Abstract

Latar Belakang : Timbang terima adalah transfer tentang informasi yang mencakup peluang pertanyaan, klasifikasi, konfirmasi tentang pasien, tanggung jawab utama dan kewenangan perawat dari perawat sebelumnya ke perawat yang akan melanjutkan perawatan. Komunikasi dalam timbang terima memiliki peranan penting dalam penyampaian berbagai informasi pasien yang seharusnya dilaksanakan sesuai dengan SPO yang berlaku pada setiap pergantian shift, karena SPO tersebut dapat menunjang tidak terjadi salah persepsi ataupun ketidaksinambungan informasi, ehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan tindakan atau melalaikan suatu tindakan yang akan dapat beresiko terhadap keselamatan pasien.Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan Pelaksanaan Timbang Terima dengan Keselamatan Pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas III RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. Metode : Jenis penelitian yaitu analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan tekhnik Porpotionate Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Spearman Rank dengan batas kemaknaan α = 5% (0.05). Hasil : Terdapat 52% pelaksanaan timbang terima baik dan 38,8% keselamatan pasien baik dengan hasil uji statistik nilai ρ value = 0,000 < 0,05 dan r = 0,722.Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan pelaksanaan timbang terima dengan keselamatan pasienKata Kunci : Keselamatan Pasien, Operan, Timbang Terima

Abstract

Integrated service post as one of the health services that serves to facilitate public especially for pregnant women and toddlers to implement happy little family. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of cadres and the motivation of mothers who visit Posyandu, Tambakharjo Village, West Semarang District. This research used Cross Sectional. The sample was 39 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Statistical test using Rank Spearman correlation. The results show that a relationship between the role of cadres and maternal motivation = 0.565 and p-value = 0,000 (<α = 0.5). The meaning is that, the stronger the role of the posyandu cadre under five, the higher the motivation of mothers under five to visit the posyandu. Recommendation: providing information about the role of cadres and the Posyandu program for under-fives, it is expected that mothers will have the motivation to visit the Posyandu RW VII, Tambakharjo Sub-District, West Semarang District.

Abstract

Introduction: Sex workers and their customers are the high-risk group population that potentially transmitting sexually transmitted diseases including Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). This research aims to describe the preventive behaviour of female sex workers in preventing transmission of STDs and HIV in Gambilangu Semarang Localization. Methods: This research was qualitative study, The 5 participants of this study were female sex workers who still active in Localization within the period of 2016-2017. Results: The behavior of female sex workers on the prevention of STDs and HIV, were identified as: all participants always offered condoms to clients before sexual transactions, all the participants negotiated the clients to use condom before having sexual intercourse, all participants rejected firmly to have sex with the client suspected having  STDs yet reluctant to use condoms, most participants washed  the vagina using betel soap, consuming herbs and antibiotics without a medical prescription that they believed it could prevent STDs.
