Abstract

The total production of tin from PT. Timah in 2014 by 32.319 ton. At this time, most oftin mines production still exported in form of bullion, the rest in form chemical tin and solder.To provide added value then it can be made into products, one of them is the craft of pewter.Pewter is a white colored metal alloy like britanium metal or commonly called pewter with thelargest metal content is combined with small part of antimony or copper or both.Technology that used in the craft of pewter still using a simple casting technology i.e.using a casting tecnique by gravity. So the production capacity is still low. These researches areengineering and exploiting the casting machine to increase production capacity. The resultobtained are castingmachine with specifications dimension 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm, electricmotor DC 24 volt, power 250 watt, maximum rounds 360 rpm, disc diameter 29 cm,production capacity 810 product/day. Keywords: tin, casting machine, pewter craft, production capacity  Total produksi timah dari PT. Timah pada tahun 2014 sebesar 32.319 ton. Pada saat ini,sebagian besar hasil tambang timah masih di ekspor dalam bentuk batangan selebihnya dalambentuk chemical tin dan solder. Untuk memberikan nilai tambah maka dapat dibuat produk,salah satunya adalah kerajinan pewter. Pewter adalah logam paduan berwarna putih sepertilogam brittania atau biasa disebut pewter dengan kandungan logam terbesar adalah timahyang dipadu dengan sebagian kecil antimon atau tembaga atau keduanya.Teknologi yang digunakan pada kerajinan pewter pada umumnya masih menggunakanteknologi casting yang sederhana yaitu menggunakan teknik casting secara gravitasi. Sehinggakapasitas produksinya masih rendah. Penelitian ini adalah merekayasa dan memanfaatkanmesin casting untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah mesincasting dengan spesifikasi dimensi 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm, motor listrik DC 24 volt, daya 250watt, putaran maksimal 360 rpm, diameter cakram 29 cm, kapasitas produksi 810 produk/hari. Kata kunci : timah, mesin casting, kerajinan pewter, kapasitas produksi

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya konsumsi energi listrik membuat pasokan listrik dari PLN terkadang tidak stabil dan terkadang terjadi pemadaman bergilir.Gangguan tegangan yang terjadi ini tidak mudah untuk diprediksi kapan waktunya.Alat ukur yang dapat mendeteksi di pasaran harganya masih relative maha.Oleh karena itu dikembangkan alat pendeteksi gangguan tegangan PLN baik karena adanya beban induktif, kapasitif ataupun resistif yang dapat terdeteksi secara real time dan dapat ter-record di dalam harddisk.Metoda penelitian ini adalah membuat alat pendeteksi tegangan menggunakan Mikrokontroles Arduino uno R3 yang terintregrasi dengan LABVIEW.Recording dilakukan pada titik terakhir sambungan PLN dengan beban dan tanpa tambahan beban. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  rata-rata nilai tegangan tanpa tambahan beban= 216.74 Volt,  beban  induktif = 208.38 Volt, beban  kapasitif = 211.25 Volt, beban  resistif = 210.95 Volt. Dari hasil pengukuran tersebut didapat beban induktif sangat berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya penurunan tegangan. Data yang yang diterima dapat diproses melalui output sesuai dengan perintah yang diinginkan secara continue dan real time.Katakunci:ARDUINO UNO R3, GANGGUAN TEGANGAN dan LABVIEW.

