming process or cold metal forming with external force emphasis. on the plastic condition of the steel sheet, due to the high market demand which is promising now efforts to build a light steel profile factory are springing up rapidly. The prospect of the metal forming process industry still has a good chance, therefore the initiative was taken to design a metal roll forming machine with a straight triangular groove profile with galvalume steel sheet material with a thickness of 0.3 mm and used for practical purposes in the production process. The metal forming process is a work process. metal by changing the shape of the workpiece by applying an external force so that plastic deformation occurs and the resulting mild steel profile is generally intended to be carried out at room temperature without heating the steel sheet. The design of the roll machine along with the frame to be constructed has dimensions of 200x400x275 mm and a frame of 310x400x750 mm, with the rotary wheel of the roll machine.