Abstract

Kopepod, Oithona sp., adalah salah satu zooplankton.yang memiliki kelimpahan cukup tinggi dan memiliki distribusi yang luas di laut. Oithona sp. memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang tinggi, sehingga layak untuk dijadikan pakan alami ikan maupun udang. Oithona sp. mengandung kalsium, EPA dan DHA yang lebih tinggi daripada Artemia sp. Kultur Oithona sp. sebagai sumber pakan larva udang maupun ikan memerlukan fitoplankton yang cukup banyak pula. Kultur fitoplankton memiliki teknik penyimpanan dan teknik pemberian pakan yang rumit jika dibandingkan dengan pakan buatan. Spesies yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Oithona similis. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dan dosis kombinasi pakan buatan dan sel Chaetoceros calcitran  terhadap performa pertumbuhan O. similis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas lima perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan, yaitu dengan kombinasi (A) pakan buatan 0% + C. calcitrans 100%, (B) pakan buatan 25% + C. calcitrans 75%, (C) pakan buatan 50% + C. calcitrans 50%, (D) pakan buatan 75% + C. calcitrans 25%, (E) pakan buatan 100% + C. calcitrans 0%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pakan buatan dan C. calcitrans berpengaruh nyata terhadap kepadatan, laju pertumbuhan relatif, laju pertumbuhan dan produksi telur O. similis. Perlakuan C (pakan buatan 50% + C. calcitrans 50%) memberikan nilai terbaik pada kepadatan total 8,70±0,20 ind, laju pertumbuhan 0,23±0,009 ind/hari, laju pertumbuhan relatif 38,50±1,00%/hari dan produksi telur 18,00±0,72 telur/ind. Dosis optimum pakan buatan terhadap kepadatan total, laju pertumbuhan, laju pertumbuhan relatif dan produksi telur sebesar 37,2%, 38,9%, 37,1% dan 36,1%. Copepod, Oithona sp., is one of  zooplankton. Oithona sp. that distribute widely and abundance in the sea. Oithona sp. contains high nutritional value. Therefore, it is suitable use Oithona sp. as natural food for fish or shrimp. Oithona sp. contains calcium, EPA, and DHA which is higher than Artemia sp. Oithona sp. as a source of natural food for shrimp and fish larvae also need phytoplankton sufficient. Storing and feeding techniques of phytoplankton as natural food are more complicated than artificial feed. This study aims to determine the effect, and the combination dosage of artificial feed and C.calcitrans cells on the growth performance of O. similis. This study used an experimental method and a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of five treatments and three replication, with combination of (A) artificial feed 0% + C. calcitrans 100%, (B) artificial feed 25% + C. calcitrans 75%, (C) artificial feed 50% + C. calcitrans 50%, (D) 75% artificial feed + 25% C. calcitrans; (E) 100% artificial feed + C. calcitrans 0%. The results showed that the combination of artificial feed and C. calcitrans significantly affected on density, relative growth rate, growth rate and egg production. The C treatment gave the best value at total density of 8.70 ± 0.20 ind, growth rate 0.23 ±0.009 ind/day , relative growth rate of 38.67 ± 0.58%/day, and egg production 18 .00 ± 0.72 egg/ind. The optimum dose of artificial feed and C. calcitrans on density, relative growth rate, growth rate and egg production were 37.2%, 38.9%, 37.1%,, and 36.1%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaaan tiga jenis komposisi media kultur teknis terhadap hasil produksi dan kandungan nutrisi sel S. platensis dan untuk mengetahui jenis media yang terbaik dari ketiga jenis komposisi tersebut. Kultur sel S. platensis dilakukan dengan menggunakan bak fiber gelas volume 300 l, dengan periode kultur selama 7 hari dengan kepadatan awal 50.000 sin/ml. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan masing-masing terdiri dari 3 ulangan. Kemudian dari masing-masing kultur tersebut dianalisis kandungan nutrisinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan W berbeda sangat nyata (p<0.01) terhadap kelimpahan sel S. platensis pada puncak pertumbuhan dan kandungan nutrisi (protein, lemak, karbohidrat dan abu). Kelimpahan sel, kandungan protein dan lemak tertinggi terjadi pada perlakuan W yang masing-masing nilainya 5,684 log sin/ml, 67,58%, dan 11,61%. Disimpulkan bahwa media Walne merupakan media yang terbaik pengaruhnya terhadap kelimpahan sel pada puncak populasi dan nilai nutrisi, khususnya nilai kandungan protein dan lemak.Kata kunci : S. platensis, Media kultur, Produksi sel, Kandungan nutrisi.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to know the differences three technical culture media composition and the best compotition of technical media culture on the production and nutrition contents of S. platensis cells. The material of S. platensis cells were cultured by using fiber glass tank volume 300 l. Those cells were cultured during 7 days with initial cell density of 50.000 sin/ml. The experimental method was employed in this research with completely randomized design, through three treatments and three replicates, respectively. Then each treatment was analyzed for cells production and it’s nutritional content. The research results showed that W treatment was highly significantly different effect (p<0.01) on the maximal cell densities and nutrition content (protein, fat, and ash) of S. platensis cells. The highest cell density and protein content were W treatment of 5,684 log sin/ml and 67,58%, respectively. There was concluded that Walne media had significant effects on the best cell density and nutrition value of S. platensis cells, especially in the protein and fat contents.Key words : S. platensis, Culture medium, Cells production, and Nutrition content

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find some steps model to apply the International Standardization (ISO) 45001 to anticipate organization/industry in response to the planned publication of ISO 45001 in March 2018 by the ISO. A response worth making is to provide some steps model for the application of ISO 45001. Method to be used is qualitative. The research’s result obtained from the steps model for the application of ISO 45001 is Occupational Safety and Health (K3) policy and commitment by the management team and highest ranking leader, planning, implementation, evaluation and continual improvement, for organization/industry that has implemented Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) and will migration ISO 45001 and organization/industry that has not yet implemented OHSAS 18001 but they want to implementation the ISO 45001. Conclusion: organization/industry that has a high hazard potential and bears a business relationship to business people or to international lender must from the beginning respond to the publication of ISO 45001 by providing steps model for the application of ISO 45001 that covers commitment and policy on K3, planning, implementation, evaluation and continual improvement. Key word: ISO 45001; steps model for the application of ISO 45001; industry

Abstract

Indonesia is a country where the majority of the population is Muslim. One of the potentials that Indonesia has with its Muslim community is the waqf order. This great potential of waqf certainly provides a positive side for the state in the context of the welfare of its people. To improve people’s welfare through the potential of waqf, the government through Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) makes a sharia investment instrument that is linked to waqf, namely the Sukuk Linked Waqf product. This product is a combination of Sukuk and waqf. The emergence of this product is expected to be able to achieve the great potential of waqf and expand the market share of Islamic finance indirectly, the Sukuk Linked Waqf product is a product that is expected to increase sharia financial inclusion. The method used is a literature review of maqashid sharia and Sukuk. This study used critic analysis and content analysis to investigate the theory of maqashid sharia and Sukuk. The results showed that Sukuk Linked Waqf based on Abu Zahra’s maqashid sharia model is a financial investment product that aims to bring benefits. The benefits, in this case, are in the form of welfare for humans in terms of economic improvement. Whit the emergence of this product, the road to the welfare of the people becomes more real.

Abstract

The aimed of this research to effect probiotics influented on the growth, survival rates, production, productivity and FCR and water quality condition of Pacific white shrimp L. vannamei in pond under semi intensif system. Six of pond compartments each sized 2,000 m2 were stocked with PL-12 at the density of 15 fries/m2. Two treatmens of probiotics application in pond were tested, there were A). 0 mg/L probiotic and B).1.5 mg/L fermentation of probiotic. Each treatment was done in three replicated. On treatment probiotic applied weekly to the ponds started on the first week before shrimp stocking until harvested, while in treatment B probiotic application was mixedwith feed pelled then it was given to the cultured shrimp in the ponds. Result of the research showed that final shrimp body weight in treatment B tend to be higher compared to the treatment A. Absolut shrimp growth-rate in treatment B: 20.727 ± 0.042 g and treatment A :15.7 ± 0.016 g, Shrimp survival rate treatment A 0.432±0.0003 and treatment B : 0.79±0.0145. Production-rate of shrimp in treatment A: 203.627±0.083 kg/2000 m2 and treatment B : 504.489 kg/200 m2. Productivity of shrimp in treatment A : 0.1 kg/m2/period of plants dan perlakuan B: 0.25 kg/m2/period of plants. FCR of shrimp in treatment A 1.79±0.005 and treatment B : 1.42±0.003. Probiotics used in treatment B resulted in the enchancement of water quality condition (total organic matter, nitrat) compared to the treatment A ( 0 probiotics). This condition presumably resulted the highest shrimp production in treatment A.Keywords : production, Pacific white shrimp, probiotics.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowadays, the role of mosques or mosques in social activities is also getting stronger. The existence of an organization that organizes or manages mosque household, such as the DKM (Mosque Prosperity Council/Musholla), IPM (Muslim Mosque/Musholla Youth Association), IRM (Muslim Mosque/Musholla Youth Association) and so on, makes many mosques or prayer rooms always busy with activities. social community. Especially with the moment of Ramadan, of course there are more and more activities being held. Departing from the crowds of people who worship every day, especially in the month of Ramadan, which of course also involves a lot of congregation, the vigilance of the congregation who brings motorized vehicles and other items needs to always be reminded by the manager of the mosque or mosque. So far, there are 2 ways that are still quite effective in suppressing these dishonorable acts, namely providing security for mosques or prayer rooms and installing CCTV camera networks. The Ahsanu Amala Mosque has been built 14 years ago, even though it has undergone several renovations, but until now it has never installed security devices or used the services of security personnel, even though there has been a very frequent criminal act of theft of charity boxes in mosques and motorized vehicles. pilgrims in the vehicle parking area. The large number of worshipers who perform worship is not balanced with a good security supervision system as well as frequent power outages so that the situation becomes pitch black and becomes increasingly prone. Thus, we have installed CCTV security devices in 4 (four) strategic location points of the mosque, equipped with a monitor and video recorder to record video and automatic lighting so that all the people or congregation around can be more comfortable and devoted to worship. Keywords: CCTV, Security, Automatic Emergency Lights, and Community Service ABSTRAK Dewasa ini, peran masjid atau masjid dalam kegiatan sosial juga semakin kental. Adanya organisasi penyelenggara atau pengelola rumah tangga masjid, seperti DKM (Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid/Musholla ), IPM (Ikatan Pemuda Masjid/Musholla), IRM (Ikatan Remaja Masjid/Musholla) dan lain sebagainya, menjadikan banyak masjid atau musholla yang selalu ramai dengan kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan. Apalagi dengan momen bulan Ramadhan, tentu saja semakin banyak kegiatan yang diselenggarakan. Berangkat dari ramainya orang yang beribadah setiap hari, terutama di bulan Ramadhan yang tentunya juga melibatkan banyak jamaah, kewaspadaan dari para jamaah yang membawa kendaraan bermotor dan barang-barang lainnya perlu selalu ditingatkan oleh pengelola masjid atau musholla. Sejauh ini, terdapat 2 cara yang masih cukup efektif untuk meredam aksi-aksi tidak terpuji tersebut, yakni menyediakan tenaga keamanan masjid atau musholla dan memasang jaringan kamera CCTV. Masjid Ahsanu Amala sudah dibangun sejak 14 tahun yang lalu, walau sudah mengalami beberapa kali renovasi bangunan namun hingga saat ini belum pernah memasang perangkat keamanan ataupun menggunakan jasa tenaga keamanan, padahal sudah sangat sering terjadi tindak pidana pencurian kotak amal di dalam masjid maupun kendaraan bermotor milik jamaah di area parkir kendaraan. Banyaknya jamaah yang melakukan ibadah tidak diimbangi dengan sistem pengawasan keamanan yang baik juga sering adanya pemadaman listrik sehingga keadaan menjadi gelap gulita menjadi semakin rawan. Dengan demikian kami telah melakukan pemasangan perangkat kemanan CCTV di 4 (empat) titik lokasi strategis Masjid tersebut dilengkapi monitor dan video recorder untuk merekam video serta lampu penerangan otomatis agar semua masyarakat atau jamaah sekitar bisa lebih nyaman dan khusuk beribadahnya Kata Kunci: CCTV, Keamanan, Lampu Darurat Otomatis, dan Pengabdian Masyarakat

Abstract

The presence of internet technology has changed various behaviors and people's mindsets in buying and selling transactions. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit from the end of 2019, people's attitudes were limited in their work, responsibilities and activities, it was a must to do it online. The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove whether social media marketing has a significant influence on buying interest in the 3sshop online shop in Samarinda. The research method used is quantitative research. The analytical tool used is simple regression analysis where the respondents selected are consumers who have shopped at the online shop 3sshop with a total of 90 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, which is more precisely Convenience Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire surveyed through a google form. The indicators used to measure social media marketing are: online communities, interaction, sharing of content, accessibility, credibility. While the indicators to measure buying interest are transactional interest, referential interest, preferential interest, and exploratory interest. The results show that there is a significant influence of social media marketing on the interest in buying online shop 3sshop in Samarinda.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka merupakan program belajar di luar program studi kurikulum baru yang dibuat oleh Mentri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Nadiem makarim) diterapkan pada 24 Januari 2020 guna untuk mencetak lulusan yang unggul dan menguasai berbagai keilmuan yang berguna untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Tari Legong Suddhamala merupakan tari hiburan yang diciptakan oleh Prof. Dr. I Wayan Dibia, SST., MA. pada tahun 2012 dengan musik iringan yakni gamelan Semarandana yang diciptakan oleh I Ketut Cater, S.Sn. Legong adalah tari klasik Bali yang memiliki perbendaharaan gerak yang sangat kompleks. Sedangkan Suddhamala adalah kata dalam Bahasa Sanskerta yang mengandung arti penyucian atau peleburan. Tari Legong Suddhamala memiliki keunikannya tersendiri yakni memiliki gerakan yang murni dari tarian legong dan mengangkat sebuah kisah dari cerita Kunti Sraya mengenai pengeruwatan (penyucian). Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, maka akan mengacu pada teori estetika dan teori kontekstual. Dari hasil analisis data dan hasil temuan menunjukan struktur pertunjukan dalam membuat karya, sehingga terwujud suatu karya yang dihasilkan melalui proses penelitian.    Kata Kunci : Semara Ratih, Legong Suddhamala, Penyucian
